I have already used the search and couldn't pull anything on this.
Is there a CPU temp sensor on the Nexus 7. I usually always have two temperature widgets on my phones, one that tells me battery stats and it's temp and the other one tells me the CPU stats and it's temp. On the Nexus 7 though, I can't seem to detect the actual CPU temperature. I'm assuming that it just defaults to the battery temperature sensor as both widgets are giving the exact same decimal temperature and I even tried another CPU temperature monitor and it said no sensor found.
Does anyone know if these tablets have temperature sensors?

Bring up Galaxy S4 hardware tests app. Go to Sensor. Then select Thermistor.
More info @ How to check Galaxy S4 CPU temperature?
I'm using Air kernel with sentinel ROM.
For some reason, CPU temp is always 40° C+
I tried undervolting (currently it is 1000 MV @ 1512 MHz)
CPU range - 286-1512, intellidemand
What's wrong?

If you talk about CPU temperature its normal but if you talk about battery temperature then its not normal.

Your phone is probably in your pocket. The average temperature of your body is ~38°C .
40 °C is not a high temperature for your cpu, especially if you're using your phone.

Yep that's normal. As long as it doesn't reach 60c with light usage you're okay.
More than normal ^^
Hi! I'm having CPU clock changing problems with every ROM and kernel I tried! When I change maximum or minimum CPU frequency in settings, go back and reopen CPU settings I find that nothing changed! Plz help!!!
