So I recently got a new wifi 6 router, and updated all the laptop, desktop cards to the wifi 6 intel ax200 cards. I was wondering can i do the same to the 802.11ac card inside the nvidia shield or is it an all in one mobo/wifi/cpu type system that isn't upgrade able?
If anyone can spare me the time of looking inside and has already checked let me know, thanks.

hi everyone, i was wondering if anyone uses this WiFi add-in Card. i use an E-TEN G500 (WinMo 5.0), so i use this WiFi card. i am having a problem, and their support team doesn't really help.
i bought it about 7 months ago, and i worked great until about 2 months ago. the blinking green light blinks and flashes (on the card), but it doesn't seem to wanna find a hotspot, even if i am standing next to my wifi router at home. Now i remember using the driver provided on the website for best stability and reliability, but i am curious as to whether the driver on the website is different than the version on the CD that was packed with the card. Also, i was trying different drivers provided from website (the WM 2003 with WLAN utility that supposedly is compatable with WM 5, the WM 5 exclusive driver, & WM 5.0 exclusive driver). 1) Which driver am i supposed to use; & 2) Does anyone have any problems with This card like i do? Like i said, the card worksa as far as mechanics (blinking green light) but my device/WiFi card doesn't seem to read any hotspots available. it would be greatly appreciated if anyone can shed some light on this and if anyone has any recommendations to any other Mini SD WiFi Card as i can't seem to find another card like this. Thanks all
its the Mini SD card (SDW-822, even though the driver doesnt descriminate between the 820 and 822), not the regular sized one. i was also reading about a "modified E300 WiFi card driver" Where can i find one and how can i download it if its gonna solve my problems?
Is there any way to share my wifi connection through my Nexus 7?
The situation is I broke my wifi card on my PC and would like to use my Nexus 7 as a router since there isn't one near my PC.
My Nexus 7 is connected to wifi already and I would like to share that wifi with the PC.
If anyone know if this is possible I'd appreciate it.
Thanks
Not possible unless u can plug an antenna like alfa card in your n7 and redirect the wifi to the card....
Forget about it. No driver for it and nobody did it. Not on android...
Or just buy alfa card on ebay for 20 bucks.... They are really good. I have 3.
I plan to drop my verizon fios service and just tether from my S4. I figured this was a good place to ask which WiFi adapter is the best for this, or at least which brand? I figure PCI is better then USB, but that's all I know.
I'm running Win7 64bit on a nice custom built rig, if that makes any difference.
Thanks!
Nobody had a thing to say?
Well, I did a little poking around and saw that the S4 has 802.11ac capability. There's only one PCI-e adapter available on New Egg that supports 802.11ac. Its an Asus brand with a nice tri-antenna stand to get the antennas away from the back of the PC box. I'll report back in a few weeks to say how it works.
Got the WiFi adapter in the mail and installed today. Only spent a few minutes fooling with it but it installs easy and appears to work well. Connection speed for forum browsing and email checking was snappy and indistinguishable from the wired fios connection.
Just built a desktop without a wifi/bluetooth card. Used to use Andromouse (and its later iterations) all the time with my Note 2 back when I used a gaming laptopn as my primary machine, wondering if there is a solution for LG G2.
If the only way is a bluetooth dongle, anyone have suggestions beyond this one:

Also, realistically, you think its just worth it to suck it up, buy and install an Intel WiFi card?
Hi guys,
I am new to Nvidia shield Gen 2 - recently purchased it. I previously had a android box and finally decide to get one of the 16gb shields. I have the controller and remote but i been trying to connect the below remote but its not working. I wanted to know if i need to install anything for it work or does Nvidia shield only support bluetooth wireless mouse? I have looked around on google but cant see any answers, so thought id post here.

If the answer is that i cannot use this keyboard/mouse then i will look to purchase one of the recommended wireless keyboard/mouse on xda.
Thanks for your help in advb
