As we all know, the s821 xiaomi devices such as mi5s,5s plus and mix have the official los support.
As a note2 user, I sincerely hope that note2 can have official los too.
If this comes true，every note2 users would appreciate very much.

Typically the Unofficial releases of LineageOS based ROM's are indicated on the title as [Unofficial] and the Official releases are either indicated as [Official] or without it. This is why I assumed that it was an Official release.
I performed a quick search and i had located the following link that, appears to me, an indication of an Official LineageOS is currently in the works for the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 (Scorpio).

Also, If you look at the list of contributors, on that Github link, you'll notice that the first one is "Bgcngm" who is, in fact, one of the Official Lineage Team Developers.

Actually I just want to know how soon can note2 have the los 15.1 official version. Many people are looking forward to it including me.

There's never a specific date given, it's ready when it's ready - as this isn't a product you pay for, indeed it's mostly a hobby for those developers you'll certainly understand that the volunteers working on such official device bring ups never give ETAs (=estimated time of arrival)... Just be patient, things looking good as you where told before by @Ibuprophen

If you found a way to root without pc tell me
I installed AEX extended ROM 5.7 on my g900v klte version without any issues except when online I get all these x's on the screen. I've tried to find a solution with no luck. Any help would be great, thank's. Sorry nothing wrong with shot on right, just the left.
