Can anyone tell me how I can change the boot logo of my Erisin.
When I turn it on I'd like the VolksWagen logo to appear.
I tried to follow many online procedures but the factory menu is always different.
I also made the video of my menu but xda doesn't let me publish the link.

someone can explain to me how I can upload a custom boot logo?
In car settings menù, I select LOGO SETTINGS and after LOGO SELECTED: 0. Then I upload a logo by pendrive but at device restart it don't appear...
Nothing?
After selecting the logo restart the android head unit from factory settings and check the new bootlogo would appear.

Once you set the boot logo goto car setting in that see for factory setting use password "8888" then find reboot device . Even i have faced similar issues after selecting boot logo the message used to appear boot logo successfully set but then there was no boot logo nor boot animations the device directly used to start with home screen.

okay then just check on playstore you might find an app that will help you reboot your device after setting the logo just make sure the logo has 1024X600 resolution max.

okay can you guide me if i want to upgrade my android head unit to android 9 firmware ?
also do you face issues in radio reception sometime the radio signals go blank and are recovered after sometime.

i am also facing same issue, I also tried this. After reboot, it show car logo and then animation logo of android, but it show only once. I also tried, by switching off the car for almost 5 mintues and then turn ON the switch but all in vain. It takes display directly to the Home Screen without showing Boot logo.

but I have to throw it out because the Boot logo is gone and I don't want to turn it on
When turned on, the display only flashes once and tries to start again
I have successfully uploaded custom bootlogo on 8227l_demo . Make sure the bootlogo resolution is 1024x600 and it must be in bmp format.
To user facing no boot animation after setting boot logo do the following:
Go to android setting --> apps
search for bootlogo selector apk and clear the data.
now go and set the desired boot logo after getting the message"Boot logo set successful" goto to factory setting and enter factory code(in my case it's : 8888)
and reboot your device.
Even i have faced this issue after setting boot logo the device used to directly display home screen i.e no bootlogo nor boot animation.
But now its solved.

Did anyone ever figure this out? I have the same radio but doesn't "boot" when I turn on the car. Just go straight to startscreen. If I reboot from factory menu it shows my logo but only because it rebooted. It doesn't reboot when I turn on the car.

this issue might occur because your device is going in sleep mode and not powering off . You can probably set these settings in factory mode

Can't find anything in factory settings - but then again, don't really know which setting to look for. But you're probably right.

You likely have a radio that uses the newer fastboot technology. The only way it fully reboots is if battery power is lost or maybe it sits a long time. The advantage in so doing is you don't have to wait 30 seconds or so for startup each time. AFAIK, this cannot be disabled.
My new PX6 Sadocom does this. Also for Android 10, changing the logo is a little different as the program referenced did not exist on my radio:
I first created a custom logo using the 1024x600 and BMP format suggested above. I saved it to a USB drive and connected it to the USB cable of the radio.
In the settings screen, I entered my password to get to the boot logo screen. When the numerous logos are displayed, I touched the search (magnifying glass) icon, and it defaulted to the USB drive. My custom logo was there, so I selected and saved it.
I had to disconnect the battery to fully reboot, but the logo is there and looks good.

I know this is an old thread but i figured i post the answer here for those searching this out in the future.
Go to "car settings"->"factory settings" password "8888"->Engineering test debugging" password "26959910".
This brings you to a menu to which you can modfiy sleep settings.
Enjoy having to wait for your headunit to boot every time you start you car.

I bought a ZQ_MTK_8007 with Android 10.
When it boots it shows a stationary vehicle logo at the beginning and then an animated ANDROID. I can change the vehicle logo, but not the animated one.
With my earlier radio with Malysk (Android 4.4) it was exactly the other way around. First came a non-changeable boot logo and then an animated vehicle boot logo. How can I also change the animated logo?

Hi, I just installed on my mazda 3 first gen an android system K2001N but for some reason I can't get the boot logo list, I already connect the system to wifi but there is no logo to select, and I think that mostly of the functions are blocked, is there any an additional setting that I have to do?
You can try to upload your picture in .png format from under the root at: /system/tsoem/logoset/1024x600 (or other dimension)
or if you mean the boot animation you can see on /system/media/bootanimation.zip and replace the picture in the animation
