I have a Lenovo A7010a48 that is softbricked. It is stuck on bootloop. I tried to flash the stock ROM with SP flash Tool. SP tool works fine, the firmware gets downloaded on the phone, but still it doesn't switch on and still gets stuck on bootloop.
Why is this happening. The flash tool isn't showing any errors.

I have many custom recoverys for OT4033 in my threads , download one and flash it with SP FlashTool.
I have a bircked Alcatel Pop C3 4033X and i don't know how to fix it, i tried sp flash tool but it gives me error.
My alcatel ot pop c3 4033x was in bootloop. I tried everything (adb, update stock with sd card-stock recovery, sp flash tools but it gives me errors on every option, just Flash tools but it says invalid scatter file, all that with official original stock rom). After using sp flash tools my doesn't boot (neither boot logo or recovery mode),just charging light. I don't know what to anymore. It all started two weeks ago and I'm freaking out.
After updating to M, the device is stuck at bootanimation. The stock recovery is not working either.
How can I fix it? The phone is not being detected by SP flash tool either. I have installed drivers.
Can anyone please help me out. I have almost no experience with mtk devices.

flashtool problem. change flashtool and try
Same problem here. using Asus notebook,a few month ago it work like well but now a SP Flash tool stuck at red bar DA 100% i already downloaded a new sp flashtool but still stuck.. i have try to another pc and it work fine.. what's problem on my pc?
I mistakenly flash the wrong recovery image (twrp, then back to stock when twrp did not work) using fastboot. Just gave up on flashing the recovery and after a few months, I need to factory reset my phone and forgot that my recovery is corrupted or not working. After resetting and my phone rebooted, it just bootloop in the asus logo.
tried entering fastboot and recovery mode but it is no longer working.
So I googled and read that the only way to unbrick my phone is flash it with SP Flash tool. Can you help me find the correct firmware for my device? Or maybe i just need the stock recovery.img and flash it with SP flash tool with the correct scatter file.
My device is running the latest firmware when it was bricked.
Please help. Thanks.
Flash this Rom. It will unbrick your phone and back to 6.0. You'll need to update your firmware again manually.

Thanks, already restored my phone by flashing it with SP Flash tool and updating it manually with the official firmware.
Thanks for the information and ROM provided using SP Flash. I am now back at 6.0. What tools/firmware is required to update it manually to the latest 7.0 version? Tapping Settings -> System -> Check for Updates does not appear to do anything.
Hi, i've got a Zenfone 3 Max ZC520 bricked (it stucks on ASUS logo after i tried to install the SuperSU), when trying to install this firmware it shows me ERROR: S_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL (2004).
How can I unbrick it?
Thank you.
Okay, Let me explain exactly what I did here... I first flashed Twrp using SP flash tool which worked without too much problem. Then I attempted to install the latest super su zip which told me the boot.img was already patched and it could not find a ramdisk... So I moved on and flashed the latest Magisk zip which flashed no problem. Rebooted the device and it came up with a red boot state telling me it would boot in 5 sec. It did not boot at all. Turned off the tablet and rebooted into twrp again. I then flashed the OTA update system.img, boot.img, and re-flashed twrp from twrp itself instead of the SP flash tool. It booted into twrp no problem, however now it said it could not mount the system partition. I did a full data wipe, factory reset, rebooted into twrp again. Same issue. So I attempted to re-flash the firmware with SP flash tool. Did not notice i had it set to format and download and not only download. It said formatting for maybe 2 sec and gave me an error. Now the device will not turn on at all... no screen whatsoever, no recovery, etc... I have had no luck getting the asus flash tool to even recognize a com port however SP flash tool seems to be able to flash the device no problem. I extracted the .raw firmware file I have for the latest firmware, modified the scatter file to allow flashing all partitions, and I did a full firmware flash of the device using SP flash tool. However it still does not turn on... it does nothing... So I'm assuming that I accidentally formatted over the bootloader... And I cannot find a bootloader flash file for this device anywhere... So I'm stuck with an Asus ZenBrick... Does anyone know a way to fix this issue? When I plug the device into my computer and open device manager it switches between the preloader and mtk serial port very quickly not staying on either one very long. I'm assuming this is why I cant get the asus flash tool to work and SP flash tool works off just the initial preloader. I just bought this tablet from someone and managed to hard brick it in less than a days time... Any help at all with a way to revive this device will be greatly appreciated. Thank You in advance to anyone who tries to help me fix my mess up.
