Recently I bought a lg g6
I left 44% battery and go to sleep, at morning battery has 8% left.
What is the solution of this huge battery draining?
Install better batery stats or Accubattery. LG G6 has inconsistent battery drain.

Hi I have G2 Korean version with removable 2600mah battery which is lower than the int'l version with 3000mah. I've use it for 2 months now until last week when it's the first time I forget to unplug it before I sleep so it was charged overnight. Then at noon time, the phone suddenly shut down with very thin lines. So I quickly charge it but there is a blinking red light. After an hour of plugging and out, thankfully, it charged properly but now I'm only getting 12 hours battery on light usage. I've heared that the non-removable 3000mah gets 19 hours battery, is this true? What's the normal battery life of the 2600mah? Should I get 16 hours (2600mahx19hr/3000mah)?
Did something gone wrong? Any recommendations? I still have warranty. I tried calibrating my battery by draining in and charging it fully while off , calibrating by software (Battery HD) and charging after 30 mins of usage of a fully charge battery (jump starting). Please note that same thing happened on the other battery which also charged overnight on the external charger pack.
Thanks.

Tron
my I9500 battery swelled so i replaced it with another one. when i charge the phone, after 1 hour the battery life increased from 0% to 12%
what should i do?
THANKS
Hey guys.
Basically it's freezing outside where I live. My 6P turned off a couple of times at 30-40% and when I turn it back on it says 1%.
When I turn TWRP on it says 40% as it should've.
Now, it's charging to 100%, but those 100% don't seem as they should. I have 2h-2:15h SOT and I used to have it around 4h.
How do I reset the battery stats/counter ?
AccuBattery says my battery health is around 2,751 mAh. I really don't believe it degraded that much over 8 months....I rarely keep my 6P under 20%.
I have been using my phone since 13 July and have been using AccuBattery right from the start. Been charging my phone to 80% amd not to full. Yet the battery capacity is 92% right FROM THE START. I dont think my battery was already 10% degraded right from the start.
What is the stats for other people who are using AccuBattery on their OP5?
What may be causing the discrepancy? Kindly help.
I have the same. Charged from 1% to 100% and above (till charge current went to 0 mAh) and the capacity seems to be 3100 mAh instead of 3300 mAh.
Another thread about AccuBattery crap.
Guys! I just got my new HETP 6800 Mah Extended Battery today. I'm just wondering if I need to calibrate the battery for the first time. I have read in several reviews of other extended batteries that the battery should be drained completely before charging the for the first time and it should be repeated to 3 times in order to calibrate the battery. Is it advisable to do that?
Ps: I don't trust those battery calibration app so please refrain from recommending them.
Did it anyways lol. Although I got a strange issue when the battery is on 30%,the battery is draining fast but when on 2% it takes 2 hours to discharge the battery even mobile data is on. It is so weird. How do I calibrate the battery percentage? Please help.
