Hello everyone,
I am currently in Korea but I bought Note 3 (N9000) from my country (Pakistan). Up till now, I have not got any update for the android version while here (in Korea) this update is available for months. Can anyone tell me how can I upgrade my phone's android version? Also I don't want to ROOT it or use custom ROMS and android versions. Thank you.

1. First, identify your device installing this APP. Add screenshots here if you need help.
2. Go to Sammobile.com and download the correct firmware for your phone.
3. Flash this firmware via ODIN.
4. Done.
Thank you for your reply. I have installed the app you have recommended. Country of origin is China while the firmware used is of Pakistan. Not any firmware is available for Pakistan in the list. Also does this involves rooting or any loss of functionality? (Flashing the android version manually)

Relax. Add a external link with the pics and i will help you with it.
Alright. When I paste the links, I get the error that I cannot paste outside links. I have uploaded the screenshots on megaupload. What should I do now?
Thank you!
I am trying to find the "official" rom for SM-T810 so I can install it via TWRP. There are a few links floating around that require you to purchase a membership to download. Pretty redicuous. I don't have much interest in providing a credit card to yet another internet entity for the one time to download software they didn't even write. Does anyone have a link to samsung directly for the software or some other non-pay source?
Thanks!
Sammobile only requires that you create a free login to download (at a pretty slow download rate though). High speed download requires to to pay for membership.
What is the link for the ROM on sammobile?
go to www.sammobile.com, create a login for yourself and then click on Firmware. Then put your model number in, and select your country to get the firmwares. Normally only the latest is available for download.

Great advice Dmarchant. :highfive:
That's exactly what I do.
Just to warn anyone trying it, the 'throttled' free download may take a couple of hours so make sure you have a stable internet connection.
Updato.com
They have some here https://www.theandroidsoul.com/samsung-galaxy-tab-s2-firmware/
i use the same one as ashyx said. fw.updato.com this one is free and blazing fast.
Just compared Sammobile with Updato.com and Sammobile has a later release for the UK (as well as the one offered by Updato). It looks like theandroidsoul also has the later version (Sept / Oct 2017) - T810XXU2DQI6

Sorry, my bad - I expected the firmwares to be listed in release date order rather than randomly. Didn't look far enough down the list to find the latest release.
Hi, wondering if someone has a copy of this rom that can upload or know a place where I can download.
The rom full name is PCT-G935FXXS1DQHS-20170915103031.zip, is the latest official Nougat stock rom for the S7 Edge for Claro Puerto Rico from August 2017. I have found a few places in Google to download, but all or them have restrictions (max download size 2Gb, rom is 2.5Gb), are slow (40kb/s, which eventually stop after a few hours) or can't download unless I pay.
If someone can upload it to Mega I can leave a mirror copy of it on my account so others can download as well for some time.
Many thanks
This is the link for the Sammobile rom:

Don't have a premium account , tried to download several times but it always errors at some time and have to restart again.
Use Sam Firmware tool to get your rom.

That's good, glad to be of assistance
Cos there 15kbs/sec download speeds are a pain in my.... I only download from them now and then, takes 2 hours to download a 2.1 GB file, well its going at 300kbs/sec now, when I just upgraded my broadband, they are like these file upload sites.
Why not upload all Samsung firmware to Torrent, that way if 4 or 5 people have it it will download at normal speed,Samsung firmware is not copyright cos SamMobile is not official made by Samsung.Android is open source.
You could make a torrent site for Samsung Firmware and users could upload them or shear the magnet link.
I remember the days of Touchwiz firmware.. First Android phone I got was a Samsung Galaxy Europa.Still got it and it still works.
Updato is another reliable source.
Seems like your the only one looking for such download sites and I'm not trying to be rude or anything but maybe you should upload to torrent sites yourself.
I doubt anyone has the time for that especially when you don't get anything for it not even a simple thank you.
I'm sure if someone had the time and resources to download all these files and upload it to torrent sites then it might have been done already.
Otherwise your wishing for something that won't likely happen.
Its a good idea in theory but highly unlikely that someone will download all that terabytes of software and reupload.
Oh ya and android is open source yes but Samsung official software is closed source just for the info
sammobile now charges for "archived firmware" which is kinda BS so.... is there anywhere free that is trustworthy to download *official stock* firmwares?
Id like to play with both marshmallow and nougat, but i only had had marshmallow from before... and now they want to charge. I was more than willing to wait the 3 or 4 hours or whatever for the slow free download but now thats not even an option!
try samsung open source?
