Any body help to find this plz
mtce_hf_v3.07_1
No need to hump.
Search through MTCD forums, both solutions to MCU version and also tool to stop error message are there.
Up ?
Marchnz....your replies to almost all posts of "this has been covered before" and search the forum for a solution" and "what does your local repair shop say is a solution" lack any sense of assistance on a forum that was designed to assist. If you do not have an answer or solution; please do not post anything.
Nah Marchnz' answer is perfectly appropriate for a post that's been getting bumped daily. Now that's obnoxious.
Where to start? The post title does nothing to attract the attention of someone who might have the answer. I have answered to similar problem many times. If the sound cuts out suddenly and there was no changes in software (updates, mods...) then it's fair to assume there's a hardware problem. Here it's likely the amp chip pins that need re-soldered. Had the guy taken the time to search the forum he could have saved a lot of trouble knowing not to fiddle with the firmware. Had he searched the forum before fiddling with the firmware he would have known to export the MCU settings before flashing it. But that's besides the point since it seems the guy wasn't on XDA before he did all that.
The point is make the effort to research before going all out trying a bunch of things then bugging for someone to bail you out.
My question is why would you bring back an old post if you have no answer to provide?
Hello everyone. I received an updated Firmware directly from seicane for their head unit. This is Android 10 update for the 2/32 GB unit. Everything seems to be working great so far on unit. If you would like to try it for yourself please feel free to download and install. I'm not too tech savvy so if you have any questions I'll answer them the best I can. Thought I would share for anyone to update their own unit if possible
PLEASE BE ADVISED YOU USE THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I will not be held responsible for any damages done to your own unit.
Thank you!

Dear all.
I'm Ramzi and I'm totally new in this type of technology so I urge you to help me.
I have Chinese unit dvd in my Hyundai Sonata 2013.
Brand : HITS car DVD, HYUNDAI SONATA LED10-11 / SUPER HIGH RESOLUTIONS 1024×600.
Modal: ANHY822 / 8913AG
Website: http://www.hicesan.com/?p=719
by mistake I flashed android MCU update to my unit white it's Wince, the dvd is still working but the screen is black.
full story
At beginning I tried to update it with last Android software for Middle East from HITS site,so I tried many time but it didn't read the Update from the SD card. So I thought that I should update the MCU first, so I flashed Android MCU update to my unit while it's Wince, so screen goes black and the dvd is still working with black screen. Because I wasn't aware that my unit is Wince not Android.
So now I urge you to help me, what should I do to get the screen back and if i can change from Wince to full android unit.
I'v Emailed HITS company, but unfortunately the r not helpful.
Please guide me with proper steps and software because there is no technical in Yemen for such unit.
Regards
Ramzi

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer? Maybe they could point you in the right direction. My knowledge is limited, but I would look into something for reinstalling the MCU/Firmware from download/and or recovery mode. Sorry I couldn't be of any more help. But that is where I would start looking. Its not a pure Android unit, so it may be more difficult to do as from what I understand winCE units emulate the android OS from inside the winCE OS (not sure if this unit is only winCE or if it is both winCE/Android.)
Yes i tried to contact "pearl" the seller of this model, they asked me to sent it to them 35 euros diagnostic+shipping cost.
They are not willing to help because a lot of people got the same problem, they gived us an update that breacks the head unit.
yeah i looked for the recovery/donload mode buit found nothing.
THis brand are not helpful and they keep all information.
All people who want to buy an android head unit avoid Navgear...
Yeah, bud... I'm sorry you got the shaft. That really sucks man. I'm sorry I couldn't help you more.
Hi,
I have an android head unit for my RAV4. I am not sure which exact model it is. It was fine for a year, until recently. The sound suddenly is gone. No audio coming out of the unit.
Contacted the seller (from ebay) but no response from them. The unit currently dissembled. It has a TDA7388 for the audio processor. I have a recollection that the unit is from ATOP company. I could not find any information regarding that name.
I read that on joying has a fix for similar issue, by bypassing the audio fuse.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.
I have some pictures. How do I attached them here ? Thanks
I am having the same issue. Everything worked fine for about 2 months then the audio stopped working. I am working with the seller "Kunfine" who had me flash the unit but that didn't fix the problem.
search Youtube for the Joying fix " Joying Android car stereo How to soldering when the head unit no sound? " (sorry no link as I cannot post them yet).
Seems logical that a fuse could be blown but illogical to bypass the internal fuse. Poor engineering I guess. Mine is still under warranty and hopefully the seller will make it right for me.

I had took everything apart. Trying to find that 'fuse'. Mine is not Joying brand. So far, no luck finding/bypassing the fuse. The seller gone mute on me. Found another seller that sells ATOP brand. And she also refused to help.
I was hoping that I can find some help from the forum.

