I want to know which is least customised ROM and best for Gaming?
Try Pixel Experience.
MIUI
is that Pixel experience better than MIUI custom ROM For gaming?

Use Lineage 16. Best ROM for gaming. It only eats a few amount of ram instead of lot of like other ROMs.

I will also try that one. Im actually using MIUIpro by riku do you think lineage16 is better to that one in terms of gaming and BB?

Little question here..
CM and Stock are pretty different, CM has more RAM more multitasking, better wifi, but Stock based has more features... And I'm experiencing better gaming performance on stock based, My question is: For you what is better? CM is in general terms smooth and responsive, But gaming isn't so good.. How can I make it better on gaming? And which CM do you recommend me for gaming performance? No matter its from FXP or.any other but I want to know your opinion?
Thanks in advance
Try the different versions and see for yourself is the best option.
My preference is CM by a long shot (CM11 LBL) but thats not going to apply to anyone else for the same reasons.
i prefer CM roms or CM based roms.. the only things i like about stock rom are better battery life and stamina mode
but what about gaming performance? How is it on CM? as I said I have more freezes on it on every game E.g on MC4... what about your experciences?

Depends upon your requirement.
Need a cool black thing..sheared LL 2.6
Need a heavy featured thing..Any AURORA or Note 5 feel rom
Need Stock Android Feel..Go for CM.
So basically your need plays a vital role here. Anything 3-4 SCREEN ON TIME is the best
Currently on a Standard Rooted Touchwiz 6.0.1 Port Rom (basically S5 rom, very stable and s pen and everything works.).
I was wondering if there is any other rom that is great/better for gaming and general usage. I don't mind touchwiz or pure android...
I think for more performance without tweaking the kernel much, your best choice would be going for AOSP ROMs like RRN or LineageOS. Stock Android ROMs tend to offer much more performance (at the cost of battery especially while gaming) with stock settings. Both of the two mentioned ROMs are stable enough for general usage (I've used both of them for weeks and months and had no issues whatsoever).
If you want to stay with a TouchWiz based ROM, best choices (but not limited to these only) would be MagMa NX ROM, Aspire ROM along with the Phantom kernel. Phantom kernel at it's new releases offer great stability and best combination of battery life and performance.
My advice would be this: Try each one of them out. Trying period should last at least 2 days so that the ROM and kernel can settle down. Then you should be able to decide which one suits your needs best
All the best in experimenting!

I do prefer Aspire ROM with tweaked gugu0Das kernel, maybe it's not that stable as not tweaked one, but offers the best performance. For example AspireROM+gugu0dasTW + Real Racing 3 on High works perfect.
But if you want something more stable, then do like @grumpycoder100 said, that would be the best choice then.
And do try each one of them, because it depends from you which one will have the best performance in your opinion.
Best regards!
Hi,
I just want to know, according to you what is the best Rom you experience on Redmi Note 7 ? (basing on user experience, number of bugs, features, battery drain, responsivity ...)
It is just a personnal opinion and does not reflect the quality of rom for which the developers do a very good job
Tried Pixel Experience, Bootloggers, and AOSP extended and from those three AoSP is the best so far, best battery life, performance and fewest bugs.
Xiaomi.eu the best imo
Global stock excellent for me

I'm interested in MicroG/NoGApps [do not have the device (yet)]. Usually I prefer LOS, so if official LOS exists the MicroG builds from download.lineage.microg.org - because of hal1/3 issue on lavender official LOS does not look nearby. So best MicroG ROM options to avoid deodex services.jar seem to be [OFFICIAL][9.0]AospExtended v6.6 or Havoc-OS-2.6-[9.0]-[Official] or [9.0][OFFICIAL]crDroid v5.6[Lavender]?
Regarding Problems with video recording & WhatsApp video call and proximity sensor all those ROMs are the same?
Xiaomi.eu it's been a good ROM, can hit around 8~9 hours of SOT, I've readed sometimes up to 10hours
I wish you separated miui into 1.) stock and 2.) xiaomi eu.
which I can't try yet as I'm still waiting to have my bootloader unlocked.
Conclusion: Don't be a tester for underdeveloped ROM, stay safe and stable with stock ROM.

Are you serious? No one is holding a gun against your head and telling you to install roms. Those people spend hours and hours working so we can have multiple choices (not everyone likes miui) and they dont get a cent for their job. At least someone can do is install rom and give their feedback. These days roms are not making too much difference when it comes to overall performance cause phones have way better hardware and specs. But not so long ago when phones had 512mb of ram and you get them with fully bloated stock roms the only way of having a normal phone was to root and install a custom rom. So no need to trash talk if you dont like it dont use it. I personally havent tried single rom so far (tho i got my note 7 few weeks ago). I settled for xiaomi eu cause its stable with everything working and i dont have time to flash roms at the moment. But i will always be fan of pure android and OP if you like pure android and a bit smoother experience go for custom roms also battery will sure be better there. I heard evira kernel is good also you could try pixel experience (less customization) , aex or havoc for more customization.

