I had the same problem but found a workable solution. You must go to the android configuration, there you will look for the phone information menu, in the manual update section there is a menu where you can install the startup logo, it also helps you to install the update patch, but I have not done it. once you enter there you must have inserted a usb memory with the logo that you want to leave at the beginning, make sure that the dimensions are adequate for your screen. I leave you the one that I have installed, in case it helps you, specifically it must have the name zxdzlogo.png otherwise it will not help you.
tenía el mismo problema pero encontré una solución viable. debes ir a la configuración de android, ahí buscaras el menú información del telefono, en la sección actualización manual viene un menú donde puedes instalar el logo de inicio, también te sirve para instalar el patch de actualización, pero yo no lo he realizado. una vez que entres ahí deberás tener insertada una memoria usb con el logotipo que deseas dejar en el inicio, asegurate que las dimensiones sean adecuadas para tu pantalla. te dejo el que he instalado, por si te es de ayuda, específicamente debe tener el nombre zxdzlogo.png de lo contrario no te sevirá.

Hello!!! My problem is that when playing music or radio and GPS (Sygic, google maps igo ...) running at the same time, the TTS voice commands freeze and crash. When GPS only works, then TTS voices work a little better. But the problem is also in the normal voice instructions of the gps software. the system encountered this problem after the MCU upgrade and firmware upgrade in the latest versions (The files were sent by the seller). I do not know if it is a matter of system setup or a problem with the upgrades.

So the Firmware date is from 30/03/2020 and I have the same problem as you say. Music audio crashed when GPS commands execute...
I want to know where you find the Firmware update. Through the seller?
And does Google Maps work well with your radio? In my case works very bad. Only TomTom GO and Sygic works fine.
And the same thing with Android Auto, works well?

I was able to install the new firmware you posted. I apreciate it a lot!
I have to try more with others GPS apps, but I think some problems were solved.
I have to ask you some things.
Are you able to configurate the "Steering Wheel Settings"? Because there's no response on press a wheel button and press the "reset" or "save" button in this menu.
And the other one is if there's any way to change the Menu? There's a car photo in every menu, but I don't know if there's a way to change it.

I found other bugs:
-A long delay when changing DPI in developer setting.
-Bootanimation be cropped.(For example, Pixel's dark bootanimation have "Powered by android" word at bottom of screen, but there have some white dots instead)
-Safe mode dialogue is too big causes that be cropped.

Follow steps below:
-Launch "Magisk", if there have a dialogue ask you reboot to recover environment or not, just tap yes.
-After reboot, install "Material file" via anyway.
-Launch Material file, grant permissions.
(File access and Root)
-Delete the file you want(remount filesystem as RW if it want you do that)

do we have to unzip it and install as .img (typicall gsi method) or we can flash directly like normal custom rom
update:installed thos rom,its working perfectly,noise cancellation is way better than stock rom,video recording working on 3rd party camera apps(incuding insta and snapchat)
ALSO you will have to run - adb reboot "dm-verity enforcing" - if you are getting eio error/ corroupted device
rom works perfectly fine for me,i will test it and update if i find any more bugs ..rn im thinking to use it as a daily driver

No need to unzip just flash ROM

If you can't get in to your system because screenlock after restore,
and you can't boot into recovery because storage.xml,
don't worry,
Just run this command in adb shell when you booting into recovery to remove screenlock:
rm -f data/system/locksettings.db && rm -f data/system/locksettings.db-journal && reboot

and your phone will reboot in few seconds.
This method also can use on other phones that data decrypted.

Ok, just reboot into recovery, and your X01AD should stuck at twrp splash screen, enter adb shell now and run that command.

Make sure you are really flashing Zenfone Max M2, not pro, and follow the steps, do a clean flash(don't need to erase external SD)
and reboot

Eu posso ajudar so que tambem preciso de uma ajuda. Pode fazer para mim um backup. E enviar-me. Para solucionar ese problema faza um backup do seu e coloque outro android pode ser o 11 ja traz um equalizador e o som e melhorado sistema de Bluetooth para o telefone e melhor que a porqueria que ese taz. Só posso ajudar melhor depois de ter o backup . De antemao obrigado

boa tarde Comprei meu multimidia usado, e tentei fazer uma atualização da firmaware e agroa o touch parou de funcionar, sabe como me ajudar Modelo Twincan

[AJUDA] Multimídia YT9216CJ

Olá pessoal, tudo bem?
EU estou com 2 probleminhas na minha multimídia:
1) Atualizei ela pro Android 10 porém, ela não deixa eu instalar o WAZE de jeito nenhum! Nem pela GooglePlay nem por APK, nem em versões mais baixas. Tem alguma forma de fazer isso?
2) A versão da minha multimídia é 1GB RAM e 16GB ROM. Tem como atualizar para Android 11, 12 ou 13 nessa multimídia??
Talvez o WAZE não instale por conta de ser na versão 10?

Respondendo as suas perguntas:
1) Você atualizou por onde? Sua multimidia é do tipo XY AUTO? Se no menu de configurações do carro> sistema de informação, aparecer mais ou menos como a imagem abaixo, sua multimidia deve ser uma XY AUTO de fato.

2) acredito que não seja problema com a versão da multimidia ser de 1GB de ram nem 16 de rom, mas sim algum problema com a imagem, sua multimidia não tem android auto/carplay?
Somente se a multimidia for uma xy auto, faça o download da atualização pelo link abaixo, salve em um pedrive formatado em fat32 sem outras partições ou outros arquivos dentro do pendrive, não extraia os arquivos, apenas mova o arquivo baixado para a raiz do pendrive, conecte na multimidia, vá em configurações do carro>sistema de informação>android upgrade, o processo iniciará, não remova o pendrive ou cancele até que o processo tenha sido concluído. Após isso se os problemas persistir, clique no botão de reset na sua multimídia.

Answering your questions:
1) Where did you update? Is your multimedia type XY AUTO? If in the car settings menu > information system, it appears more or less like the image, your multimedia must indeed be an XY AUTO.
2) I don't think it's a problem with the multimedia version having 1GB of ram or 16 of rom, but rather a problem with the image, doesn't your multimedia have android auto/carplay?
Only if the multimedia is an xy auto, download the update from the link below, save it on a fat32 formatted pendrive without other partitions or other files inside the pendrive, do not extract the files, just move the downloaded file to the root of the pendrive , connect to multimedia, go to car settings>information system>android upgrade, the process will start, do not remove the pendrive or cancel until the process has been completed. After that, if the problems persist, click the reset button on your multimedia.
