Galaxy Tab A 2019 32gb - Samsung Galaxy Tab A series Questions & Answers

After a new tablet mainly just for video streaming, Netflix’s etc, and playing old skool game emulators.
Is the 2gb of ram enough in this device?. I’m a little disappointed the ram is so low.

Allegedly, the 64GB model has 3GB of RAM. The thing I am more concerned about if whether the tablet meets the DRM requirements to stream Netflix and Prime in at least HD resolution.

I have 128GB version.
I think it's much better than I expected.

I have the 32 GB and it is much faster running than the 2018 tab a 10.5. 2gb is just enough this version of pie doesn't have Bixby features so not as much space used up on os.

[Q] Best 8-9 inch 64GB Dual boot Android/Win 8 tablet?

Would like some opinions and have a few questions
I currently have an Acer w4 8 inch win 8 tablet and it serves me pretty well, 64GB, gets 8-9 hrs batter life. The screen is only 1280X800
I'm intrigued by some of these new Chinese Win 8 tablets that offer 1080P+ screen resolutions, dual boot Android, are thin and resemble Ipads and ar pretty cheap most being under $200
It is hard to find some real user experience with them though and some real opinions would be great
So far my search has only come up with two possibilities
Onda V891w 64GB
Chuwi V89 64GB
Are their anymore 64GB variants of these types of tablets? I'm familar with Teclast from their portable audio days and like their hardware but can;t seem to find a model they offer with 64Gb of space. My current Acer w4 is 64GB and I have 30GB free with not much installed so I'd probably be pushing it with a 32GB model right off the bat. The main reason I'd switch from my Acer W4 is to play around with dual boot android and to get a high res screen
So some questions
On the dual boot Tablets do any of them have access to the Google play store? I suspect not so can google play be side loaded and actually run official google play apps?
Does Android run well on these?
How is the battery life on these types of tablets? is 7-10 hrs possible?
Does the high res screen bog down the Baytrail processors compared to the lower res screens?
How are people dealing with a 32GB Win tablet? Don't you run out of space quickly?
I see on alot of the youtube videos some of the menu's in Win 8.1 are in Chinese, is this still the case when you change the language in Windows to English?
Beside the two models I have listed are their any other worth considering that offer 64GB space?
Thanks for any feedback, I have used Chinese brands before in the Portable audio world even loading custom roms etc on them and I'm not opposed to some tweaking if need be.

That Onda w981v is a failure as most Onda products are. Same thing applies for Chuwi. The only brand I would recommend is Teclast. I got X80h because it was cheap. 125$ shipped with DHL. 32gb is not enough for a Dual-OS tablet. Only 6Gb left. I don't have any problems. Did all the updates and works perfectly. It is fast considering that it has a 17$ Intel Atom processor. Battery isn't great, around 3-4 hours. Games work great. Tested Warcraft 3, Mafia, Quake 3 Arena and hadn't any lags. It has Toshiba eMMC which is fast. If that w981v was a quality tablet, it would have been the best deal ever at just 155$. But I am happy with my X80h.
At the moment I don't see myself paying a cent more for any other Dual-OS tablet than X80h. But that's just me. I do not need 64GB eMMC as I have USB port connected all the time and have 40mb/s speeds via 64GB USB stick. It's just a tablet, not a laptop. And the most important thing is that at the moment I believe X80h is one of the most stable chinese tablets on the market. They have all the high quality components. Chuwi, Onda, Pipo etc are far behind Teclast.
99% is in English
If I was you, I would avoid Teclast. Their hardware build quality is sometimes questionable (look at the X10HD) and their version of a dual boot OS has so many issues. (again look at the complaints by users of X10HD). In terms of build quality, PiPO and Onda are 2 of the best. Ondas dual boot system seems to be much more solid. These two manufacturers actually have good quality tablets that feel worth the money. I'm not sure about Chuwi, Ployer or Cube in terms of build quality.
Honestly if you're going to get dual boot, then you should get 64GB minimum. A dual boot OS on 32GB is a joke. You are limited for space on both sides.
If you want to get a good overview of some of the tablets on the market, then follow @Hendrickson who is a XDA member and runs his own Youtube channel reviewing many of the Chinese tablets. Chris does a great job and you will get more insight into what you should be looking out for.
Yea looks like I'll stick with my Acer w4 64GB Win 8.1 tablet until the cherry trail Tablets are out. The only thing of interest in these were the higher res screen and the Dual boot OS but even a 64GB version would leave the win 8.1 side with very little space. I have about 30GB of free space on my Acer W4 64GB tablet. Also seems like none of these are going to get the 9HR battery life of my Acer as well. These are interesting tablets but they don;t seem ready for primetime.
What is Hendrickson's youtube channel URL?

