I have successfully found the firmware and update it to the newest version.
Any idea where I can download this firmware. This firmware has version number PDA G935UUESACSI1 and CSC G935UOYMACSI.
Tried on other website but ends up always in error.
I wanted to make sure I can create a back up before I can root it.

Hi,
I bought my S7 edge form Portugal, the phone is factory unlocked.
Now I'm back in my country and I thought I should download from sammobile the official firmware of my carrier provider or the global version.
I'm not sure if I'll still receive OTA updates if I flash the firmware with ODIN, and if that's the case, please tell me if there's any other methods to flash the baseband without causing updates issues in the future.
I want to update the fw because Volte doesn't work.
Another question, I don't have a PC, so I was wandering if I can install Odin on Mac or in VmWare?

Helo Members!
i purchased S7 edge Sm-G935FD a month ago with currently installed firmware 6.0.1 and now i want to update it to Nougat 7.
please help me how can i chose correct official firmware for s7 edge because no OTA update available in my country ( Pakistan) and very confused and dnt know how to chose firmware Baseband /csc/etc.
i manually check on sammobile there are only 2 country listed with Nougat INDIA and Russia.
Hey,
So I too have an S7 Edge in India. The firmware's country doesn't make a difference so you can choose any country's firmware for your specific device. However, make sure it's for your carrier. You can go to www.sammobile.com and download the firmware. Then use ODIN to flash it to your phone
Hope this helped!
I was trying to find and get the G9350ZHU2BQD2 (which is SM-G9350 TGY Hong Kong) but the file is so big that no file sharing service let me download it. And there is no torrent for it either...
It doesn't really have to be the exact G9350ZHU2BQD2 either, basically any firmware that supports the chipset msm8996 should work... I am trying to grab the latest BL and CP from it. The ROM that I flashed earlier is unable to detect any wifi.
I think any of the following model with the Android 7 firmware would work:
SM-G9350
SM-G935P
SM-G935R4
SM-G935T
SM-G935U
SM-G935V
did you try smart switch. It maybe able to help you to upgrade to the latest firmware for your phone.
here you go heres the Verizon odin files although i am not sure if this will work though because the Chinese variant has a version 2 bootloader.

Hi,
i have purchased the Samsung galaxy S8 SM-G950FD from Dubai, since i will be using the phone in India i have flashed the phone with official stock firmware . now my question is will i received the OTA updates as usual or i have to keep on updating the phones manually. also when i use the smart switch my phones shows firmware updated. but recently on the July 16th there was new firnware which i have not received. Could anyone guide what should i do as i am concerned. also how can i do the master reset . (the same csc and firmware as it came from out of the box )
so where exactly did you get this stock firmware. my carier's firmware update is really slow, i dont want it
Firmware downloaded from Sam mobile
I had downloaded from Sam mobile . But mine is international unlocked version . Please check your firmware and model before flashing . My model is SM-G950FD
So I purchased my S8 from At&t and later got it unlocked by paying the whole amount off. My phone is still stuck in August update and the model number is listed as SM-G950U. I have been told to flash the official firmware with Odin to get the latest update. Which one should I flash? I also don't understand the difference between SM-G950U and SM-G950U1. I only see AT&T firmware on SM-G950U1, should I use that one?
Also, for flashing firmware update on Odin. Do I have to flash all the firmware before the latest one or do I just flash the latest one?
