remap ford voice control button - Android Head-Units

So i bought a witson head unit for my ford focus mk3. Everything seems to work fine only i want to remap the voice control button on the steering wheel. Its seems like its hard mapped so when i click on the button it automatically opens the ford sync app. I would like to remove this and make it do something else.
Did you have the same issue as i did and got it fixed please let me know how you remapped the voice control button

Joying 4.4.4 android HU keymap question.

I have the unit fully installed and working except for the "next" button on my steering wheel. The volume buttons work fine. I am able to map the button to "next track" but the music apps don't respond. I made sure the option to respond to hardware buttons is enabled in the app (dsub).
The same app on my phone will let me use the skip button on BT headphones.
I also remapped the button to "home" to verify its not a vehicle side problem and it worked fine. Hitting "next" on the steering wheel took me to the home screen. I still get the confirmation beep no matter what it is mapped to.
The button input is a varying resistance type if that matters. '09 lincoln towncar using the crux SWC adapter. Only 3 buttons; vol+, vol-, and next.
Any ideas? I was toying with remapping the button to some other function and setting a tasker event to skip track. End call? That should do nothing unless I'm on a call.

ASWC-1 bluetooth buttons not seen on Atoto???

I have a Honda Fit 2015
I got the ASWC-1 set up and it senses the bluetooth keys in manual program. Atoto will not see those keys when press them. The other keys work fine if you pick the right head unit configuration. I've tried them all and none of the 3 bluetooth (pickup, hangup, ptt) will work with the Atoto. I've also tried manually programming them for vol up/down or other keys like source but it doesn't matter it does nothing.
Any suggestions?

Steering wheel button settings

Hi all
I installed an Android (10) multimedia in my car. It was purchased from a seller called Autotop on Aliexpress, and everything seem to be working well including the steering wheel buttons.
Only problem is that I would like to set each button on the steering to do other functions then set by default and it simply doesn't work.
When I go to Settings > Steering wheel settings, it asked me to push the buttons and program them, but when I do that either nothing happenes or the buttons who are already set will do the action they supposed to, means the app doesn't communicate with the steering buttons.
Will appreciate any help to program these buttons.
*I noticed a similar thread here from 3 yrs ago, no solution there, hopefully now there is.

CSN2 PX6 Button Assignment Weirdness

Hello,
I am the new owner of a PX6 CSN2 system. I did not want it but the seller promised a MTCE unit yet sent a CSN2 unit instead. Anyway, the unit is up and running with stock Android 10 rooted with Magisk and it works well. I even "systemized" a few apps so that they do not get terminated on suspend. My favorite launcher (Fcc) is not quite there with CSN2 support but works well overall.
My main problem is the assignment of buttons to apps. The unit is vehicle specific (like this one) and has a number of hardware buttons, which are supplemented by SWC buttons (handled by a third-party CAN bus adapter since the one that came to the unit triggers the dreaded anti-theft beeps from the amp). They are identified as separate buttons by the system and can be assigned different actions. The front panel buttons and the SWC buttons are assigned differently: the latter are handled through a stand alone app ("Wheelkey study" or something like this), whereas the front panel buttons are assignable through the factory settings. The interface for assignment is however identical. All is well if these buttons are assigned to actions (home, skip, play, etc. etc.), but I seem to be only able to assign a single app to all the buttons assigned to apps (SWC or front panel). For example, suppose that I assign Torque to the Info SWC button. After assignment pressing said button results indeed in the launch of Torque just as advertised. Suppose not that I want to assign Poweramp to the Disk front panel button. After the assignment, the Disk button launches Poweramp just fine, but the Info SWC button also launches Poweramp (instead of Torque). It appears that I am only able to assign a single app, but I can assign it to multiple buttons, which is not terribly useful.
So my question is, can anybody with a similar unit confirm that this is expected (however stupid) behaviour. If this is not so then any pointers you might have toward convincing the unit to assign different apps to different buttons would be much appreciated.
I miss the xposed-mtce-utils module, which performed this kind of assignment flawlessly. I am guessing that a CSN2 equivalent does not exist (but please, please correct me if I am wrong). Fcc button assignment does not seem to work on CSN2 either (it odes not sense any button for me).
Thank you so very much!
Cheers,
Stefan

How to edit/upload/ CANBUS settings?

I have Junsun V1 head unit with LTE and canbox.
CAN settings is selected as "VW RZC".
Steering wheel buttons working good.
I have not connected KEY 1 and KEY 2. It`s not working. SWC is not working and that is ok, because CAN is working.
The problem is:
When I press volume UP on the wheel, volume down, next, prev - works good
When I press phone button on the steering wheel, the head unit open by default Bluetooth app.
So, when someone is calling to me, I can`t pick up the phone from the steering wheel, because Bluetooth app is opening.
Everything is coded in by CAN (VW RZC).
How to edit can settings? or how to upload new setting? How to change bluetooth for “pick up”?
Once again, please forget about key 1, key 2 and SWC.
Pure CAN recoding.
I would like to know the answer to how to recode CANBUS settings. My volume up and down keys work as expected, but my phone key opens the Bluetooth app also and I want to turn it into a "next track" button and the hang up button into a "previous track" button.
For your problem, there is a submenu in 8878. I think it is in "Other" but possibly in CAN that reverse volume up and down. That should fix that problem. If you can't figure it out I will check next time I'm in my van.
