Hi,
I need help, is there any app which restrict apps to auto start when reboot or clear from recent list. Restrict them to run in background.
Am using rooted device. Any app based on magisk or edxposed or standalone.
Thanks in advance
Anyone help

From what I understand it is the process that filters apps that don't work for your phone. However, I've ran carat and it says I need to restart or kill it to obtain 5 hours of battery life. Can I disable it or what can I do? I am running stock rom, not rooted, completely stock. Thanks so much!

Don't know if you're still having this issue a month later.
Based on what you read, you can just disable it. You don't need a filter installer or a method of filter apps for your device. When you attempt to install apps for your device, the play store will let you know before installing that the app is compatible with your device.

Hi guys, are you sure that is the case? That the market app will check? I know it scans for malicious apps now in 2017/18, but what if you install an app on beta from dev's web site?? Durant the Filter Installer then kick in???
Cheers
Hi,
I've been trying to read this to understand an error for quite a while. may you help?
I installed framework animation, and when I close the screen and open it during a call I get a soft reboot.
Here's the logcat.
What is framework animation? Is it an app? An Xposed module? What am I looking for in this file?

I'm constantly. Getting this message when I open greenify . I have titanium b installed and greenify is not frozen, I also have Dori kernel with sttweaks installed but there's nothing to do with greenify , I don't understand why I get this. I've reinstalled the app but it still happens . any help would be great

From Greenify's thread
Q: It seems that automatic hibernation is not working.
A: That is most probably caused by your root management tool. Because some root management tool require re-authorization after app update, you may have missed the confirmation dialog, since Greenify requests root privilige when screen is off.
If you are using SuperUser and confirm root privilege is granted to Greenify, there's a high chance SuperUser is not working correctly for background root privilege requests on your device. Most user with this issue got it solved by installing SuperSU (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.chainfire.supersu*) instead of SuperUser. You are suggested to have a try.

I don't know but you'd get a better answer in the Greenify section. http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/greenify

Has anyone seen a autostart manager that actually work on 6.0? I need it to disable the system updater notification.

Hello Everyone, almost in every blog it is mentioned that android don't require Clean Master and CM security apps? But in the stock rom of asus they are inbuilt.
So guys please suggest whether we should keep these applications or uninstall them? Please reply....

I would delete them. I've never used them and always thought of them as the lazy way to take care of your device. I don't think you will be missing anything without them.
