Wifi Issues
The Wifi capabilities are great, it picks up signal very well and loads very fast.
My issue is that Quickstep/FunTouchOS/stock rom will NOT connect automatically to any wifi points, saved or otherwise. After pressing the wifi icon and turning it on, it will sit there saying "not connected" until you manually connect to your home wifi. There is no switching between Wifi and Data when the wifi loses signal.
Very frustrating. I'll just stick with Data for the time being.

WiFi performs very well, as long as the BlueTooth module is off.
Once it is on, the Wifi suffers unstable disconnections, especially if you have devices like FitBit/Polar or Pebble connected.
I've never had an issue with the wifi on this phone. I often stream youtube videos in the basement, while my router is on the top floor. Everything works great.

With at least 50% signal, downloading is quick. 1-2 gig file sizes often load in less than 8-10 minutes, sometimes faster... as long as the network isn't congested. Of course that's dependent on the bandwidth of the WiFi network.
I get a good signal in every stall of the bathroom at work! With my ZTE phone on the stall closest to the door would get Wifi

Can't see or connect to 5GHz band WiFi networks. There's no options to switch between 2.4 or 5 in the settings, either false advertising or an oversight in software.
Edit: upon further research this phone does not support WiFi ac.

I don't think I have problems with Wifi, but I find the Realme 3 Pro's WiFi Tethering (Personal Hotspot) is a bit odd. On Windows, I need to turn off the WiFi, and turn it back on so I can connect to R3Pro's tethering. Also, the connecting process is few seconds slower than usual. After it is connected, though, it's stable and I don't find any trouble.
Comparing to my previous phone, Zenfone 2, it was recognized almost instantly after I turn on the WiFi tethering. Also with my wife's Redmi S2, its never a problem. So definitely not Windows' / laptop's fault.

No problems so far
TL;DR -> It's Wi-Fi. Decently fast.
In the north-east room of my home sits a Linksys AC1600 Wi-Fi router. My bedroom and computer lab are on the south end of my home, about 150 feet away from the router.
The Fxtec Pro1 (aka clack) does not have any problems on 5GHz Wi-Fi. The speed on stock firmware is just fine, and the 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5) gets fully used on the phone and the router. I've not done a ton of downloading, just a few NewPipe videos and mobile web browsing, but I have noticed no stuttering then or during app downloads.
This is a rather unscientific reply, but until more people get their devices and can weigh in, I suppose it will have to do.
