[ROOT] How to root Huawei P8 AndroId 6.0 Emui 4.0.3

Hello,
I've been trying to root my Huawei P8 on Android 6.0 and EMUI 4.0.3 on Build B337 (GRA-L09C33B337)
The problem is that I cannot find a root guide for EMUI 4.0.3, the closest guide I can find is for 4.0.1 and I have no idea if it will work smoothly or not. Could someone tell me if this guide (hidden link below) is going to work? If not, is there any working guide out there?
Thank you

Yes, works perfectly, if you follow the instructions EXACTLY and use the latest TWRP and Super SU.
I used method A) Rooting in systemless Mode (by maintaining the original Stock-Kernel).

Thank you, it worked. I have a problem though, my Lastpass app stopped working, re-installing doesn't change a thing. What could be the issue?

The first thing you should do is get the most up-to-date nougat stock firmware. If you google Nexus 6p stock firmware you will get the link to all the google images. Just scroll down to angler and look for the last 7.1.2 image. Now there's two ways to flash I prefer the fastboot method but most use the flash.all file you get in the download from said image. If you look up the Heisenberg guide on returning to stock will show you all the commands if you choose fastboot method. After you've accomplished this you can flash twrp and use any nougat ROM that's still available. Now why do you want nougat when 8.1 Oreo is available? Its really good and battery life is great.

Same steps as Oreo download nougat firmware and fastboot flash appropriate files. Heisenberg guide or google api sight will have the commands. I suppose you could google update your way but be more tedious and prone to bugs.
I need to update the source code to nougat so i can build it is what i'm meaning

Best way to root device?

Hi guys i own an Mi A1 and i want to know what is the best simple way to root my phone?!
I'm actually rooting the device to install this port : https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-a1/themes/8-0-dolby-atmos-axon-7-oreo-port-t3739009
So can anyone please guide me through the installation as i'ma complete NOOB on rooting.
Right now i have that 8.1 leaked beta oreo build.
Any help is appreciated!
Thank you!
I personally used the https://www.google.gr/amp/s/forum.x...iaomi-mi-a1-tool-drivers-unlock-t3742857/amp/
To unlock bootloader and to root with magisk
I don't know if it works with 8.1 beta though I had 8.0 latest when I used it
In fact the phone doesn't need rooting the only reason I did it is to install one magisk module for aptx support lol.

flash gsi roms

i followed the steps on letsmakecakes guide for flashing gsi roms and contacting someone who successfully flashed a gsi rom named Pixel Dust with the phone. i follow the steps twice still no luck. anyone can help? maybe link me a yt vid or something?

I have TWRP on my device but other than that I don't really know what is the current state of it.
I would like to update to the latest version of android 10 with a from that supports magsik. Could someone please tell me which steps I should take?
Thanks
Use EDL tool to install latest Pie software and clean you phone. Then you will be able to install Android 10 OTA. https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-5/how-to/op5-collection-unbrick-tools-t3898870
