Terrific battery life. I averaged 10+ SOT from my first charge. 90hz always on, QHD always on, brightness varied from Maximum to minimum depending on time of day, mixed usage of camera, youtube, app downloads etc. Very pleased with the battery life. Charging speeds are ridiculous too, 46mins from 0 -100. The battery will get even better as the AI learns the usage pattern. Just excellent

My experience has reflected yours almost exactly! I am thoroughly impressed with the battery life of this device. Battery anxiety is literally not a thing as even if you run low it charges so ridiculously fast that you are topped up before you know it, lol.
Got more than ten hours and have been on phone all day on social apps and YouTube watching videos. With Max resulution and 90 Hz refresh. Plus hotspoted some friends for about 3 hours while in use and I've only put on my power saving at 9%. Full charge at 1 pm today.

Got more than 10 hours of SOT with Max resolution and 90 Hz refresh. Last charge to 100 at 1 pm. Been on it nonstop and had hotspot on for a good three hours. This phone shocks me a lot. Been watching videos and on social media. So quite some heavy use. The king of battery.

This is really great!
Hey guys, got mine second hand (1 year old, still in warranty, perfect, like new condition with 95% battery health calculated by system) but I'm having a different experience. 4 to 5 hours SoT and I charge it daily. Maybe due to EMUI12?

Is that not normal? lol Mine pretty much looks the same. All my apps are at the bottom of the list but iam getting great battery life
what is your SOT?
i get same system usage as you but i 5-6 sot
4-6 SOT, actually, I thought Android battery life has evolved when I bought galaxy s8. But no, it keeps sucking my battery life even when it's in my pocket.
Unfortunately this issue is present on all samsung galaxy phones i've owned recently (s6 edge, s7).
I can't understand why the battery life is so bad and inconsistent.
No matter if all day wifi or mixed (data 4g/lte & wifi)
The background usage is pretty minimal. I don't understand why people complain that "something" however small is going on with the phone when the screen is off. The system is still alive, after all. Notifications need to get through, sensors need to be active to wake the phone (fingerprint, accelerometer, etc), apps need to be kept in memory, not to mention the always on display. Is it that surprising that if battery went down 10 percent during sleep 20, 30 or even 80 of that drop is due to these things? (that's what that reading indicates after all, 9% is not from total battery capacity, but 9% out of the amount drained).
Sorry for the rude rant, but people "expect" too much of the standby times.
Can the battery be improved? Certainly. Can the power drain be improved? Of course. But never to the point where it consumes absolutely nothing at all during sleep. Except if you turn the phone off.

20 hours on battery, 30%left. OP must be trolling.
Normal
I noticed finger print loves to break deep sleep.
4-6 hours of SOT? That's pretty good though... Same with what most people are getting including me. If I drained it all the way down I could probably reach 7 hours SOT. Totally beats the 3 hours SOT I got with my Note 5.

Did your previous phone with a 3000mah battery and a bigass screen get 4-6 hours of sot? I thought so...

Did you realize that when you total up the battery usage, you won't get 100% of battery charge?
When you sleep, does your phone sleep, or does it stay up all night and crunch 1s and 0s? Rate this thread to express how you deem the speed at which the Moto Z2 Force's battery drains under standby conditions. A higher rating indicates that when the phone is not in use, the battery drains minimally.

After about a week or use I can say this phone has the best standby time of any phone I've used. I'm losing <1% per hour. Screen on time leaves a bit to be desired but personally I'll take a phone with better standby time than more SOT. I've had phones that would lose 3-5% in an hour just being in my pocket. I've also had phones with awful wake lock issues until they were rooted/debloated.
I'm not exactly a power user due to the nature of my job but it's important for me to have my phone when I need it, generally for making calls or texts. I typically end my day with about 2 ½ hours of screen time and ~ 50 - 60%. I have two Gmail accounts syncing and am mostly on mobile data (wish I could disable LTE) I disabled every bloatware app possible without root and have greenify and blockada installed. I keep Bluetooth on and use either Poweramp or Spotify in the car for about 3 hours out of my day.
While I have had phones with better battery life (Xperia Z3 compact) this phone is more than adequate for my needs. If I were a power user hoping to get a ton of screen on time I would look elsewhere.

Can anyone post some SOT pictures? I am curious about it as I want to get this phone but I want it to have at least around same battery life as my note 5 pro.
Are these values normal?

