As the title suggests my device have been randomly restarting after the March update. this has been happening at least 5 to 10 times per day. Anyone else also facing this issue ?

Me too but mine ain't that frequent
First the screen starts flickering/blinking then shows up android one boot logo or nokia logo and the phone just restarted
It happens like 2-4 times a week

Never faced restarting issue after March 2020 update working normally...

I think since march
Front camera not working in any application
Since march patch update from camera option is not there in camera application. It is not working in other application too like whatsapp. Does anybody faces same issue?

No I haven't.... I wanted solution without factory reset.
I tried resetting camera application, even tried with deleting app data but nothing works.

Try to clear The app data and cache and see if it helps.

No it didn't help. I guess i left with only factory reset now.

It happens often that my phone reboots very quickly just with the samsung starting sound, no starting screen. It usually happens after a notification like a text message or a voice message.......anybody else experiencing the same problem?

I saw that on 2.3.3 - app notification caused phone to reboot.

Hi all, I'm facing issue on my new G2 - It's not big deal, but I really want to get rid off this. My G2 getting restart by itself when I unlock the screen. It doesn't happening every time. But once this happen G2 shows me only LG logo and takes about 15-20 seconds to restart whole interface. Is there anyone who facing same issue? Or anyone with any idea how to fix this?

try doing a factory reset. keep in mind you will lose all info on phone.
I have same problem too. I tried factory reset but problem not solved
Same here as well. Just got the phone yesterday and today it rebooted about ten times already! Not including twice after I did a master reset. I'm thinking about returning it.

So from yesterdays factory reset issue doesn't appear yet. So for me solved. I hope. Very much.
I solved the problem.
The problem was about Gmail 4.6 upgrade
Downgrading to 4.5 version worked
I found EXACTLY the same problem. I did not want to teset my phone, it's like resetting my life!
Luckily, reverting to the Gmail app 4.5 literally solved my problem instantaneously.
I have a Verizon version.

Hi, my phone has started to freeze. I have to softboot it which is getting a pain.
This is a recent thing and I think it's down to an xposed module. Has anyone else had this problem linked with xposed?

Yes this happend even to me since last week. I think it depends on some app updates as Hangout and Google Plus.... indeed sometime they creased several time and just rebooting can help the problem. Anyway Today I found my N4 completely off or it does not switch on the screen. It is like a sod and after pushing several time for more than 3 sec the power button it reboot again.
Now I am doing a backup of my pictures and I will try to make a clear of cache.
My N4 is not rooted and bootloader locked so virgin!
every time i turn on or restart my phone, it will say android is starting.
is this normal to axon 7?
or is this a bug?

Do you have disabled any apps?
I have come across this in my LG G4 when i disable some stock apps....but haven't came across with Axon 7 (have disabled just some Google apps)

That happened to me when I disabled the Google app. Had to factory reset the phone from stock recovery.

Re-Enable TouchPal and hangouts and reboot twice and see if the starting still showing....
I'm saying twice cuz after enabling may show the screen for last time if re-enabling those apps were causing the screen to show
Why not try to just re-enable the apps and reboot again?

Oh...It happens when my first reboot, and then i did 2 reboots, it gone.
My G4 does this every time I power it on. Minor inconvenience.

ever since the 7.0 update my s7 edge has been randomly freezing and restarting its self, no matter what i do, i tried clearing cache partition, i tried a factory reset, but my device still seems to freeze and restart.
im trying to find out how i can go back to marshmallow apparently factory reset still on 7.0.

i thought it was only me, its really annoying on marshmallow it was fine, now randomly itll just freeze and restart.. it no matter what i do, i could be browsing on chrome or just unlocking the device, its just random..
i want to go back to marshmallow.. until they fix this garbage.

I have the same problem (random reboots). I have a Galaxy S7 and since the update to Android Nougat 7.0, my phone restarts randomly, it can stay an entire week without restart and it can also restart 2 days in a row. It's totally random but the average is a restart every 6-7 days. I have reset to the factory settings and I have reinstalled only the most important applications (facebook messenger, viber, yahoo mail) but unfortunately about ten days after reset, the problem has reappeared.

seems u have it better than me, mine restarts about 2-3 times a day, i havent had a single day without a restart, its aggravating me.

Yeah i have exactly the same problem ... we can write case after the restart (case with the problem + logs ) in Samsung member app installed on our phones !

Yes I have this problem of random reboots and I sent an error report via Samsung Members, so that Samsung is aware and corrects this bug as soon as possible.

Nope and 7.0
My Galaxy Tab S2 does this...its very annoying and I cant figure out what is causing it.
I had random restarting problems with my G901F and i fixed the problem with a custom kernel and raising cpu minimum frequency limit by 400 mhz. No other methodes worked but this.