Moto G5 Plus: 2GB is good enough or spring for 4GB?

I currently am using a LeEco S3 with 3GB of RAM. I have decided to move on to a Moto G5 Plus since Best Buy has the pre-order deal with the $5 case. It ultimately comes down to how much I am spending. The 2GB version is $229. The 4GB version is $299. I don't want to cheap out yet at the same time I don't want to throw an extra hundred down and not notice a real difference multitasking wise. Would you say that the 2GB is good enough or am I better off spending the extra for the 4GB version? It sucks every review I've seen and read is specifically on the 4GB version.

2 GB is okay but your system would be using like 1.9 GB on an average. With upgrades to O more ram is likely going to be required. So it's better to go with 4 GB variant than have a lagging phone after updates.
I am a g4+ user with 3 GB RAM.
Lol I just did the same thing! Returned the S3 for the g5 plus 64gb. The S3 has weird lag even though it's processor is "better" so glad I switch cause this thing flies! Depends on your app usage but the 4gb model is necessary for heavy users and gamers! Casual use then go for the 2gb.
That's funny. I was wondering this but I already ordered the 2 GB one lol. That's me second-guessing myself. Currently using a Nexus 6 with a busted antenna(?).
Hi,
This is my oppion: 2GB of RAM is a joke from Motorola/Lenovo. Forget completly any Android 7 phone with less than 3GB of RAM!
I suffer a 2GB Moto G4 (not plus) for a year with only 2GB or RAM... just a constant lag.
2gb is too slow
I have brazilian version of Moto G5 Plus and for me until now is excellent 2 Gb of RAM
I have the 2GB version and for me it is more than enough. At most I have 3 or 4 apps going and I don't game on my phone. The most I'll tax it is using navigation with a podcast going or making a phone call. But if you're a heavier user then yeah the 4GB would be a better bet.
2 gb is plenty. It works great!
If you look around there are A LOT if articles out there explaining why anything over 2gb is pretty much useless.

Developers surely are not targeting over 2GB yet as the vast majority of phones in use are 2GB or less. Maybe if you wanna switch between apps much, have a lot of web tabs open, etc, you will see benefit from more than 2GB? I bought 4GB RAM version because I want to be able to keep the phone for about 3 years, and I already had as my previous phone the OnePlus One, which needed to be replaced as I had used it for 3 years and the edges were starting to crack, battery is old, etc. I didn't want to DOWNGRADE to LESS RAM (not so logical reason, just I didn't feel like my new phone after three years should have less RAM than my old one).
I think I'd be happy with 2GB RAM phone. I kind of wish it had NFC because I think I'd like to be able to use Android Pay (though I never did actually use it when I had OnePlus One for 3 years?!!). I remember forgetting my wallet one time I went out and thinking how nice if I could pay with my phone, which I wouldn't forget.
To go big at the onset will cost you $70. Unless you wait until the phone's price gets under $70 it'll be an expensive upgrade later.
My phone, with four gigs, frequently runs with 1.8 to 2 gigs in use.
Plus the extra onboard storage that comes with the 4gig model is kinda sweet.
I'm not a big spender but the jump to the 300 model was easy for me to justify without me feeling like I was lying to myself as to why I wanted more.

