I don't have this device nor used this firmware myself but, I had looked on the Nemesis thread for a member who had quoted the whole OP (happens most of the time for these types of developments) and I located the last one who had done this on the following thread post.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=78134611&postcount=2356
It has all the links and I had confirmed them to be working for downloading (at least at the present moment).
This is the best I can help you with...
Good Luck!

you have posted this in serveral threads now - there is no need to keep posting this
you will need to build a whole new kernel from source
why dont you just wait for broadcomCM to finish their work

bieltv.3 cm9 is not a port - it is built totally from source
you can follow the progress on his thread and blog
It is very stable in terms of full hardware support - the only major bug is audio which he currently rebuilding the libs from source

I don't have this device myself but, I believe that the following threads should help you locate what your looking for that's specific to your device. Don't be afraid to ask for some member guidance within one of them too.

If it's just the location you're looking for, don't worry about the subject matter since what your looking for is a part of it as well but, hopefully, one or more of the subject matter may also be helpful for you too.
Good Luck!
EDIT: OOPS... I had just realized how old this thread was...

Hi all,
I don't know if LineageOS will exist for Wiko Cink Five and Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016).
Thanks in advance for your answers, and sorry if it's not the thread to ask this question.

I don't have this device but, the Official LineageOS for your device has been, unfortunately, discontinued.
The following thread is an Unofficial LineageOS for your device and is also very recent too.

There are some out on the forum for Micromax...
The best way to locate it is by the MT#.
For example... If you have an MT6572. Search for it by using the whole "MT6572" or by using "MT65xx". The MT65xx means all variants that begins with "MT65".
Also, it could be helpful not only using the whole word "LineageOS" but, "Lineage OS", "LOS", "Lineage", etc...
Those are, a very small, example of searching for something using the Metadata System.
Good Luck!

No chance for me. It seems that the MT6589 is not listed in LineageOS supported devices.
Is the T-Mobile s4 being maintained?
What happened?

It looks like the last Official Lineage Team Maintainer no longer has this device any longer that resulted in it being dropped Officially by LineageOS.
The jfltetmo is actually unified with others like the I9505 to the jfltexx and there's Unofficial LineageOS builds still being maintained as you can see by the following thread.
