Why the volume always reset when i connect my bluetooth devices to phone? For example i connect my phone to car audio via bluetooth and its on min loudnes. I need to increase volume every time i connect my phone to car audio.
Yeah this been pissing me off lately and cant find a setting either. My fix is to make a call asap and hang up before it goes out. Then volume restores

Hey All,
Is there any way to control the volume of the call when using a Bluetooth car kit. My ute has a Bluetooth system built into the stereo, but the volume on the stereo does not control the volume of the call. The manual states to use your phone to adjust the volume, but the handset volume does not do it either.
Is there a fix or a way to get the volume dial on the phone to work with Bluetooth.
Whenever i use the MW600 to anwer calls , ppl complain that when they say something they can hear themselves echoing what they said. Anyone with this headset has the same issue or know how to fix it?
Turn the volume down on it then.. Pretty simple fix.
thanx for the suggestion, but turning down volume when using it in car doesn't work, it seems that when you use headset the phones mic doesn't turn off so it picks up the car speakers and that's why people hear themselves echoing
The MW600 isn't made for Car Use... So the issue can be normal!
I've noticed that my MW600 doesn't always sync to Phone and Media audio, sometimes just to Media - which will probably mean that the Mic on the phone is still open, hence the problem you describe.
I've worked out that the way to avoid this is to connect to the phone the following way:
1) Enable Bluetooth on phone
2) Turn on MW600
3) Check in BT setting that both Phone and Media audio are connected and that the headphone symbol is displayed.
I find that if I turn on the MW then activate BT on the phone, they just don't connect properly...
I use mine in the car on a regular basis and find it superb, and have had no complaints
thanx for this tip I'm going to try it, I hope it fixes the echoing
Media volume sync worked for like a day or two and the. Randomly doesn't work anymore. Anyone else has this issue? A call to Samsung was a waste of time.
Things I've tried :
Re-paired the device
Tried a different device
Reset the Bluetooth app settings to default
Exact same issue. Disable the absolute volume in developer options and it will let you use it again. Drove me nuts

Thank you! Worked like a charm
Hey I'm having the same issue but the method you suggested didn't work for me
Also having this same issue with no luck from the given solution. Tried Samsung support and nothing worked. They want me to reset my phone but I hate doing that.
Media volume sync (needs to be turned on every time)
MEDIA VOLUME SYNC (NEEDS TO BE TURNED ON EVERY TIME)
Hi all,
I'm actually not having issues with the "MEDIA VOLUME SYNC"; however, what is getting to my nerves, is that every time I have to turn it ON; every time I connect my Bluetooth devices; ...and let me tell you this.... "That is so annoying" .
Why is that Android does not save and keep such a setting, by Bluetooth devices connection? that should not be something that complicated to keep on/saved, based on your preference selections.
Anyways, I'm just here to report that, we need to have these setting to be able to be kept, and not have this feature enabled/(turn-on), every time we connect our Bluetooth devices.
Is there any developing work in progress about it?
Thank you

Damn what this is annoying.
My Turtle Beach Elite 800 dose not work with this, I cant lower or increase the volume with the headphone.
BUT!
With my Mad Catz F.R.E.Q.9 I can
Bluetooth media volume sync option
The Bluetooth media volume sync control will only be allowed to be switched on or off when a compatible Bluetooth audio device is connected - a Bluetooth audio device which allows the synchronisation of volume levels with your phone.
I tried this with a Bluetooth audio dongle receiver (Smartbean) which had BT 3.0. This didn't support the synchronisation of volume levels and so the annoying thing was, even when the option was enabled in settings, turning it off will permanently turn off the sync function until a device with the option for volume sync is connected.
For me that was when I tried to connect my Sony BT headphones which had BT 4.0. Once I had these connected, the option for Bluetooth volume sync was once again enabled.
The phone says it's connected to the car, I can adjust the bluetooth volume through the volume buttons, but calls and music play on the phone. The car doesn't give any indication that a phone is paired with it. I haven't tested with a bluetooth speaker because I don't own one. Anyone else having the same issues?
I am facing a specific issue with bluetooth. Bluetooth connects successfully but at times the media volume doesn't play through bluetooth connected device instead it plays from phone speaker.
Bluetooth is connected at that time, media option is enabled but still media volume comes through phone speaker. I have to make a call, disconnect the call and then the volume returns to the bluetooth connected device like headphones, speaker.
Anyone else ever faced this issue and knows the fix...