Remember those e-machines that have the sticker saying "This machine is never obselete?" Yeah, you know how that turned out. You don't want your phone to be an e-machine saying that. I exchanged my 2GB model for a 4GB model simply because I am a heavy user, I had a lot of reloading apps in multitasking; no regrets there on upgrading. It depends, though: unless you're a heavy user like me (games, mulit window, chrome, youtube, ect memory hungry apps) you won't see a major difference. Still, more is better, and choosing the 4GB of memory over the 2GB would be future proofing for updates, such as the upcoming Android O and Android 7.1 (that is if Lenovo doesn't drop us like it dropped the 2015 Moto G). In general, with more RAM, more apps can stay open, and games, if you play them, will run just a bit better if they are memory heavy. You won't notice anything if an app opens right where you left it, but you will notice if it reloads on you. Nevertheless, even standard issued apps like Chrome and YouTube use a lot of memory. I'd say shoot for the 4GB RAM and 64GB Storage. It's better for the long run, and really you'll want it soon enough.
tl;dr it depends, but futureproofing is a good idea.
Defiantly go for the 4gb variant.
Depends on your usage. I tend to use 2-3 apps at a time and close them regularly. Besides, I don't use the phone for gaming.
If you plan on keeping tons of apps in memory and expect them to be there after 2 hours, yeah, 4GB is the way to go.

2GB of RAM is just dandy for any smartphone application. Even games.
There are a few reasons you find more memory on phones; some good, some not-so-much.
RAM is Cheap. Really cheap these days. In the days of 32-bit CPUs, there was no practical value to offering more than 3GB RAM, like my Samsung Note Pro 12.2 tablet here. But with 64-bit processors, 4GB is a few bucks more than 2GB. Naturally, manufacturers don’t want you to know this. After all, even if it’s $2.00 a phone, if you’re Apple, that’s $200 million extra profit in a year.
Marketing Wars. Consumers are a simple people.. they don’t really know how stuff works. So basic numbers sell. A 4GB phone just sounds like twice as much as a 2GB phone. A 20Mpixel camera sounds so much better than a 12Mpixel camera — even though the top phone cameras right now are 12Mpixel cameras (the iPhone 7 is also a 12Mpixel camera, but not on the top, its sensor is too small).
Multitasking. The rule of thumb for Windows, at least, used to be 2GB per CPU core. Which means my PC here ought to have at least 12GB. I have 64GB… no problem. But if you extend this to Smartphones, pretty much no one has 2GB per core (and yeah, there are 8 core Smartphone chips, but most of those are big.LITTLE designs, they only normally use four cores at once). Neither Android nor iOS are as memory-hungry as Windows, and we’re not running a full Photoshop or Altium (my EE CAD software) or AutoPano Giga (the reason I have 64GB on my desktop). A typical Android application can ask for up to 48MB of RAM, no more. But there’s a special way to ask for hundreds of MB of RAM (considered impolite), and native apps can make Linux calls and get all they want. And you can actually have them all runinng at the same time. So if you’re a power user, you may want more than 2GB. But it’s not one app, it’s having a faster system with everything running.
High Density Screens. When I had a smartphone with 256MB RAM, I also had a 640x480 screen. My LG V10 today has 4GB RAM, but it’s also got a 2560x1600 screen. So does a 13x increase in screen resolution need a 16x increase in memory? Not exactly. On Android, your apps have to deal with all kinds of different phones, and most apps don’t need to directly interface with allocating screen bitmaps or anything, any more than a web browser does. But iOS is based on pixels and bitmaps, and also, there were very few models. So every software compamy knew exactly what resource they had. Then the iPhone 6 Plus came out, with the same 1GB as all sorts of other Apple phones. Only, the screen was 1920x1080 resolution. And all screen drawing was actually done in 1242 2208x1242 and then downscaled to 1920x1080. Bottom line: the overhead too enough extra memory over any other 1GB iPhone that some things just broke. Which is why they put 2GB into the iPhone 7.
So if you’re an iPhone user, your only choice is 2GB today in a new model. That’s exactly the right amount, since the memory size will drive software development. And you don’t have the option for more, anyway. For Android, 2GB is a good amount for 2017. I’m not really convinced I need more than that. Then again, I haven’t used up half of the 64GB internal flash on my V10, and the 256GB microSD card is mostly full of photos and music. Not critical, but nice to have.

This is true, any app from the Play Store will run just fine even with 1GB of ram.
But what I was talking about was the fact that most people just leave a ton of apps open and expect them to be that way for long periods of time without redrawing the entire app again.
If you leave open2 games, chrome, whatsapp, messenger spotify, play store, gmail, outlook, evernote, etc... and expect every single of them to be open, you're gonna have a hard time with just 2GB of ram.
That's why 4GB of ram is necessary.
I do not open more than 4-5 apps at a time and tend to close them right after I'm done with them, so 2GB is plenty, even for future versions of Android (if we trust that they will maintain the same line of work for future versions).

