The bad news is the bezel it actually part of the frame so it can't be replaced with completely disassembling the phone down to the digitizer. You can however buy a broken phone from eBay in good condition and just swap boards. I just bought a flawless phone for $50 which had been in an otterbox but it had a dead board. I swapped the board from the old phone with a cracked screen and it now looks new. The bad news is most broken phones from eBay have broken screens or digitizers. If they have a dead board as the one I found, you have no way of knowing for sure if the phone will even power on after swapping boards.
Another option would be to buy an aluminum bumper frame which will cover the bezel up so you won't see the scuffs and dings. These don't add much size to the phone like a full case does. They also come in pretty much any color

Looking at that one specifically. My tilt has a bunch of chip/scratch marks on the shell. It is also crooked when the slider isn't open (the face goes down more than it should, not sure why). I want to sell the phone to get a new HTC, so I'm planning on buying the kit and pretty much making it seem as new as possible. Good idea?

They do not give enough info from the site to know if this is complete (battery cover, backing, front face, new key board, and new call/end key pad). I bought a screen from them and they customer support SUCKS!! The screen had a red dot and they basically told me to F-off. So I would stay away from that site. I did find a complete housing form e-bay for the same price, got it and now my tilt looks brand new. Look up "AT&T tilit full housing" on eBay. That way you see exactly what you are getting:
Remeber some are just front and back covers, others are the entire setup.
This is just the front and back cover

Here is the missing pic hope it works this time.
If you broken just glass- digitizer. so you just buy new on ebay. If you broken lcd screen, too so buy lcd+digitizer.
just make sure you buy digitizer for your phone because there are two types of them. One you showed is an older type and there is newer "snap in" type.

i cant put the picture because of 8 post block...
I broke the glass of my Leo last week as well, fixed now. I was lucky though, it was just the digitizer but when they were about to change it they did tell me that the digitizer and the lcd are so close and well pinned to each other that there was a risk they broke the lcd when trying to remove the digitizer so then I would have had to buy lcd +digitizer .. but it worked fine. Good luck!
Broke mine last October, covered it in a screen protector and its been fine ever since. The money saved not replacing it is in my "new hd2 for sam" fund, and you soon get used to the cracks, which can hardly be seen when the back light is on.
it happended wid my frnd too !
Just noticed that on the left hand corner of the screen is a small shiny patch. It is not a scratch on the outside of the screen. It appears to be between the screen and the glass. Pictures don't do it justice. It is very noticeable outside, because it is very shiny. My question is, what is it and can I fix it? It is visible whether the LCD is on or not. Doesn't look like anything has cracked, or seeped in. Wasn't there earlier...

Seems that the gorilla glas and your screen got off a little bit. Since they are glued together it could be the case. You must disassemble your device to know more
Looks like glue between digi and LCD had a failure. Is it a device you bought used?. If so whoever changed digi messed up on glue job. If its device you got new from google I would RMA......that is definitely a manufactures defect.

I bought almost new, nearly 1 year ago. Wasn't like that last week. Don't think I can RMA it to anyone. Guess if it gets worse I can replace the screen...
Thanks for the responses...

Yeah, I got in contact with LG support on Friday and they're getting back to me. Hopefully get a replacement screen.
Broke display of my LG G2 for the second. time. Both times the phone fell from less than 1 m height on to concrete floor. The same thing happened with my colleagues phone also. I hate putting cases or screen guards on my phone as i will lose the original feel of the phone. I have already spent half the price of phone for getting it repaired. Is this happening with everyone ? What is the thinnest protection case available for G2 on market ?
answer
hi, there, I have been used the Pure Gear slim shell protective case for my LG G2, so it´s very thin and light. if you want to add a light good quality case to your handset PureGear it´s a good idea.

I would just get a case man
Sent from my LG-D802 using XDA Free mobile app
Tempered glass screen protector, feels just like the original glass and prevents micro scratches / weak points happening.
@shafee005 I just suggest to you to use a cheap tpu case, it maybe is less comfortable but think about it that that 1 euro investment or lower if you order from china that will spare you another broken screen. I also suggest to use a screenprotector even if you lose the original feel from the phone don't forget that this spares you another screen.
I don't want to be a partypooper but I think that this thread belongs in Q&A.
Aluminum bumper
Hi all. So I bought a replacement for the LCD+Digitizer+Glass one of my broken screen'd Note 4s. Of course, the eBay sourced screen replacement was not going to be easy. Eventually I went to a repair store in the city and bought a replacement screen from them. eBay screen cost me $50USD, the store bought screen? $140USD, YIKES! Let's get into the issues, shall we?
First issue I had with the eBay sourced screen, is that the film that's supposed to register the S-Pen input was separated from the rest of the LCD+Digitizer!

Secondly, the circuits and wiring were slightly different on the LCD Flex between the two sourced screens. The Genuine store bought one was slightly bulkier, overall it looked better equipped to handle the information transfer.
See image below
Forging on, we get to the main reason why I went to buy another LCD from the store in the first place! The image stopped showing on the eBay sourced LCD! Instead it cycles through some sort of test mode display.
I've tried that eBay sourced screen on both the N910T body and the N910A body with no luck.
Once I bought the genuine screen from the store, I raced back home to complete the install. Immediately after unboxing the first and second issues were noted.
TL;DR
The screen I got from eBay is currently on my N910A and is cycling some rather strange images. Anyone have a solution?
