It should have changed to [2x], try resetting the camera settings, and/or clear data/cache of the camera app

Yes it shows. First time it had a tiny bubble explaining why it was there.
I don't see how X2 fixes the macro issue

Nothing here on SM-G988U1, but I suspect the July update is coming. The last OTA I look was on June 01...
That was ATF1.

In VN it is even worse latest update was May.

guess i got lucky, because no problems here with EB13

I updated my completely stock epic through the samsung site, and all is well with my phone. I'm not getting force closes, force closes when using action shot in camera mode. Pretty much my phone is flying. Maybe I got lucky?
can you record a video on low light and link us??
Awesome name Javier... That's my name too lol.
I'm updated my wife and my phone to EB13. Yesterday the camera was working flawless, even under low light. Not the same story today... It's extremely blurry as everyone else is reporting. FC on sports mode as well. Both phones did this.
Yeah.I want to see the video as well to please since you are.the only one who got the.perfect update. Oh and your title says no.problems but you.list.one in the op.

I don't get any force closes. I think u read that wrong.
EB13 works fine for me too besides the known TWS bug, and the camera blur.
its not the action shot its the sport mode on the single shot that force closes , and it will lock your phone up give it a try.

Noticed it doesn't seem to be compatible with the Nexus 4 either, works on the Nexus 5 though. Replaces the stock camera as well, can be undone by uninstalling updates in app info.

it just auto-updated for me ...
i think i like it
finally...
i already noticed a bug -> if you go into camera settings such as ADVANCED or RESOLUTION & QUALITY, i can't seem to navigate back if i click on the text on the top left of the screen...it only goes back to the previous screen only when i tap on the camera icon w/ back arrow. not sure if that was intentional...hope that makes sense.
so far good list of features and navigating is infinitely a lot better than previous UI. Lens Blur seems to be interesting...still testing that feature out though.

I hope they hotfix it and make that bezel transparent similar to how it was. Other than that it seems to work pretty well, have to try out lens blur.

Can we expect marshmallow soon?

Was reading this and given the note 5 ports thought it might not be long until we get a Samsung marshmallow n5 port for our n3?

I know there are 6.0.1 cm13 builds but I like using the stylus or at least having the option to, I might use it some day, you never know
I use CM13 and my pen... there are plenty of ways to get it working.

Oh, with pressure sensitivity? does the camera still work well? 60fps and so on?
Last time I checked there were just too many features from the Samsung roms missing.

CM SPen Addon and Squid ftw. Works perfect. Camera works fine, too. No clue of 60fps, I dont need that.

The captured images won't be of same quality on CM like it is on TW ROMs. Forget about 60 fps, LOL. It's just the something is better than nothing approach, nothing else.

Yeah, I am talking about quality on a phone cam sensor. The quality difference is so much that even with naked eye, and even a dull headed person will notice the difference! And I am a DSLR guy by the way!
My biggest issue with CM is that there isn't a good multiwindow implementation yet. I know they're working on it (I think Google, could be CM, not entirely sure who exactly it is that's working on it), but the feature is still in early alpha. I can't use my phone without it. It's like not having a browser or a SIM card.

Who was talking about camera sensor! Everyone knows software can't change the hardware sensor! Its the post processing that matters, and that's where TW will thump over any CM/AOSP any day, any time.

Sweet. Could you link to that specific website, though? I don't want to be that guy, but it would be nice just for quick verification reasons. I might send it to a tech news website then too.

I meant to the website where this chat function is implemented, just to be completely that it really is from Samsung. I understand that I can't see your conversation. I'm just curious to take a quick look at the page where the function is located.

Camera focus problem

I don't know if this has been posted already, but i have this pretty big issue with my phone. The thing is, in the stock camera app i can't really focus on objects closer than 6-7inches, while on other not strictly camera apps (for example Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp Camera) i can focus really really close, like 2-3 inches away. Is there any way to fix that?

Its got a lot of lag.
Boot up is slow, picture taking is slow.
Maybe I'm not doing something correct but the texted pics were a waste of time.
Havent tried emailing a video or picture yet, couldnt get a video to text.
