How to tell the resolution of your android head unit?

I want to flash my android head unit but do not know the correct screen resolution to choose from. How do I go about finding this? My specs are below:

9" android 9.1 (8.1 actually) rom 8227l rooted help!

Hi guys. n00b here.
I have Chinese copy of an xtrons unit for my bmw x5 e53. It was sold as android 9.1 but cpu-z says api 27 which is 8.1.
Its 8227l
It also says the unit already has root access but the current rom installed has very limited functionality it seems like a lot of the normal android stuff is locked and not visible in settings.
I would like to install a stock android rom and I have tried a few suggestions from other 8227l threads but the unit wont install them. Can anyone direct me to a compatible rom/firmware to get this head unit to function normally
I currently don't have any options for bluetooth settings or usb tethering etc. Settings menu is limited.
