Got an issue with was-lx1 8.0.0.388 (c432).
after changing smallest width it keeps resetting to 360 after a reboot, anyone have s solution to the problem?

Oh dear - for reason I can fathom my backlight setting keeps defaulting back to minimum (making the screen unreadable) whenever the machine goes into sleep mode.
Soft resets don't seem to cure this, and I'm a bit reluctant to hard reset because of all the various programmes which then have to be reinstalled, reregistered etc.
Can anyone suggest what's happening/going wrong?

All fixed but I've no idea how...
Suddenly backlight has come back to life... no idea how or why but at least the unit now functions
My phone has four bright lines running through it. I've tried a factory reset and I don't believe that it is a hardware issue because the lines move depending upon my brightness settings. Has anyone else had this issue or could think of a solution to my problem? Thanks,

I'm having an issue where after setting up my Home Screen the way I like, it keeps reverting back to the default layout after I reboot my phone. It happens on my S8 and it also was happening to me on my S7 after flashing an S8 port. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
(Solved) I was able to fix my issue by clearing data in settings.
The brightness slider (sun icon) next tot he focus circle won't appear anymore. This happened when i updated to oreo. Tried wipe cache and its still the same.

You should do a FR, I think that will fix your problem.
Did it was working for a while and now it stopped
Updated to Oreo and now my second screen is missing and every 2 seconds a pop up says Unfortunately the second screen has stopped working.
Is there any fix for this? Thanks!

Have you tried a factory reset? That or force stopping it and clearing data?
Hi,
I found (with hard effort, kinda, cus it kept popping up) that in App info there is two of them, Second Screen provider & Second Screen settings.
Tried to quickly force close & clear data both of them but the Second Screen is crashing still.
Plus, I don't want to factory reset.
You are going to have to factory reset that is the fix. You might be able to fix it with clearing caches and davlik in twrp if that is applicable. But chances are factory reset will be the only thing that fixes it.
