Use Edxposed, I do. Don't know about Google Pay but Netflix works fine for me.

[Magisk Universal Fix][SafetyNet]Magisk Module

This is not my work i am just sharing this as many users face SafetyNet fails in many roms especially in oreo roms and practically no fix is available and we get seriously crazy as no proper fix are available because no specific reasons are seen as why it fails they are random, Same happened with me too.
This Magisk Module has been personally tested by me on omni rom, works with magisk 14.0 and above, Should also work fine in nougat as well, Test it and comment below.
Steps to install:
1)Flash this module through TWRP or magisk(i personally flashed it via TWRP, Should work fine when flashed via magisk)
2)Clear Cache/Dalvik
3) Reboot
4)It should pass SafetyNet
5)Enjoy
Tips: Before flashing this module try clearing data of play store and after following above steps and flashing, Hide root from play store and google framework before checking for SafetyNet, Just to avoid failure, This is what i did.
As this is a magisk module, You can uninstall this by deleting this module from magisk and reboot.
Here's Link to download the module

how can i use microG in stock nought rom any idea?

give some idea or solution
Well As Per my knowledge MIcroG don't requires anything special like root or xposed framework to work. i use iYTB for non root(similar to OGYoutube) on G4 Play(Android 7.1) with microG integration and it works perfectly. You don't need Root permission for microG. So go ahead and try what you were trying. Thumbs up if i helped u out.

For microG you need to support signature spoofing, wich you can get by manually patching the ROM or using Xposed.

SafetyNet Test

UPDATE!
Tweet by @topjohnwu - https://twitter.com/topjohnwu/status/1035974346441932802
He clearly states that many apps are still using the old API which Google recently banned.
@z1_nile researched this app - SafetyNet Helper Sample. It has been updated to use the latest API for getting SafetyNet status. Those having root (using Magisk) can simply use the SafetyNet check in the Magisk Manager.
Hey there!
Can a few of you guys please try the SafetyNet Test app from the store and share the result?
Mine shows Failed for some reason -
Code:
SafetyNetApi.AttestationResult success == false or empty payload
I'm using a mostly untouched stock ROM with Camera2API enabled.
EDIT - I searched around for it. Data was obscure but seems that this is expected. Google has made some changes to the SafetyNet API and one needs an API key to make calls to the API (?). I just want to know if it's an issue with my device or it is expected.
PS - My device shows uncertified in Google Play Store.
yesterday, I enabled Camera2API and pokemon works, so phone passes safetynet test

Good to hear that. Did you install SafetyNet Test app from the Play Store and check its result?
no, but safetynet test and pokemon use same safetynet api
Mine with Camera2 API enabled and some system app deleted, and it's still working fine.
Why this happened? Running pure stock, locked bootloader, nothing funny just enabled camera2api, getting fota's as usual. But safetynet failed? Any solutions? Device is certified in play protect certification. Help needed.
Now I'm seriously tensed.

No but I'm the one who put safetynet helper sample app's screenshot which passed the test right in the comments. How can you say someone else found it while I posted it earlier.

My bad, @z1_nile. I did not mean to pass off your research as mine or that of anyone else.
What I meant to say was, topjohnwu mentioned in his tweet that most apps do not use the new SafetyNet API whereas Magisk does.
The app to which I linked wasn't mentioned by him. I have corrected my mistake and given you credits for research.
Apologies.

SefatyNet failed both profiles.

Hey , I was trying to use EdExposed and I think since then my SefatyNet is just failing , even after I removed EdExposed its failing.
I tried MagiskHide to Google Play Store and Google Framework Services.
If there is any log I need to upload , please explain to me how to do it.
I'm using , OOS 10.3.4 with Omega Kernel.

Have you tried the lastest canary version for edxposed?

Question Google wallet and root

Has someone managed to launch google pay with root without any problems? I have safetynet-fix, I tried custom props, but if it is active, the finger scanner does not work. Now it doesn't even work with props. It costs zygisk, I did it according to the guide https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/magisk-google-wallet-pay-with-magisk.4471279/
We need a modded safety net fix with new wallet apk.

Yeah, easy. Props not needed. Use HMA, Shamiko. Pretty much this.
Edit: Universal SafetyNet Fix 2.3.1 MOD is necessary.