Now AOSP is not really good as you expect. Its smooth but battery is not really better than stock and not all feature is working some hiccup occurs in 3rd party apps

Learn the difference between trash talk and stating facts.
You don't even use custom ROM.
Sure, I also want everybody else to use custom ROMs so they get developed more quickly?
I am surprised that lineageOs has not more vote on this topic. It was a very popular Rom on other devices but I think there is other good competitors on RN7. I will have a look on AospExtended some day as it seems very adopted.
I previously switched to custom rom 'cause I had some issues with MIUI. I don't know if it is always the case but MIUI work smooth with default launcher but when using alternative laucher (for example Nova), I had issues with notifications counter. It seems that MIUI kill apps severly in order to have a good battery life. For me, notification badges was killed also fitness app like Samsung Health or google fit. It was not the case with Mi Fit.
Even if I set the correct property in the app control, it seems that xiaomi apps always have always been managed better like if they have some heigher privilege.
I'm very happy in Stock Global MIUI 10 stable.
Rooted.
Evira Kernel.
FDE.AI Magisk Module.
Underclocked.
Debloated.
Happy about it.
I enjoy visual appearance very much and MIUI is just beautiful to my eyes.
To me:
- Xiaomi.eu is the best if you can't live without the MIUI stuff. It has almost all the best MIUI can offer, removes most privacy issues from stock, and adds more useful features.
- For custom ROMs:
+ I love AOSPExtended since it has just enough customizations to play with. I have it on my RN7 (lavender) and RN4X (mido) and it works perfectly on both. I love the way my 2 phones look and work almost the same.
+ ResurrectionRemix has a crazy amount of customization options. I used to have it on my RN4X. I've never had it on my RN7 but it's a very popular ROM out there.
+ LineageOS is great if you enjoy minimalism. I have it on my ancient phones to keep them light and clean.
You can try different ROMs to see which one fits your needs or you can stay on stock MIUI. You have the choice. Just pay respect to developers as they devote their time and effort to create and improve ROMs.
Cheers! :fingers-crossed:
Syberia.. Just because its battery life.
Agreed to the person before me, always respect the DEV.. Nowdays people tend to ask too much and have lil patience.
So far am going with miui eu global official.Have tried global worldwide official and chinese official and find the eu global the best. Also tried the eu custom rom revolution x aosp extended bootleggers havoc and pixel experience and found aosp extended to be least buggy for me.When it comes to sound and camera especially adding gcam the official miui eu is better but try the roms for yourself and decide.
Is there any noticeable difference between global version number and eu version number?? Or the 10.6.0 and 10.3.3 are the same thing with small differences??

The eu 10.3.3 is a custom rom based on the chinese rom with all the chinese apps debloated.I found it a bit buggy with apps like what's app.You also have the eeu global 10.5.0 which I find the best after trying worldwide global chinese miui and eu custom rom.Eeu global has less adds and is more debloated than worldwide global.Best to try them and decide which suits.
after trying many roms, stock eu is best...some apps not work on custom roms, so stock with evira pure 1.4 kernel is best ?

Is there any good ROM with actual 5000mah battery backup and better performance?
I've tried havoc os, superior os, dot os, nitrogen os, pixel experience, cosp and obviously stock ROM too.
Mostly used Superior os
- best battery backup among the ones which I've used (got almost 15 h
- regular updates & bug fixed
But after few days the mobile became damn laggy, apps are reloading even when I click on home accidentally and reopen app immediately.
Havoc os have good number of features but battery is not better than superior os
Dots os & nitrogen os have less features and battery is also not that good
Pixel experience don't have many extra features than stock ROM but it has multi user and few more than stock ROM but again battery backup is not satisfactory.
Cosp is same as pixel experience
I don't feel any ROM I've tried gave me battery backup which a 5000mAh mobile can give.
Please suggest me any ROM with best battery backup and good performance.
Why there is no ROM with minimal features and with good battery and usage performance?
I would request developers to develop one such ROM.
Thanks in advance.
unfortunately there already have a rom which u want.
The one and only . God of every rom..

Which ROM you're talking about?
nice
Try pixel dust ROM. That gave me good battery back up like 12 hours without gaming.
Or try CAF roms.

I think I've tried that too, faced few bugs & battery life is not that satisfactory, not better than superior os. And it's still unofficial.

I've heard about it. Just flashed Derpfest by a suggestion that it's better than pixeldust. I'll try pixeldust for sure. TQ.

Derpfest ?
Lineage.. ion RR
Go for crDroid or EvolutionX...Best among all. I had same situation like you. now i am stable with crDroid.
Evolution X. It's good with magisk module that increases performance with better battery backup
Lineage .. unofficial .. great rom
What the heck is "better battery backup"?
Are you guys all meaning to say "what is the best rom for squeezing the most battery life out of the 5000 mah battery?"
Try using
[PIE-9.0][OFFICIAL] Cosmic-OS v4.0 - CORONA [X01BD] ,
it's working well for battry life, and gcam downloaded from playstore, really working ?

I agree with OP, superior os is the best for m2 max pro. Best battery backup(without compromising performance much) & very stable. But I didn't see any slow down or lags over time, I've been using it for quite some time.
