Does the phone boot in download with sd card in? If not you need to get it to the service or try to fix it yourself with Z3X Box.
---------- Post added at 09:46 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:45 PM ----------
And whats the model number of the phone?

Does tye pc see the phone in odin? If you hear a sound its not completely dead its the NAND/eMMc/UFS whatever you want to call it that its broken. If you have solder exlerience you can get it off the board and reprogram in in a Z3X box or something and then solder it back in. If not you can change the logic board entirely or go to a service.
But what was the reason to flash anyway?

no, odin can not detect the phone, but i still heard connecting sound on windows 10, i think the best deal i can get is to change the entire logic board.
the reason to flash, is the phone was stuch in samsung logo with the msg above of the screen "Set Warranty Bit : Kernel", then i tried to do factory reset from recovery mode ** i noticed lot of red words while factory reset like this E:/ bla bla bla ...**, then i still have the problem after factory reset ( stuck on samsung logo ), after that i downloaded the flash for my phone model exactly J500F, and now this is the problem here we are

Unfortunately there isnt any unbrick.img for this device so ur dead. You can ask someone with a J500F like your to make you a debrick image (see on yt),
Edi,I found a debrick.img
https://mega.nz/#!VHhVBB7A!sNYh4FSaL6viErBzbXCKKm_GMRHiZJfU4IpF7ajrVQk
You extract the .gz file and there will be a unbrick file with no extension, just rename the file.
And flash it to a sd card using sd card reader and Win32DiskImager.

Hey thats my debrick image from my mega link.
A bit of courtesy and ask before using would have been nice.
But anyway I don't think he did it right.
Extract the gz file and rename the file you extract (UNBRICK_IMAGE) to UNBRICK_IMAGE.img.
I don't think he did that part correctly.
Sounds like he just moved the file to the SD or renamed it wrong and didnt flash it correctly to SD

See for yourself what you posted in the title thread you have never mentioned that you used pit or boot loader - this is what i was asking also because simply flashing stock with Odin or JB won't give you hard bricks !
You shouldn't use pit and all unless you know what you are doing !
Try jig but if this is a hard brick it won't help !
Do you have warranty ? If yes go to Samsung service centre and play dumb !

2) There's NO way that your phone would "collapse" due to installing live wallpaper/ANY app that doesnt involve data wipe or modifying the kernel values..
3) What do you mean by nothing works? Did it get stuck at boot?
4) Well, did you flash it correctly? Which stock Firmware package did you take?
5) Including PIT and BOOTLOADER does NOT make a phone hard brick unless you use another phones bootloader/PIT. I made a lot of flashing with PIT, bootloader and repartition, this isnt the cause of your problem.
You must have taken another phones stock ROM packages/bootloader or using wrong method to flash the stock ROM, there's no way your recovery could be "lost" or your phone hard bricked by using correct firmware packages and flashing correctly.

Nope, using PIT/bootloader does NOT cause any problems. Its just not recommended as people could hard brick their device choosing wrong bootloader/pit. I always flash my STOCK roms (done like 30-40 times) using PIT, Bootloader and repartitioning. Its NOT the issue. The OP must have used the wrong stock firmware packages or using bootloader/pit of another phone
Sorry venkie now i have seen your post ! Damn tapatalk i missed it earlier !
Okay tell me from where you got the pit file ?
For jig all you need is a usb male - cut it out from some old data cables and 3x 100k +1k resistors . Peel off the usb male and connect the resistors in series with 4and 5 pins of the male - done ! Plug it in !

Hard Brick? Soft Brick? Please, Help!

Hi, my 910G started to restart. Today, didn't boot anymore. Not even in Recovery. But now is on Download mode and says "mmc_read-fail". I've read that it could be a hard problem.. but maybe it could be a partition problem. IN that case, I need the pit file, but I can't find it. I tried to flash the stock rom using oding, but i get olways an error :S.
Please, help me!
If you can't even get to odin without mmc read, maybe it is your memory. Sorry I couldn't help, can't beat hardware failures. .Best of luck
I can give you two suggestions
1)Start from scratch.
Remove any samsung related prog from control panel of your computer
Then flash stock firmware with odin
2)Try to claim warranty and tell them you get custom when you are trying to fix it from Internet

I've installed some roms. Now I'm on Nameless Rom. The problem is when I turn off the phone. If I take out the battery, put it, and press "on button", it says "could do not normal boot mmc_read failed". But if I do that processs, and enter to recovery, tap "reset normal mode", the phone works great... What could it be?

