Hello dear,
I have a problem with my mi9t phone. My car -peugeot 3008 - don't recognize the phone.
I have try to enable ''usb debugging'', veryfing there's not dual application, force mtp USB transfer mode but no success.
It's seem is a classic bug of Xiaomi phone.
Do you have a idea for working this app?
Best regards
Unfortunately it's a bug in the current MIUI verison. NO fix found yet and we can only hope Xiaomi fixes this in a newer MIUI release.
Same problem here. car is a Kia e-niro... Hope there is a fix soon!
hi
same topic here
no solution for the moment ,just wait .....
Any news?
Same here with Ford Sync 3. The Android Auto status bar icon blinks for a second and then the Sync says "Mi 9T connected", but nothing happen.
Send out bug reports to Xiaomi guys. If enough people do it they might see it as a priority and it actually reaches the dev team for our device.

Hi a while ago I've imported a redmi note 3 pro from China to Canada. Everything else is working fine but I've had this for a month already and the updater app tells me that I have no new OTA updates which is rather weird, since we're supposed to get miui updates very often. Do u guys know why it's happening? Is it due to a locked bootloader or the fact that some resellers have blocked OTA updates via the updater app? By the way I also tried to flash a ROM from the miui website for this device but it didn't work either so please help

Bro Your Device is running Reseller custom ROM you need to Flash Official ROM manually using Mi Flash Tool and then you can get Regular OTA updates...!!
you and OP both can Follow this guide
http://en.miui.com/thread-235865-1-1.html
Just Flash Global stable or Chinese Stable as per your Preference and then you should be able to get Regular Updates....!!

Update 10.3.3 is new and it's an updated version of update 10.3.5, because it has May security patch and dark mode and charging animation, so my advice for you is stay on it instead of switching to 10.3.5 which is buggy as far as I know.

10.3.5.0 Is for PFGMIXM and PFHINXM.
10.3.3.0 is for PFGEUXM
This is three version of rom.
PFGMIXM is Global Version
PFHINXM is for India
PFGEUXM is for Europe
And we have PFGCH or something like that for China
On my PFGMIXM , I have from April 10.3.5.0, then I got that update. India got 10.35.0 four five days ago, and Europe got in Friday 10.3.3.0.
Xaomi is confusing with this version of phones and roms..

Hi,
I have the Xiaomi Mi 9T bought in Amazon and its global version. In About the phone says: MIUI Global 10.3.11 | Estable 10.3.11.0 (PFJMIXM)
I have Google apps and everything..... and Ive been waiting for a week and I didnt get any update. I tried to use the app Downmi to download the oficial ROM manually and when I tried to update I got this msg:
"Couldn't verify. Looks like current ROM's network carrier type is different from that in the Recovery package. Please download the correct ROM from MIUI forum."
Ive been searching on Google, and most of problem is because people has the chinese version and they are trying to install the global version, but in my case is the same version...... What is happening? Someone can help me? Thank you!
You are trying to update using the Global EEA ROM. Even though it's also a Global ROM, it's from a different region, so you can't flash to it without using TWRP or Mi Flash. Either way you'll need to have an unlocked bootloader to flash it. Or just wait for the OTA to Global Mi ROM to arrive.
Does anyone know when the global stable will arrive. it said phase one 22oct to 20 oct for k20/mi 9t but i dont have it.

btw, thanks for your answer

Better using xiaomi.eu ROMs like me ahah.
They not rolling it out yet. For me it doesn't matter, it will be when it will be available. We can always go with custom, so sit and chill
Still waiting here un argentina forma global miui 11.
Btw, some of you experienced sudden battery drain and the phone getting hot? And need to reboot to fix for some days?
the real shame isnt just xiaomi not updating the global version even if the EU version got the update 2 weeks ago, but that the global version never received any updates at all, not even security patches since his launch in july, not good xiaomi.

Hey guys,
I received OTA notification for MIUI 11 today but I didn't download it because I had some important things to do at the time...
I came home half an hour ago and the OTA is gone!
I checked manually a few times but nothing...
Is it possible that Xiaomi pulled it off?
Oh yeah,I have a global rom 10.3.11.0 (PFJMIXM)
Sent from my Xiaomi Mi 9T using XDA Labs
I just bought Mi Watch, I wonder if it comes with the English language, if not, in the future being an Android Wear based system, can I change its firmware to the global version?
It has basic english language, but a lot of fucntions are in chineese. We need to wait for our friends to make some mods to change the firmware
Our friends are Xiaomi or XDA?

Both Xiaomi to release global version and users to let us change firmware to global
What do you think, is it worth to buy now the chinese version hoping there will be some mods in future in order to make it global, incl. Google Pay? Or is it too risky and we should wait for the official global version? Thanks

I bought few Poco M3 (for old family member) and after MIUI 12.0.11.0 just one of them is getting 12.5 update (bought all of them from Poco/Xiaomi and all EAA/EU).
What I can do?
Yesterday I call the Xiaomi Support. They said "it's normal, you will get it later". Stable release was 07.03.2022 and 4 weeks later no update here :/

The support told me from the release date (firmware) up to 90 days until it get activated for getting the update. So if 12.5 is released on 01.03 you need to wait up to 01.06

You can't. I send 2 back to Xiaomi and get both with new mainboards and 12.5 update.
Same here, Poco M3 global, still haven't received the update to 12.5 . What is going on?
It's almost September and I am still not getting the 12.5 on the updater app. I am on 12.0.11.0 (QJFEUXM) so its the European version. After trying to flash recovery and fastboot MIUI roms nothing has worked so far with bootloader locked. I have applied to unlock it.

The main issue is, they haven't yet released an OTA for 12.0.11 to any of the 12.5 releases. I think there was a temporary one from 12.0.9 (or so), but not for the EU models I think. At least I can't find it anymore.
At the moment we can only wait and hope for an OTA update.

honestly I'm tired... poco m3 was not the most expensive model but it was not cheap either, I expect a phone on this price range to get at least the next android version. Otherwise what to do the nice specs if I can't have the nice software?

I have no idea whats the problem but I can't update. Xiaomi change the mainboard and now it works
Anyway as said, I'm tired. I will just change xiaomi/poco and get something else next time.
If I wanted subpar software support I could get some unknown brand for less.

But even trying to download and flashing the oficial ROMs yourself doesn't work. The updater app says "can't verify ROM" or sth and I have tried both EU and global ROMs. My roms are not corrupted and they are for Poco M3 citrus - I am sure. Fastboot flashing via MIUI flash tool also doesn't work. Basically unless you unlock the bootloader nothing seems to work.

I don't know. Still waiting for my bootloader unlock permission. I downloaded recovery and fastboot roms only. Plus OTA updates need you to be on specific MIUI versions in order to use them.