Do I really need to get 4 GB RAM or will 3 GB RAM suffice for my usage?

I'm thinking of getting the Zenfone Max Pro M1. My usage is quite lighter than most people. I never install Shopping apps, Payment apps, gaming apps and social networking apps. I do all these things through the browser. I will have a selected few apps installed that includes ticketing app, live music app, parcel tracking app, internet radio app, banking and mail app. That's all.
The only requirement I need is that my browser should be as smooth and snappy after 2 years, as the first day. I often browse with desktop version of sites and those should be snappy and have almost zero lag after 2 years and after upgrading to Android Q.
Do I really need to shell out 2000 rs more and get the 4 GB/64 GB variant? Or will the 3GB/32GB be sufficiently fast even after upgrading to Android Q? Will Android Q be a resource hog and eat up all 3GB RAM, leaving no room for heavy browsing?

If you are lite user then you can go with 3gb variant. You can purchase 4gb variant in 3gb variant price in Flipkart Diwali sale which is starting from 1 November.

Thank you for your suggestion. That's a good idea to get 4 GB at the price of 3, but then the 3 GB will be even cheaper. I was wondering if getting 4 GB is even justified for my usage, because most of the RAM "might" remain unused. But I was unsure if newer Android OS es need at least 3 GB to even operate.

Do you think Android 10 (Q), which is promised for the Zenfone Max Pro M1, will be a huge resource hog that it'll need 3 GB RAM minimum to even run the OS?

The fact that android is getting more optimised and i am pretty happy with the ram management, 3gb seems good enough for me. But if you want more apps running in background then extra ram will be appreciated. Rest is your wish. 6gb certainly feels overkill
I suggest you'd get the 4GB version on diwali sales.. Its better to have more than to be stuck on less. Your usage would just be okay with 3GB but if you are planning to use it for a longer time..get the 4GB version..1GB extra ram would give an advantage on the apps that are always increasing the ram demand.
I have seen minor lags with 3GB version while using chrome and few other apps, but this never happened on 4GB and 6GB..currently using the 6GB version..
And if you would want a big price cut..get the superb or very good condition refurbished ones from 2Gud. Worth the price.. Even the good condition is just like new.. Good experience so far..returned 4 times for upgrades..wasn't satisfied till this 6GB version haha. You could also get just unboxed condition there
Get the 3 GB varient...
It wont lag...
More ram means more applications can run/stay open in the background and it should not affect the performance of your foreground app
4gb in diwali sale..
Future proof. 64gb double storage. Its not that costly

Max Pro M1 should get 2 major android updates P and Q
Edit: i missread, i taught u were saying "is it promised"
Go for 4gb. Not lower or higher.
just my 2 cents
Although 3GB is enough, 4GB will ensure better performance for long usage, because apps update usually get more and more resource hogging.
You can't browse too much tabs in desktop mode withous closing some background apps.
So 4GB or 6GB is better.

6Gb or 8Gb? Which and why?

Are you choosing the 6gb version or the 8gb version? Why? Any comparisons, reviews, or compelling reasons?
I purchased the 8Gb version this morning, just because. Only $50.00 and 2Gb extra couldn't hurt.
I fully believe the 6gb would have been perfect, but at the cost difference, spread over length of time I will own the phone, why cheap out. So I went 8gb.
6GB ram/128gb storage. I honestly believe any more than 6gb ram at this time is a waste.
I was watching a comparison of the 6gb and 8gb version againts the Huwei Mate 20 Pro and the honestly in everyday applications you wouldn't be able to ABSOLUTELY see the difference....I went with the Tmo version and have been playing with all morning and this thing is FAST!!
6GB.
8GB model is only useful for those who want the midnight black model. The actual increase of 2GB is completely pointless and will never be used by the OS unless you plan on playing Pokemon GO, PUBG, Fortnite, simultaneously whilst also navigating in Google Maps with 50 Chrome tabs open.
I just wanted Midnight Black so I went 8/128. The 8gb of ram is probably over kill for android. I do not need 256.

8 is more than 6
Since the 256GB version only comes with 8GB RAM.
Yep, I bought the storage, not the RAM, when I went 256.

Tab A 10.1 (2016) or Tab A 10.5 (2018) right now?

