Hope all ok the same here.
I have an old one Tesla 12.1" head units which is PX3, it came with android 4.4.4 kitkat, and got forced with new operation system as shown in attached image. it shows 7.1.1 but it is android 4.4.4.
my question is: is there a new software for this attached units?

Hello, I'm new here in the forum bought a used Android head unit for my BMW e61.
Android 4.4.4 is currently on it. I would like to update to a new Android version.
And I have a problem the DAB + stick is not recognized. whether with DAB-Z or with the original DAB + app.

I have been looking to upgrade my tesla style headunit px3 coreboard to a px6 and have some questions regarding this upgrade about software compatibility.
first: My unit is now running a 4.4.2 kitkat android version. Will this cause any problems for the px6?
second: Is there a place where i can find car specific MCU software (Astra J)?
third: I found that a user here has made his own android version for these screens. Will i be able to simply use that to upgrade my android?

I would be very greatfull if somebody can help me with my android head unit.
It is Dasaita px3 model running android 7.1.2 and I like to use apple carplay.
The ZLINK app was not preinstalled, I installed by myself but I get "channel missmatch" error.
Any suggestions?
Also I would like to know if there is anyway to update to a newer version of Android and in case I can update.

I just got a new unit from Rhino Radio. This is the unit name:
Ford Mustang 2015 - 2020 10.2" Android Radio.I ordered the T9 with android 10. But when i got the unit and installed everything. I found out i got T8 android 8.1
This is the MCU version: T5.3.19-23-41-E43101-181108
System version: V9.3.1_20181015.100839_TW2-i140-CarPlay
Can anyone can help me know that my unit can upgrade to newest MCU + new android version.
Im contacting the seller and asking why they shipped me the unit that didnt match the Specs from them.