After a full long day of mix usage, inside and outside. I get these most of the time

Any updates? How is SOT on MIUI11?
MiUI 10 SoT AVG, 8h (Waze, Games, browser, YouTube, etc, Auto brightness)
MiUI 11 SoT AVG, 6 to 6.5h same usage. Even after a hard reset.
I have great battery ? live with MIUI 11. About 9-10h SOT.
Per night I have lost 3% in 9 hours. ?
I got over 8hr SoT for 55% drain, mostly light task tho

Here's mine, two SIM cards

Which ROM are you using?
Also I have seen there some I retesting apps, can you share your tips.
This is with:
Dual Sims (one's data having been used for 3 hours)
Adaptive Battery "On"
Battery Saver "Off"
WiFi "On" all the time
No Battery Restrictions for YT Vanced and microG (Used YT for 3 hours straight)

Well looks like impossible. ?
My use of yesterday through today:
Browsed chrome for 4 hours accumulated, made many 5-10-min. calls, took some photos, listened to music for 6 hours accumulated, and watched 3 hours YouTube.
Once in a while, when your significant other yells at you, you might use your phone a bit less. Rate this thread to express how the Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC's battery performs under light use. A higher rating indicates that the device goes a long time when you're using the phone sparingly: no gaming or video/audio streaming, light web browsing, some calling and texts, etc.

I could get 8 hours of SoT maximum, I expected better thn this.
Used around 50% charge and got 9.5 hours SoT.
60hz, <20% brightness, removed bloatware and disabled apps I don't use, battery saver mode on, heavy web browsing with wifi on most of the time, occasional youtube usage.
I charge about once every 4 days with light use. Though have in mind i use the 25-90% battery saving cycle so if i used 0-100 i would probably get at least another day out of it.
I'm on Nitrogen A11, changed refresh to 60 HZ. Brightness is automatic, i dont bother with setting it manually to low.
It's just a week I own this phone. I get SoT 4-5 hour max and the my battery drops to 20%. Charging every day, some days twice. I've already performed a hard reset after the update to Android 11 (RJGEUXM). Should I consider it a faulty device?

I'm considering buying this phone but what worries me is the battery endurance rating.
I think that there is nothing wrong with your graph, it's just that a modern phone like this one needs a 6000 mAh battery.
My Lenovo P2 has a 5000 mAh battery and it can run for two full days under heavy use (often GPS and maps) I also always leave the phone turned ON during the night.
I suggest you play with the phone's settings, reduce the frame rate, delete useless apps, reduce the screen brightness and so on.
While using the OPPO Find X5 Pro as my primary device for about two months now, I've been very impressed with the battery. I use my phone throughout the day for social media, videos, and work-related stuff like email and documents. I find myself charging my phone about once a day, but only need to charge it for about 10 minutes before I'm ready to go again. I thought I'd share some insight on my battery usage so far and see how other users are liking its performance.

OPPO Find X5 Pro Battery Specs:
5,000mAh capacity
80W wired charging
50W wireless charging
10W reverse wireless charging
My Battery Life based on my UsageAt night, I use the O Relax app to play thunderstorm sounds via a Bluetooth connection to my speakers. I usually have these sounds playing for about 7 hours, which consumes about 20-25% of my battery overnight. So if you plan on using your phone with overnight ambient sleep sounds, make sure you have about a 35% charge just in case.
As you can see from my usage stats, I charge my phone once a day, usually when it gets down to about 30% capacity. Based on my phone usage, I could stretch my battery life to about 1 day and 18 hours before reaching 0%. With Power saving mode and Super power saving mode, that can be extended even more to 2 days and 15 hours.
Battery Saving Tip: I use the high refresh rate setting for my phone, which is a super nice feature to have. However, if you want to get another 9 hours of usage from your phone, change the refresh rate to 60Hz. The high refresh rate setting is the most significant factor in your battery drain speed.
Charge Speed TestTo drain my battery for this test, I looped a 4K HDR video from YouTube at full brightness. It took 5hrs to drain the battery fully.
Now for the battery charge test. I cannot use the SuperVOOC charger that came with my phone since it is a European model. Instead, I will use a 90W charger from RAVPower. The OPPO Find X5 Pro has the ability to charge at a max of 80W.
0 - 50% : 40min
0 - 100% : 80min
If you've been able to use the included charger, please share your charging results in this thread. Also, what do you think about the overall battery experience with your OPPO Find X5 Pro?
