Hi everyone guys, first of all I apologize for my English!
I recently broke my phone so I pulled my old Galaxy A3 2016 (SM-A310 F) out of the drawer that I had changed because the ear speaker was broken and because the battery was dead.
I ordered a new ear speaker and a new battery from amazon, I mounted them and everything works. The only problem is that the battery runs out so quickly. At night in airplane mode it is lowered by 50%.
While I was disassembling it I noticed that the coaxial cable is stripped, could that be it? I don't know what to do anymore, I hope for your help.
Thanks Again
Daniele

So on Saturday (day 3 of my owning my X1), my phone was acting as the music for a little house-party.
I left it playing for a good six hours or so, before the battery started to die and it was giving the warning signals.
We just left it until it eventually turned off.
So when I got home, I charged it up again, but now the headphone indicator is constantly active, and sound will not play out the normal loudspeaker.
I've tried plugging headphones in again, and they work but when I remove them it still reckons they are plugged in. Did a soft-reset, still no joy.
Has anyone else encountered something similar? I'd rather not hard-reset if I can avoid it, I spent the better part of Friday customising it to my liking, doh!
The connector has a phyical switch inside which tells the speaker to stop working and direct the sound to the headphones. Sounds like that is still on. You can try plugging in and out, wiggling it, then it will be a trip to the repair shop. Should be covered by warranty though.
Thanks, that worked a treat!
Managed to click it with the stylus and it's all fine again
head phones
hello yeah i had same problem with my x1 just plugged n unplugged head phone a few times then was fine. not noticed it for a few weeks changed head phones to a better pair with out the inline mic.
I had the same issue until I wiggled it every time it got stuck so much that it stuck there for good. Returned for repairs 2 weeks ago and got it back today. Everything fixed now.. they even replaced the plastic cover over the camera since it was cracked a bit.
Hi!! i´m new here in XDA! i´m from Argentina, and before of all thanks for all!
So, the problem it´s the next. I have the galaxy s4 GT-I9500. at first all normal, but then, one day, when i was to charged the phone, a info message that says: charging in pause. Battery temperature too low. and the phone didn´t charge anymore. i take a screen picture of my problem, entering in the keypad the code *#0228#. and the temperature says -25° C.
Today i went to change the battery, because i think that the problem is the battery, but no! the battery didn´t work!!! so the man who sold me the phone, test it with another s4 and the battery goes well! so, I need help! what is the problem in my sgs4??? no root and nothing.
I will paste here the screen picture.
thanks for all!!!!!

The sensor must be broken and it shows -25C. I would go to the seller and speak about a replacement.
Thanks so much for the comment. It's very strange because when I put the phone near the a/c of the car in hi temp the temperature increase. But i can't be all the day in the car. So the problem maybe be that. The sensor of the battery.
i need some help with fixing an issue im having with my galaxy s5
my phone has been working great since iv got it.
a couple weeks ago out of no where i realize the phone just started restarting it self and not passing the first boot animation however when i changed the battery (because have 2 batteries) the phone would work fine. Now trying both batteries the phone will just simply not pass the first boot animation unless i plug it into the wall. The battery im using is fairly new as i bought it about a month ago n iv hardly used it since then. Iv cleaned all the pins on the battery and phone etc. tried factory reset etc im really now sure what else to do. So any help would be really appreciated.
You might try cotton sticks and isopropyl alcohol, to gently clean phone and battery contacts.
solution
well the phone was just restarting on the batter almost like a bootloop but when it was plugged into the wall it booted right up. I took it to the technician only to realize i needed a brand new battery because both the batteries i had were swollen apparently and it works.
Hi guys, I am a newbie, need help and using Samsung A8 (A8000F). A little water dropped on my phone LCD, I thought it was fine, because the phone was on and nothing was wrong. Then a few hours later the sim card was not identified and after I reinserted it the phone was overheating. Then the next morning it suddenly can't be turned on. Is there something I can do to fix it by myself? thank you very much.
So recently I bought a Samsung J7 for literally pennies. I don't know history of this phone, but screen its cracked and not responding and its always black (don't want to turn on) as it was described on ebay. Charger doesn't work, it does not vibrate, generally dead. I disattached lcd and gave up, but then I tried to connect it to pc. My PC showed a notification that Samsung J730F is actually plugged.
And here are my questions:
Is this phone dead?
(if not) Will new display work on this phone?
(if yes) How do I know what is the problem in this phone? Can I somehow measure voltage to see if it's actually charging?
Thanks in advance and sorry for bad london