I have a Fire 10 HD tablet I bought last year on Black Friday fot $99 US while I was in the US. I rooted it and run it like a normal android tablet. But it's very laggy and I'm a bit tired of it because of that.
I'm checking out the Black Friday deals here in Canada right now and I'm looking at the A 10.1 (2016) (SM-T580) and the A 10.5 (2018) (SM-T590).
The 2016 one is priced at $250 CAN right now and the 2018 one at $330 CAN ($100 off regular price).
Specs look quite similar save for a few difference so I'm wondering if the additional GB of ram (3GB vs 2GB) of the 2018 version and the 32 GB vs 16GB is worthy of the $80 price difference. I feel 16GB is really low by 2018 standards...
Also the USB-C is a plus compared to the older micro-USB.
The 2018 has 2 speakers on each side too, compared to 2 on just one side for the 2016.
The absence of the physical button can also be a plus for me.
I know the 2016 can be rooted and I assume the 2018 will be too at some point?
The 2018 should get Pie I assume too, while not for the 2016, knowing how Samsung works usually...
What do you guys think?
Thanks.

What do you think?? Of course I know about microSD! But I don't think a tablet that is almost full in its internal memory runs as smooth as one with plenty of space...

It depends on what you are running. The only way you run low on internal memory on the 2016 is if you are running extreme usage games. And you certainly weren't doing that on your Fire. I've never come close to having a memory problems on mine even while streaming Nascar virtual reality Raceview and casting it to a 40" monitor. BTW, you can buy a 2016 used but in good condition on eBay for about $140.
edit: As far as Pie goes, you may never get it from Samsung on the 2016, but I'm running it right now on mine using Liniage 16.
I saw the s pen 10.1 2016 on amazon yesterday $209 shipped! Bought mine 5 weeks ago $279 shipped.

16gb is not enough samsung bloatware will eat a good chunk of that. 32gb gives headroom.
My concern is the 2016 model may actually have more cpu grunt than the 2018.
the 2016 had a leftover premier chip from the tab pro i think and the 2018 has a snapdragon 400 series.

Any way
I reckon the 2018 is better for a few reasons.
-The quad speakers sound great.
-The buttons are now software not those annoying touch buttons ive hit while in landscape mode.
-The UI seems very smooth had a jam on a kiosk model and went nuts in chrome internet browsing is flawless, for now.
-It also cliams great battery life and snapdragon 400 chip do deliver very well in this aspect.
-More ram and storage gives a bit of future proofing too.
I am buying a 2018 model.
Dont know when but i will unless something amazing appears in its price range but then I doubt it the tablet market seems to be dead when it could amazing.

UI is the same on both, as 2016 has 8.1, if you get S Pen model you have 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. Onscreen buttons suck as to unlock tablet you have to reach that stupid spot on the side which is really inconvenient, also CPU is less powerful I believe on the newer model. I think 2016 is better than 18. I wanted one but I ended up staying with 2016, I only miss USB C but other than that it's still really capable multimedia device

I don't allow the bloat crap on my S3, S5, or tab 10.1 2016. So I only have 1500MB roms. Battery life on my tab being only 6 weeks old is charge once per week. Yes the capacitive buttons get bumped all the time.. working on systemless xposed to solve that. However, Sammy didn't put backlights in them nor a led up top so in low light the locations are tricky and screen off charging or dying doesn't tell me squat. Haven't figured out charge time yet. S pen does use a smidge more battery but I only bought the SM-P580 to get s pen.

I finally bought the 2018 yesterday.
Onscreen controls (physical button sucks IMO) , quad speakers, USB-C, the fact the tablet comes with Oreo (which means it should also get Pie next year), the 3GB of ram and 32 GB of rom were the main reasons.
Better GPU and better processor too.
So far, I enjoy it!
BTW, you can tap twice on the screen to wake up the tablet, no need to reach for the side button...

