[HELP] TWRP failed to mount '/System' on Tab 4 10. - Thinkpad Tablet General

I'm trying to flash LineageOS into my Tab 4 10 X704A. When wiping system/data/cache/... in TWRP, it prompted "Failed to mount '/System' (Invalid argument)", and wiping (as well as restoring from a previous backup) System took forever. I also tried to repair System, and it showed 0 byte in size. What can I do to proceed?

It looks like you have a NAND failure. There seems to be an epidemic of these NAND and corrupted bootloader failures in the first generation Nexus 7s as they approach two years of use. I found a used $50 32GB motherboard (or $35 16GB motherboard) was far more cost effective than Asus' $213 repair estimate.

Bricked nexus 4?

So about 2 or 3 weeks ago, i rooted my N4 and installed TWRP. I used Nexus Root Toolkit. Everything worked perfectly until today.
I was using the phone and suddently it powered off. When I booted it up, it would stay forever in the loading screen.
I tried to go into recovery mode but it wouldn't load. After a few attempts, it finally loaded. I tried to do a factory reset, which failed with this log:

I even tried using force flash mode with no success.
What can I do?

The flash memory might be corrupted, or have some bad blocks. In this case, I know no other solution except replacing the flash chip. But I'm not all knowing. Wait for other replies
Seems like it could be a hardware fault, but I would definitely try just flashing the stock rom the normal way without the toolkit first.
I sent it to RMA and even though it was unlocked and without any ROM at all, they sent me a new phone

Well, I installed TWRP on my Moto G5+, model XT1680, because I wanted to root it, but after I installed the wlan_custom it appeared TWRP with this message
Failed to mount '/data' (Invalid argument)
Unable to recreate /data/media folder.
Updating partition details...
Failed to mount '/data' (Invalid argument)
...done
Unable to mount storage
Unable to mount '/data' (Invalid argument)
Full SELinux support is present
Unable to mount '/data/media/TWRP/.twrps
MTP Enabled
Installing zip file '/sdcard/wlan_custom.zip'
Checking for MD5 file...
Skipping MD5 check: no MD5 file found
Pushing modules...
How can I get out? Altrough my phone responds only to screenshots.
All help will be appreciated.
I have same problem will update when I find a solution
I finally fixed this problem by going into TWRP and reformatting the data to ext4 then a reboot and reformat the data back to f2fs.
