Hi I updated to beta on 11 and want to rollback to stable however I'm facing some issues. I downloaded the rollback package (for android 10) since I have not been able to find rollback package for 11B to 11S but whenever I try to install from local folder it doesn't recognize the package. I have it ending as .zip. Any suggestions?
NM I reset phone download the package again and it works for some reason now.

I have tried to install it via twrp and it shows error 1 whereas if i try to install it via local update it says system update installation failed.
I was able to download the latest version and intall it by local update.
Refered and downloaded the file from below link
https://www.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6-oneplus-6t-stable-oxygenos-10-android-10/
those are for local upgrade in system update turn off all magisk mods reboot then do upgrade or youll have problems then you get fastboot 10 rom to fix after you updated
Which TWRP do I use for Android 10 ROM´S? For me everything breaks off when installing with error 7.
Both the latest vers of official TWRP or Orangefox works. Error 7 usually indicates a corrupt .zip due to download issues. Normally a fresh download solves the problem. Perhaps try a different but stable Wi-Fi AP that's available to you.
For me its working latest twrp from official website.
Use the official twrp from site. No issue at all.
Hi, I've just received a second hand OnePlus 5T. I used the unbrick tool, which left the phone on OxygenOS 5.1.3 (Android 8.1.0). But if I try to update from the menu it says the system is up to date and with local update it fails.
I unlocked and rooted the phone now and I can't update it neither. Anyone knows what to do to install the latest OxygenOS version and/or custom roms based on Android 10/11?

Install Oxygen Updater from the Play Store and it'll show you the latest OxygenOS version you can update to without data loss. Once you're done installing that, re-open the app and then it'll show you the even newer version of OxygenOS that you can install over your existing installation.
Hi !
Here I am about to first answer the question for an old version of Magisk, and then ask for some help for the last version of Magisk.
What's the problem with Magisk and the P8 lite 2017 ?To install Magisk, we must install the apk (the app), and patch a kernel partition.
The problem is : in Emui 8 (the OS of the P8 lite), the kernel is fused with an other partition (a boot partition I think). Therefore, impossible to just patch the kernel and reinstall it, it doesn't work .
Thanks @AltairFR for the explanation !
How to fix this ?Well I know it's possible to defuse, patch, refuse and then it should work, but I don't know the tools and that's what I am looking for actually
Already existing solution (Magisk 22)@DarkJoker360 have shared everything needed to install Magisk 22. It works, just follow the ReadMe. Thanks to him !

Try this way out (EMUI 8):
1. You need stock ramdisk.img , you can extract it from service ROM (aka full stock ROM) using Huawei update extractor
2. Copy stock ramdisk.img to the SD card
3. Download and install magísk manager 24.1 apk, link
4. Using magisk manager patch the ramdisk.img
5. Install magisk-patched-ramdisk.img ( in TWRP or in fastboot mode)
It worked for me on P20 lite running EMUI 8.
@-Alf- I tried your advice, seems like it worked on emui 8 for me too (at least once every 2 attempts or so).
But when I try this on DotOS, the version provided by Altaïr, it doesn't work any more :/
The phone Isn't bricked but it has not effect
There is flashable magisk-24.1.zip, try it.
Hello Everyone,
I just downgraded my Nova 7i from EMUI 12 to EMUI 10.10 .393 with Huawei HiSuite normally and Successfully. Now I want further downgrade to 10.0 to install GMS.
My Build Number is 10.1.0.393(C185E5R3P1)
Base Software Version: JNY-LGRP2-OVS 10.1.0.393
CUST Software Version: JNY-L21-CUST 10.1.0.5(C185)
Preload Software Version: JNY-L21-PRELOAD 10.0.1.1(C185R3)
I downloaded Firmware JNY-LX1+10.0.1.111(C185E2R2P1) provided by @bender_007. When I tried to install this firmware through USB via memory card upgrade, It showed an error after verifying installation files (Download again upgrade package).
Can anyone guide me when which Firmware I should download for my current build number 10.1.0.393(C185E5R3P1) and which method is better for downgrading.
I used *#*#2846579#*#* for downgrading.