Well, this is the new "panorama":
The phone started again, when I installed the Singapure 5.1.1 N910G Version. Then, I've installed Nameless Rom 5.1.1 Stock. In the first reboot, it reboot again, and show "MCC READING ERROR" with "Download Mode". Turned it off and on, and it works again.
The thing is that the phone wasn't working 100%. Maybe in one reboot, it works flawless for 10 minuts. Then, get a call and the phone get stuck. Need to take battery out, to get it work.
So I've installed Australian Version 5.1.1. The same. Maybe its thing of me, but I think that when I try the phone with the Sim inside, its when it worse work. It's more common to have lag in an app.
I'm getting mad, really. I want to sell it, and I can't sell it like this... because I don't know if it will work or fail.
Tried this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1823918. Used the 4 files. No problem in any block. Not even in Ifinite loop mode, when it searchs for an error till it gets one...

Here you have it. I done what you told me. Installed from scratch with odin, and then Factory Reset. Sometimes it takes long to boot (like, stays in "galaxy note 4 boot screen for 15 seconds). And when it turn on, it takes its time to show lockscreen.

Ok, I'm tracking now. Been helping 2-3 people and got mixed up.
I did find this.... So if anyone with a working N910G, they can do this.
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0 of=/sdcard/out.pit bs=8 count=580 skip=2176
Need to be rooted and busybox installed.
I've found it multiple places.
Here's with a S4. Same commands, same parition

Correct.
I guess it's possible yours is broken. Not sure how. Except possibly flashing the wrong firmware from a different model or make phone.
That's one thing I have give Samsung a little credit on. They are trying to at least make the phone where they can't get f*cked up.
It does cost them money also to replace the phones that get wrecked by people flashing stuff randomly and turning them back in under warranty.
Not directing this at you. Hell I've turned a phone in I messed with.
I think it was messed up when I got it but I'll never know since I starting hacking into it as soon as I got it.

Help! No response from phone anymore!

All I did was hold Vol - and Power to get to Download Mode, but forgot to hold Home. I walked away for a minute while it booted supposedly to the Warning screen, came back and noticed the blue light was on. Went to investigate but the phone turned off before I got to see what was up.
Now the phone won't charge, won't power on, no response to plugging into computer, can't get to Download Mode or Recovery, no vibration when trying to power it on. It's a bone stock device, no root/recovery/rom. Never even got USB Debugging turned on. What the hell happened here?
Looks like you put it into safe mode

Not sure, give it a shot with the 32, I'd imagine the worst that will happen is it will force the card into thinking it is only 16GB, which you should be able to reverse with a free partitioning program, by deleting and recreating the partitions once you're done

SM-G930A Unbrick Image

I have a hard bricked AT&T Galaxy S7 (SM-G930A). I'm trying to unbrick it by using an SD card and an unbrick image, as described here or here. However, I don't have access to a rooted Galaxy S7 of the same model. Can someone create an unbrick image I can use?
Thanks!

I don't know how it was bricked, I'm trying to fix it for a friend. It doesn't turn on at all, so I can't get it into download mode to flash the stock rom. I know it's a Qualcomm variant because I can see "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" in device manager when I plug it into my computer, so the SD card method might work.

So... I'm gonna take a guess and assume that your friend didn't really know what he was doing and flashed the first firmware he saw. (Which was probably the F firmware.) Causing it to brick. The F firmware IS NOT MEANT four our devices. Hence he broke it. Probably unrecoverable. Plus he might not have used Odin making it even worse.

Even that might not because of our locked bootloader. Friend is more than likely dicked out of his phone unless he files a for replacement or something. :/
I have a hard bricked Galaxy S7 (SM-G9300). I'm trying to unbrick need unbrick image
create a Debrick IMG :
-you need to have a rooted device
-need to install busybox
-need a terminal
-open terminal type
(su
busybox dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0 of=/sdcard/200mb.img bs=4096 count=50000)
I think this is a waste of time in this forum. All clever guys have left, just kidds remained.
They just copy others posts...
Can anyone really make an unbrick image? Is it soo difficult?
Seems everybody just cares for themselves....
Lets hope...
And just a comment, you dont need a "rooted" phone to create the image.
Insert a blank sd card on your phone, at least 32GB
Enter download mode,
Load files in ODIN
Select in options tab in Odin (T-Flash)
And flash
All flash will happen to the SD card NOT in the phone and TADA, you have a sd card where you can extarct the recovey image
Piece of cake.
Anyone help?

