When I log in, it automatically turns off all the notifications for some reason, try the settings and see if notifications are on

even if i delete the sms status reports in the inbox folder the notification in the taskbar still stays.
that seems to be a bug since other users told me that they suffer the same problem.
anyone who knows a possible solution?

Hi,
I am having the same problem in "Mail Status Report".... I have not yet configured any mail accounts though!!!
Please help.....
I'm using Handcent SMS with Lightflow but when I get a SMS the LED notification light doesn't work, anyone else have this problem.

I found the solution, in Lightflow there is a check on SMS that says 'alternate on monitoring' and it also says that it needs to be enabled for Handcent. So if anyone else has the same problem there is the answer.

Doze maybe? Try to disable battery optimization for Whatsapp and see what happens.
I just got my s8 on straight talk since moving to it i haven't received any notifications. I get numbers next to the Facebook app shortcut but notifications. Any ideas ?

Me too...so anoying
Notifications starts showing my reply along with the message and doesn't disappear itself. I need to swipe off the message and the reply. Is this fixable?

You mean to say, after you reply on the extended notification, the notification does not hide away after you press send?
I guess it's a feature not a bug, since you can follow the conversation on the notification panel itself. Probably android pie feature.
