Hi friends. my current device s3 neo android 4.4.2 version. I have to drop it to android 4.3. How do I reduce it? can I lower it in stock rom or custom rom? I need to make an imei correction. Thank you for your help.
So if you are talking about the dual sim version then u can downgrade if its the single sim u cant.
For the IMEI there are tools u can use pared with the stock rom which will fix the imei, but first i need to know your variant.

Hey Thanks for your revert.
I am using this S4 in India on Android Version 4.2.2 with SIM Unlocked. My main concern is phone should remain SIM unlocked after flashing any Lollipop Modem. But I suspect that, it would get locked after flashing latest modem. I have seen that Galaxy Tool apk has the ability to unlock the phone on Lollipop but it has been posted in the forum for Note 3. So Little bit confused whether it will work or not
So I need your help with detailed explanation how did you do that ?
Can you please provide solution step by step ?

So I have an old Galaxy S4 that based on the snapdragon 600 chipset. I think that it's the Android version of Kitkat 4.4.2 is now quite old and I wanna upgrade it by using custom ROMs. I wanna ask you guys about
- What do I need to do? Do I need to root my phone or something?
- The best custom ROM. Does the SIMs work or not?
Thank you so much

Yes, you need to root your phone to flash custom roms. Find the thread for your phone to see if it is even possible for you to root your device.
