Hi,
I have Samsung S5 SM-G900H for unlock is there any root file exist and RegionLock away will work ?
please any help guide will appreciate.

Currently there are some untested releases for recovery but unfortunately no root has been released yet.

Oh boy what have u done ? your fone probably hardbricked. F is Snapdragon and H is Exynos. Those two cant be the same. U need to bring it to service center.

there is no G900F on Octoplus Box there is only G900H.

VoLTE in India

Hey Guys, please help me out here... I have a US TMobile variant s7 edge, flashed SM935U however unable to use VoLTE.. I have been told that I cannot flash an Indian firmware, isnt there any other solution out there that can help me enable VoLTE.. Im using a calling app to make and send calls/sms.. someone pls helppp...

If the local carriers don't support VoLTE, nothing you do can allow you to use it.

The local carrier supports ONLY VoLTE hence making it imperative for me to enable VoLTE!! Any solutions??

Will that not brick the phone as Indian firmware is dual sim and on a different chipset...

Yes it will brick. Basically your only option is a new phone.

Gotcha.. If i flash btu on 935u that will enable my phone to use VoLTE in India??

Don't flash BTU. Your phone will be bricked. As all International models are in exynos you can't flash an exynos Rom over snapdragon

For VoLTE you need an Indian localized rom (for Samsung usually the local unbranded one works, too). Since in India the Exynos variant is distributed you will have a hard time to find a suitable rom for your Snapdragon one. If your provider does not have any app based solution you may be out of luck.

Volte mobile is good i love all features and speed of this phone. I like its work fast and did not hung.

I was in the same boat... Just flashed a U firmware over USA model and rooted it.
Then via flashfire, Flash this CSC Which was basically pulled out from S8 CSC selector file by @Tkkg1994
VoLTE should pop-up after reboot.
Even wifi calling toggle comes up but Jio is yet to implement the feature (Don't turn it on... you'll miss calls when on wifi)

Unfortunately I wont be able to root, but will check how this CSC can be used with Odin.

Why can't you root? You can't use this CSC via Odin.. it's a flashable zip.

I am using canadian firmware .
Problem is i am in India i dont want to insall indian firmware because campare to canadian firmware indian firmware have very poor signal quality and can you privide volte flash zip file??...i am on jio network..thanx in advance

Insrall root explorer go to
system/csc/
Click on others.xml
Open with a text editor app like Quick edit..
Copy and paste this text on that page..

Save and then reboot and try to see if it's enabled

Don't know..are u sure it has? I know that the best signal u will get if u have the CSC for ur country or service provider

See on s7 edge ROMs exynos there is a thread with CSC selection...download CSC selection for nougat, flash in twrp..select CSC from aroma...u don't have to.wipe nothing. U can change CSC till u find the one that suits u and has volte

i am daam sure about signal poor quality of indian csc.... when i flash indian csc through aroma signal quality is very poo..r full signal of candian csc drop to 2 bar signal of indian csc ...what to do i try to editing csc code in bmc firmware but wont work ...

No 4G service

there is no 4g signal in samsung galaxy a7 2015. Phone is updated to marshmallow.
only 3g and 2g is working.

yes its Jio but another operator Airtel 4g is also not working though 2g and 3g working. is it possible to downgrade to 5.1.1? or there will be problem. My phone is a7 a700fd 2015 version

Ok, too bad it didn't work.
Sorry ,I don't own the device myself so I'm afraid I can't be of any help in questions about downgrade. I don't know.
Hopefully someone else can answer.

Can I flash my S8(GM-950u1) to S8(GM-950FD) (INS version) to obtain VOLTE?

I have an unlocked S8(GM-950u1) and I don't have VOLTE option. So if I want to have volte as an option, can I flash my phone to (GM-950FD)? If no, which firmware should I flash such that I get VOLTE as an option?

You might be able to flash your carriers csc and it may be enabled then. Thus turning the device into a 950u. But any f is a exynos edition and cannot be in anyway flashed to a u device

Hi how can I change csc? I got G955N and my network in global roaming. I don't know why. It won't has option to select 4G or 3G in mobile network section.
