Mine is still at Feb level. I didn't get the April one at all. It's announced May one is coming or has come out. But when I checked, no new update. So what version of xc are the security updates for?

French version received May security update this week.
It depends on a region of firmware. Some countries already got the lastest May patch (2.69), but some are not.

Recieved the new update a few minutes ago, right now it is installing on my device in germany
In France, they skipped march/April but push May's patch last week.
Same in Spain, unlocked phone and no security updates since february.
Edit: Today it updated to April's security , i was expecting may patch but its fine...
I got the phone with June security patch. And I'm not getting any OTA update for the latest version. How do I update my phone to the latest version??

If you've just got the phone, then don't worry you'll get it soon. I got it 1 or 2 days late as well. Keep checking regularly.

This is how you manually update, if you don't want to wait for OTA or are not getting any OTA.
Don't update manually...as it's very risky we don't have any flash tool available right know to flash the stock ROM if anything goes wrong...
I using Nokia 6 from 24 aug... Normally update comes between 20 to 25th of every month.. so i recommend to wait ...
Yeah I forgot to mention that. We have seen some people who ended up with problems so it is risky.
I have the UK bought TA-1033 variant. Got till September security patch. Waiting for the 7.1.2 + October security patch.

Try this
Try sticking a different SIM from a different operator in the phone. I'm on Vodafone and put an O2 SIM in and within 30 seconds it found the update.

In Italy two carriers released an update with security patches updated at 1 February and small tweakes like working Samsung Pay (in Italy) and updated Weather widgets (S8 style)
Im from Puerto Rico and nothing after January update too.
What the hell is happening? Almost everyone got the february update and DBT nothing yet.
I know... I've seen it on sammobile. Almost every little country get the February update... And no DBT. Would be a dream, if we get Oreo with March Security update first.
Still nothing for DBT... This is starting to look like we are going to get Oreo first(with March security patch).

That's nice and all but DBT(unlocked Germany) is still on january patch.

Totally agree with you. I hope the Oreo update won't take long to come on our devices.
Well I have been using phone since I got the February update and except new weather widget (like on s8) I didn't notice any cosmetic changes. But I can tell that (for me) phone works more fluid and faster than before.