g930a-v models same sda flash
my phone same problem bro help me
If for some reason it doesn't work, then try to create an emergency scdard from an identical model with identical firmware version as your broken one, root it by eng-boot, read out the first 1GB of the "sda" partition, write the dump to a fast class U1/U10 32GB sdcard using Win32Disk, insert the card into the sdcard slot and power it up while holding Vol Down + Home + Power. If everything was done correctly, the phone should boot into download mode, then just flash the latest full stock to fix it.
To create an emergency sdcard for Qualcomm based G930/G935:
adb shell
su
dd if=/dev/block/sda of=/storage/emulated/emergency.bin bs=1024 count=131072
exit
adb pull /storage/emulated/emergency.bin
g930a-v models same sda flash

I have a bricked S7, att variant. I used modded odin to force a lower bootloader and now it will only boot to a screen that says sbl error. I got the edl cable. What do I do now?
reviving a thread for a minute. I too was given a phone that is hard bricked. meaning that it will not be recognized by odin. however, it is recognized and i have the qualcomm drivers through my work. so i have access to qpst and qfil. the downside is that i cannot find a full copy of the software.
qpst requires both phone image and boot image in .hex format,
and qfil gives me a bit more playing area such as elf type and the xml files, or i can extract the files needed if i have the FFU.
my problem is the only versions of the software that i keep finding are for odin. so my request is, i have a couple of different software versions for the g930a, can someone extract the hex files, or convert to FFU? that's the part i'm getting stuck in. lots of tutorials on how to extract to convert to md5 for odin, or how to extract if you have a rooted g930a, but i don't have access to that.

S7 Edge Boots into Flat ORANGE Screen. [Help]

I wanted to install xposed framework on my S7 edge but it failed due to some reason about not being able to mount/system or something. To fix that, i reformatted my /system and /data to FAT from TWRP. part way through reformatting /data, it froze and i restarted my phone, now it was unable to boot into recovery. I then attempted to reinstall the stock rom from ODIN and now it boots straight into a flat orange screen. Within this screen, i can hear the change in volume when i press the volume buttons, the LED on my phone is on (blue) and i can turn the screen on and off with the power button. It seems like a normal functioning phone, just with an orange screen that wont change.
If anyone can help me fix this problem i would really appreciate it, any help is valuable and if you need anything that im able to provide, i will.
Thanks.
Edit: I can sometimes get it into download mode and the TWRP screen loads, but then nothing happens.
I may not be able to fix your problem but I am curious, why would you format to FAT when the standard filesystem used is ext4?

I watched a video and it said to do it, yes, it was a bad idea.
What i have done was reinstall TWRP and it works now. Still orange screen. Where do i go from here?
Why on earth did you format to FAT? Android/data, /system and /boot are EXT4. /sd card is FAT.
Think you'll have to reflash stock firmware with Odin, assuming you can still get into download mode. Your non-external sd card data is probably history though.

Yes sir.
And you've extracted the necessary .tar etc files from the stock FW? I'm assuming you are very new to this, just making sure you're covering everything. And please describe exactly what happened when you tried to flash Xposed. Which version, installer etc. A screenshots of your Odin fail would be helpful too.

And you've extracted the necessary .tar etc files from the stock FW? I'm assuming you are very new to this, just making sure you're covering everything. And please describe exactly what happened when you tried to flash Xposed. Which version, installer etc. A screenshots of your Odin fail would be helpful too.

Wrong firmware. You're flashing 930F, that's for the "flat" S7. You need 935F firmware.

Is this the right one?

I live in Australia.
Also, thanks for pointing that out. I thought i had the right one :\
Yep, that should do. Don't know where you got it, samfirmware is the place otherwise. Is your original firmware branded, i.e are you tied to a specific network carrier?

I found the optus version. Is there any reason to download that over the standard one?
OK. We'll sort this out! I'm no expert, but I've made every f-up possible with Odin/TWRP, so I'm an expert at rectifying my mistakes...
Off out for lunch, back in 2 hours. Hopefully you'll be fixed by then but I'll check. One other thing in Odin - in options, check "F-reset time" but NOTHING ELSE.

Don't think so, but I've never been carrier locked. I'd use it just to get up and running again, you can always flash something else later.
