New app for samsung Good Lock
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/samsu...lease/home-up-1-0-00-19-android-apk-download/
The only way to use it is through quick Shortcut maker
A nice add to the family
Update : nicelock update include Home up , fine lock not yet
I wrote an email to the developer of FineLock a few hours ago and he was very very quick to respond and incorporate Home UP into the application. Also there's no need for an app update through the play store as it was a server side update. If you don't see Home UP clear cache of FineLock, remove app from recents screen and open it TWICE (open, close, swipe, open).
It's a nice addition as i love the background blur adjuster option in the app drawer and the folder name suggestions.
i just updated from android 10 till 11. installed home up.
when entering home up then task changer. slim list view is missing. how can i get it back guys?

So I recently installed Facebook home on my S4, and it seemed pretty cool.
One thing I want to ask are the privacy concerns. I unchecked the option to use Home as a home screen and app launcher.
I did put Use Home as a lock screen.
How much Data can they collect from me if I do that? If I use Touchwiz to launch all my apps instead of using FB home to do it.

Good morning everybody from Italy. I'm training do develop an app that it can be launched from lockscreen without entering password. i don't like the existing ones like widgetlocker etc because i want that when you install my app, this can belaunched automatically from lockscreen. I don't have any ideas to make it by eclipse.
Show your app icon in a WindowManager over the lockscreen. Launch your activity when the user clicks on your floating icon.
I built this little widget. It uses media utilities that is free on the playstore.. Go to settings in media utilities and
Application Integration --- Zooper
Experimental Features---Make coverart available.
Uses zooper widget pro. Load from sd card. Its set to use samsung's music app when you click on the album art. Of course it can be changed. Maybe this will help someone like myself who didn't know what the hell they were doing as a starting point. I like it a lot. I still don't know how to change from a play (the icon itself) button to a pause button like all the real widgets do (or if its possible). My widget instead has both a play and pause button. Recommend a black background or close to it.
I'm using Earth & Moon Live Wallpaper. This is on my Note Edge using an miui icon theme.
Also included is a matching clock I whipped together.
please unzip.
buttons
I don't get it, please explain :3
You mean, that "X>>" and "<<O" button works for next and previous respectively?
I'm new to Zooper widget, so please help. (also, notify me if I'm posting at a wrong place)
"o" is play.
"x" is pause
">> " is skip forward
" <<" is skip back.
It's not hard.
nice one
first time is too hard to remember the key

Hi,
I have recently installed iLauncher which has removed the Google search bar widget from the top of the home screen. I am also aware that other launchers like nova can do this.
However, I am still unable to figure out how to remove the same google search bar that appears when I enter the app switcher (recent apps). This app switcher being what appears when you press the right hand side square button at the bottom of the screen on the home screen, where you can close the apps you have running.
I have no clue how to remove the search bar from here and it is very annoying, as it is on the switcher but not on my home screen and I do not want it on either.
I have included screenshots of my home screen and the switcher so you see what I mean.
Thanks.

It depends on the custom ROM you're running, most custom ROM's have their own settings menu to configure options that are usually not found in AOSP. You have to search there and see if there's a menu for recent apps and the option to show or hide search on recent apps should be there.
Xposed and GravityBox is always an option

I am not running a custom ROM though, just stock marshmallow with a different launcher installed.
Is there really no way to remove the search bar from recent apps?
You can do either of the above or request the launcher dev to include it. That's 3 options, just for you.
Nova Launcher allows this to be removed
It looks like I can't add any app specific shortcut on my home screens.
In Firefox, when I click to add a bookmark to the home screen, nothing happens, no shortcut is created.
And on FB messenger the option to add a chat head shortcut to the homescreen doesn't even show up anywmore.
I tried with stock launcher, lawnchair and Nova, same problem.
Did I miss something?
Btw I just bought that G6 and updated to Oreo right out of the box, so I don't know how it was on Nougat.
(missing Messenger option in attached screen cap)

Ok I guess the apps need to be updated to use the new method.
No one else has that problem?
