[Q] Error when installing 4.2.2

I have tried to install using CWMR and the file in the D/L link, I also had the system update come up for me and I tried to to ADB sideload in CWMR and all failed the same with this message:
assert failed: apply_patch_check("/system/lib/hw/power.manta.so". **bunch of letters and numbers**)

I have a stock unlocked Nexus 10 with Clockworkmod Recovery v6.0.2.3. I have flashed a Franco Kernel at one point in time but made a stock kernel backup before. I made sure that I flash the stock kernel before attempting this update. I have also tried to flash using TWRP, but I get the same message every time.
Anyone know what this is and how to fix it so I can flash to the 4.2.2 update?
nearly same problem for me with unlocked and rooted nexus 10 but stock kernel:

It's the infamous set_perm error when try to install the recovery, it's necesary to change the ota zip.
What is the "infamous set permanent error"? And what does that mean for me when it comes to installing the update?

[Q] Nexus 7 bricked & unable to flash

Hi everyone, first I have to say that English is not my primary language so I apologize for any inconvenience.
So what stupid things I did was, I used Nexus Toolkit to upgrade to 4.4 Kitkat from a Custom ROM and Custom Kernel
After I realized it, i wasn't able to boot up the device properly
neither the Android itself nor the Recovery
All of it will show up a line of word "Booting Failed" on the top the bootloader screen
I tried to recover it to stock using Nexus Toolkit but sadly it started to fail after those erasing command
(Even using the flash-all.bat)
Now the device is still can be found by using fastboot devices
And I tried to flash CWM and gives out the error output :

What can I do now ?
Helps is much appreciated
SOLVED
After booting to temporary recovery, I found that the only problem is that the internal storage is unable to mount
So after wiping every thing and format I managed to flash recovery and system too now

[A5_DUG]Try to flash stock rom but encountered some problem

I hate to tell story, just let me try to state the situation
A5_DUG HTC 816 dual sim
Soft-bricked
OS-2.34.708.1 (which is lolipop)
Cannot unlock bootloader because didn't enable "enable oem unlock"
Cannot "fastboot erase userdata"
Cannot fastboot boot recovery.img or flash recovery recovery.img
When I try the image crc button, few of them shows 0x0, and i think those partition are totally empty (which includes boot, system and recovery)
simply, i got a 816 dual sim with bootloader only.
I finally found one zip that match and no signature fail
When i tried to flash a zip using HBOOT (zip = 0P9CIMG_A5_DUG_L50_DESIRE_SENSE60_MR_hTC_Asia_HK_2.34.708.1_Radio_1.13.3230.27.0303_13.19.3230.00D_F_release_429585_combined_signed)
It stopped and reboot automatically everytime i flashed to a certain point (I will show a picture below)

Data partition failure after flashing custom rom

Hello! Good morning, I managed to unlock the bootloader of my phone and installed the recovery, at the beginning I managed to test as 3 different roms (all signal failed me) and when I went to test a 4th rom in the process of flashing it gave me an error "failed to mount / data (invalid argument) "and from there made a bootloop, searched the internet and said to change the partition to ext4 and then return it to as it was before, but without success, it followed the same data problem. As a precaution I had made a copy of the complete system with TWRP and I proceeded to restore it, but in the process my gave the same error and when I went to restart it did bootloop again and when I went back to the recovery there was the system and from there I made a complete formatting of the phone and with luck I manage to start. Then I reinstalled TWRP successfully, but for example trying to make a backup gave an error in the data, and in TWRP it is not possible to mount the data even manually. At the moment I use the phone with EMUI 4.1, but someone knows how to solve this problem or it has happened to someone. I appreciate your responses and attached a screenshot from TWPR.

Error - Fastboot boot twrp.img stock loading or FAILED (remote failure)

Well, as the title says, try to load the twrp to install Evolution X but it doesn't load or it tells me the following error: "FAILED (status read failed (Too many links))"
I am not very expert in this, so if someone can explain to me what mistake I made or how I can fix it, I would greatly appreciate it
And English is not my native language so sorry if I wrote something wrong

This is one of the errors that happens to me when loading the twr
This is the second one and at least it doesn't give me an error, but it keeps loading and doesn't do anything else
