Well I am going to state the obvious here. You probably knocked something a lose when you hit your HD2 with that piece of metal, or did not get your connections for your camera back together good if you had to take your HD2 apart fix the camera lens.
Does your pictures do the same Section the video? Also does it do it when you play other video that was not recorded with the camera.?

I was wondering how you fixed your camera lens, I scratched mine, it makes any pictures all foggy.
It would be nice to have it clear again.
Can anyone else try this out? I tried recording a video from the front facing camera and it records too dark. Before clicking on the record button it is alright, but after hitting record the brightness gets turned all the way down.
Just got done chatting with a samsung rep and the person stated the at the front facing camera is not supported for video recording and only for video chatting. Ha.. that's wrong.
Hello,
Please can someone help me with a problem with my Galaxy S5 Neo camera as it is driving me mad?
I have a problem whilst videoing, where the camera does not stay in focus. It will focus for a few seconds but then just gives up and goes blurry. It does this on most videos I take.
It then constantly tries to focus again, and the noise of the camera focusing is quite loud when you play back the video (all you can hear is vrrrr noises!)
I have uploaded a video I just took as an example here:

Does anyone know what could be causing this?
I have already tried clearing the cache for the camera app, and I don't have the plastic on the lens. Removing the case I have also makes no difference
Thank you!

Also i have a problem with the pictures. The pictures from the camera are not sharp, they are diffuse.
Picture from camera are she..t.
hey everybody !!!
i found that during video shooting i cant change the lens from regular to portrait ????
i never had video cam that had that
do i missed something?
While recording a video using one of the rear lenses, you can select between the rear lenses only, and cannot choose the front facing camera.
If you start the recording using the front facing camera, you can only record using that and none of the rear lenses are available to use.
I'm order to switch sides, you need to stop the recording and then change between the front or rear cameras.
