Installed Play Services apk., will it still be supported by Play Store?

I recently installed a Google Play Services apk. file from apkmirror. If ever there will be a Play Services update available, will I still be able to update it via Play Store? State your answer and explanation.

just search it on play store and btw you are on oreo

Although, I was able to download it from APKMirror and install it without any issues. But it isn't working from the Play Store.

I updated it from play store dont know why they showing up device not supported. see attachment

you can sideload the apk and install it BUT it does not work!!
--> tested varoius apps eg. Pokemon go..
have to wait until google decides the htc u11 is worth arcore :sad:

I've installed some apps via apkmirror on my fire hd 8 (7th gen) that can't be launched without google play store.
Is there a way to make them work on my tablet without having google play store installed on my device?

Try downloading Google Play Store application from APKMirror and installing it like that.

Didn't work. I downgraded my miui to 12 and this is ultimate solution.

Fire HD 10 7th Gen cannot install Google Home app

Hello,
Trying to install google home so that my wife can mirror Disney+ to our Chromecast.
Its not available in the Google app store, nor will any version I try from the Toolbox side load area install without error out.
Any help would be appreciated.

Google Home app requires Android 6+ and Fire HD 10 (2017) is running Android 5.1.1. You can find an old version for your device.