I had something similar with my KLD unit, it dropped sound completely while i was driving
I had just updated the MCU so on getting home i reverted back and all ok since.
Have you made any firmware or MCU updates?
I had the latest firmware from the seller, not the manufacturer. I could not find anything ATOP related.
On the version page, it says
CPU information: Cortex-A9 dual core
RAM information: DDR3 1GB
Android version: 4.4.2
MCU version: 4.3.7-14-10-600101
System version: 2.8.9
DVD version : 2.13.13-1200xh
Hi all,
I recently purchased a android head unit on Aliexpress. I can't post the link yet....
The unit is globally good, perfect integration and I managed to get the swc to work "natively" with poweramp app.
When I get more time I'll post a review of the device and feedback after a few weeks playing with the toy... In the mean time feel free to ask me !
I open this topic today because I would like to root the HU in order to install Viper4android which I understand improves the audio quality (stock quality is ok but it could be improved...).
The seller has been quite responsive but as soon as I talked about rooting the HU to install said app I got zero response so I figured XDA would be the place to go!
Before opening this thread I tried to find an answer on my own but not knowing precisely the HU name/specs makes it hard to find a match.
I've tried rooting with kingroot and baidu but I couldn't go through!
In order to help you guys help me, here is the data I have on my unit (apart from the link above that isn't giving much away... except it's supposed to be a Bonroad brand but nothing on the net....)
Its a quad core R16 1.6G
Android 4.4.2
MCU version : 5.3.18-98-10-E50201-160323
System version : 4.5.9_20160322
DVD version : 2.13.15-1200xh-15041.7
The audio chip is a TDA 7719 and the radio chip TEF662X.
Code to extra settings : 123456
Code to develop mode : 7890.
As design it looks pretty close to the wunlink Ownice but everyone knows that the inside may vary significantly !
Can anyone Id my unit based on the data above ? Or help me root it without bricking it ?
Thanks a lot for your help and looking forward to hearing from you and exchanging tips and tricks on these units!

You have pretty much the exact same info as my Android unit.
I was able to root my unit using "Kingoroot". But I would lose root every reboot. Then someone posted here to use "Kingroot V4.5.0" and only that version worked for me to keep root.
These are the forums that worked for me

hey this helped me as well my model info is exactly the same as yours except mine is 5.1.1
Hi,
I recently bought the attached unit 2nd hand with not firmware or gps card or any leads.
I managed to get power to it using a pioneer lead but when I plugged it in it beeped but the screen was blank and the src button lit up for a few seconds.
I then pressed the reset button and held in src let go of the reset and held the scr for a further 5 seconds or so and it seemed to boot up showed the vw screen then an android screen but it stays on the android screen and will not do anything else.
I believe it is the model in the following link I will also post a video of the reset I done

please see the link to the reset video

So, first off let me apologize for any naivety that I have when it comes to this. I purchased a head unit from Phoenix automotive, and have regretted it so far. I have seen a few different threads here and there about them but nothing super specific. I'm having a lot of issues with mine and have tried to do a lot of research to try to figure out how to fix the issues I'm having but I'm coming up dry. I have seen a lot of help on this forum though for multiple different things. So, hopefully you guys can help me out with some of the issues I'm having. I tried to follow the instructions about figuring out my processor to see if anything was answered under threads that have already been created but I am even having an issue figuring out the processor. I tried to use the terminal app and I will attach the picture of what came up but nothing that I saw on the terminal app matched anything listed for threads that already existed for processors. A lot of this is very new to me but I am not getting much help from Phoenix automotive. I will attach a couple extra pictures as well that gives a little more information about what I am working with. some of the issues I am having a regarding volume being too loud, the climate control system not working properly, finding a better radio app, and then just a couple little things. Hope you guys can help!
It would not let me attach the full links so I just took out the https part. But here are the three photos

Hey guys!
I'm hoping you can help me out with some issues I've got with my Android head-unit.
The model is a NAVD-MT049 for an Audi A3.
It's got the reverse cam installed, and for a while now I've been having issues with the video feed.
I've noticed that sometimes when I switch in reverse the camera first displays No Signal, and then after a minute or so it starts working. This happens almost everytime now.
Any tips on what could be the issue?
The wiring is done as it should be, and I've been using it for 3 months now.
Do I need yo get an MCU update?
I've read that on some models this can solve the issue, but I haven't found a website where I have the compatible version for this unit.
Any feedback is welcome!

No, you're right it's not an MTCB, it's a chinese head unit and the MCU is TS907.
Maybe the moderators cand move this post to the correct thread?