Aw come on!! You were just looking for an excuse to spend more money on the L&G all along.
TWRP for Tab A 10.5
I also recently purchased the Tab A 10.5 inch tablet to replace a Tab 4 10.1 tablet that was getting very laggy. I would like to install TWRP custom recovery on the new tablet ( in preparation for rooting with SuperSU) but I have searched the web in vain for the correct version of TWRP to install. Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

how different is it from the Tab A 8"? (SMT380)
I am going to redo the tab a (t380) guide in a couple days, we worked out the 7 day OEM unlock and how to disable that already, was the last piece of the puzzle i needed really to write a definitive guide on how to root it, reenable OEM unlock afterwards and reboot the device in the same day, and if things go wrong, reroot the very same day again as well (rather than waiting).
https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga.../twrp-3-2-1-1-tab-sm-t380-10-02-2018-t3747564 << Tab a 8" a similar beast, should be very similar.
might want to forget SuperSU and consider Magisk (also made by John Wu), SuperSU is no longer maintained and Magisk is.
rooting the tab A used to be a 14 day process from start to 7 days later to root and 7 days after to reboot again.. until yesterday anyways.. it can be done at whim now, all in one day multiple times if you wish.
My Tab A is an SM-T590 if this is any help.

I owned a tablet with 16GB storage, and even after installing the least amount of apps I need and after disabling Samsung bloatware, I was left only with less than 3GB of free space. That's terrible. For one, if you have less than 15-20% of storage free, your filesystem operations are far far from being efficient. That's because the OS now needs to spend a considerable amount of time on finding more chunks of free space to write on. The second issue is what if you DO install an app or game that takes a lot more storage? One day I pulled a game that took something like 2GB of storage. I almost run out of free space.
The point is, 16GB is NOT enough. It's NOT ENOUGH unless you're willing to spend hours of your time wondering what can you possibly delete to make tablet run. Life is too short for that. I would not recommend anyone get a phone or a tablet with only 16GB of storage. 32GB should be the new "low".

Let's clear some air about CPUs. The 2016 Tab A 10.1 came with Samsung Exynos 7870 system on a chip, which was built on 14nm process and had eight ARM A53 cores running at speeds up to 1.6GHz. The 2018 Tab A 10.5 comes with Snapdragon 450 SoC that comes with eight A53 cores (again!) built on 14nm process (again!) and running up 1.8GHz clock frequency. So there should be barely no difference in real life CPU performance between 2016 and 2018 models (why? this is stupid)
The A53 core is basically 2013-2014 design that started to appear in 2015 devices. The A53 core was truly mediocre in 2015 because the SoCs were build on 28nm process and were barely adequate. In 2016, some SoCs appeared that used more energy efficient 14nm process which allowed A53 cores to run at higher clock speeds while saving battery life. This was interesting. This remained interesting in 2017 too. But to introduce a new tablet in the late part of 2018 using the 2014-15 model A53 CPU.. and knowing that this tablet will not be updated for at least a couple more years, as we have seen with previous Tab A models, is truly pathetic.
In the US, the 2018 Tab A is list price of 320USD, which is basically the price of 2018 Apple iPad which has a CPU that will slaughter that Tab A and will be updated for 5-6 years, as we have observed in the past. Considering that Samsung is giving us a 2015-model CPU in this tablet, it has no right to be priced at 300+ bucks. The new Tab A only has the right to be priced as a bottom of barrel tablet like Amazon Fire, 150 dollars, or 200 tops. The 300+ price for this is ludicrous.
And let me guess, this tablet will not play Netflix in HD resolution. Right?
You need to remove not disable it. My roms.... G900P is 2GB RAM 1.5GB ROM. Leaves me 12.5GB. My P580 is 3GB RAM 1.2GB ROM. Leaves me 12.8GB. /system is only 3GB on BOTH Samsungs. No way you have 13GB total out of the box. Stop *****ing and put a $35 class uhs1 125GB sdcard in it!
I just got the Tab A 2016 LTE yesterday (SM-T585, running Nougat with July security patches) and had it rooted, TWRP put on it and running a custom Oreo rom in less than 24 hours
It has 32 GB internal storage so that should last me a while ... I'm super happy with it, esp. considering that I only paid €125 incl. shipping for it - like new, it was part of a contract and returned to my provider because the customer didn't like the color or some other silly reason.
My old Lenovo Tablet was running on 4.2.2 with absolutely 0 updates in the 4-5 years that I had it and only had a quadcore with 16 GB internal storage and 1 GB ram. Not to mention that it didn't have ANY custom roms, TWRP etc.
OK, I'm rambling - my point is that you can still get the 2016 model if you look around for a good deal. It's a great tablet, easy to root + mod and a good deal cheaper than the 2018 model :good:
