When I turn on the automatic rotation and put the phone on foot, the screen rotates !! I have already calibrated the kernel option ... I have already restarted I have already installed the Estock miui and it does not work

To me it happens the same, i have tried to flash it with persist, but it doesn't do ****. does anyone know a way to fix this?

Now when I enter camera mode, all I see is black. Once I take a picture, in the preview, it'll actually show what it took a picture of. So it works, but I can't see what I'm taking a picture of.
Any ideas?
Also, once its saved and I go to it to view it, it gives me that 'no application associated' error, but when I go programs and run the view manually, it works fine.
How do I re-associate it?

another problem that im having is that it will ask me for the pin when I turn on the phone but it will disappear and not come back
Well, fixed the camera one; didn't need to install the camera patch. Check qualities and looks like already patched.
Still stuck on the other two.
Can can't figure out how to get the music tab up now. Used to work, now it isn't working. Hm...
That's not typical behavior. Try downloading another copy of the ROM update and reflashing. Make sure there are no SD cards in your phone while flashing. For safe measure do a hard reset right after you flash. Let us know if you still have the problem after that.

Same problem for me with the swedish installation, black on screen but taking pictures without any problem. Kamera Version 5.04 (Build 31875) Swe.
How to solve this?

for camera issues upgrade to Radio rom 1.59.42.23 or Radio rom 1.59.42.15
I can recommend 1.59.42.15 , with ver...23 gps doesnt work good - slow start, TT7 doesnt work
Can't update with this radio rom. pda phone rom update utility shows error 262. Update stopped in 0%.
Tested with 2 difret PC's.
about the pin code box, i have the same problem that the enter pin screen dissapears very soon, but i just press the call button once and then its popping up the screen again so... for me no big problem....

if ya have upgrade to wm6.1..please remember not to install Hot fix for Touch Cruise photo quality issue cos i had encounter similar problem after installing the fix but once i removed the culprit my camera was back to usual

Still black screen after uninstall of the Hot fix for Touch Cruise photo quality issue.
do a soft reset if still cannot work do a hard reset and delete the hot fix

Nope. Still black screen after soft reset.
Taking pictures is no problem and even the preview of the taken picture shows i 3 sec, and then black screen again.
I re-installed the ROM and everything worked fine again.
Installed the photo fix HTC released the camera was bugged again, so uninstalled that and it worked. So that solved that.
the picture viewer would stuff up when I installed the 3D drivers. I want to keep these, so how do I associate the picture viewer to the images I take?
Also, I can't get the music tab up. Was it excluded in this ROM?

have you tried to Hard Reset your phone?
if yes and still it's like that, i may conclude that it's a hardware problem.

I had the same problem, and I had to send it to HTC Service to take it repaired!!
Its the unique solution...
okay fixed it!! Last night i wats txting and my fone freezed!!! And I BANGED it on desk.. Now this morning when i checked camera working!!!!!!!!!! Hardware lol:d

So it is a common problem of Viva. Maybe the camera is not made good enough. I have seen several posts concerning this problem.
Also, I have had this problem for 7 months. Last week I finally took it to the hTC Care Center.

The most frequent issue here (I learnt through a thread like this):
Your battery has dropped most probably below 20%.
Charge, and if there is no defect, it should work again.
maybe you are using a battery that HD2 doesnt recognize.
you have to change the registry:
HKEY LOCAL MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\Battery\FlashLightPowerUnavailable
change from 1 to 0

Im having a problem regarding screen rotation in my android
I am using [DL DesireZ v3.4] NAND rom
Just after I flashed it, it worked really fine for me, but then I decided to calibrate g sensor what was my mistake since now it freezes and doesnt work the way I want it to work, when put the phone at the landscape mode I have to move like 10 times in various directions to make it work
Is there any possibility to fix it?

I calibrated it on a flat surface, nothing was wrong I guess..
G-sensor was a problem with Android on sd.
Never heard of any fix though, try reinstalling the rom, i guess MAGLDR does still work right?

DID YOU PUT YOUR HD2 ON A FLAT SURFACE WHILE CALIBRATING?
I tried with screen facing the floor but no change

My asus Zenfone zoom S screen got upside down and also got reversed after I restarted my phone..Now I cannot open my phone also as everything on the screen is reversed and upside down. I showed to 2 mobile repair shops..They said they were unable to solve it..What can I do.? Kindly help .Suggest me..I have tried by best to open it..but it's difficult to unlock the screen also..kindly help..As it's lockdown going on due Covid -19 .I think I have to try myself to restore it.
