Poco m2 pro camera quality not so good. When photo little bit zoom pixels are broken
front and back camera both quality not good.
the pro mode deliver better quality images comparing to normal camera mode the smoothening and colour boosting over execute the images the gcam still surprise us with 8mp quality we are looking for or video stabilization improvements
Videos are amazing but photos are too grainy in the stock app (GCam not yet tested).
I compared the quality with a 4+ year old Redmi 3S Prime and that old phone so much less noise.
I don't know this is the case with M2 Pro. Not sure if it is My device problem as I have already did multiple factory resets and flashed fastboot ROM as well...

Hi guys, planning to buy this phone for my mum. Can someone post some sample pictures taken from the back camera? Thank you
I did a video about camera quality , it's in Portuguese my native language but you can have an idea
YouTube
rating
6/10
Cameras are the most bad part of this phone. It is good only if you have enabled HDR and AI. Also Gcam is fine too
Use Google Camera . This phone supports camera2API. You really see the difference. Although it's a bit slow. But you can really ignore a little sluggishness for a higher quality pic.
A great gift for mom, I think she loves. It’s a good camera, it’s well fixed, but there is the only problem on my part, it really slows down a bit with a sharp movement.
:good:

I think it does the job, stock cam app is a little too reddish in white balance though, again, Gcam fixed that problem.
bad photo
hello everyone, sorry for the bad english
I recently bought the redmi note 8, and the images are horrible.
I have the RN7 and even with the camera stock, the difference is very big.

Need more optimization
Front camera is poor.
While video calling front camera works the worst. The quality is similar to Micromax rear cameras with 16mp sensor , lol.
Rear camera is great but the only problem is the live view on the screen is different(low quality) and when you see the captured image its different(good quality).
photo/video quality is just okay, not great but not too bad and my biggest issue with the camera on rm6 is the focus detection. i believe they can be more optimize to improve the overall quality in term of noise, sharpness, color balance and auto/manual focus detection.

Incredible picture quality even up to 10x zoom, beyond that you can usually tell zoom was used but quality is still pretty good until you try to go crazy at like 50x or something. Camera is incredible at overall quality. I'm trying to upload some samples but I think the website I'm using doesn't like me trying to upload 50 large pictures at once, so it might have to wait until I get home.
Here are some samples with out of The box android version
a building and a zoom in of the same building
Test
i saw a video on youtube its shoot 108MP in mi 10 ultra is this possible ??
108mp is the quoted image. I think it uses some pixel manipulation but that's what the specs are. 120x zoom, 8k video.

Zenfone 7 Pro wide and main.
vs
Huawei P40 Pro wide and main.
link with higher quality : https://imgur.com/a/plJ1DX3
Pro 7 user here. It is a good performer. Under good lighting conditions it can trade blows with the best. Unanimate objects in low light are also excellent. GCAM can add a bit to that, but it has its issues, especially in selfie mode.
All in all I am disappointed. I expected it to at least all around hold its own against my Pixel 3 with modded GCAM. It can do so in some conditions, but overall it loses. Sadly.
4/5. Barely.
