Are you familiar with the msm tool at all?
It will fix what you're going through right now no problem.

Are you referring to what your using in your screenshots?
If so that's not msm tool it's a fastboot rom.
International variant msm tool - https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6t/how-to/tool-6t-msmdownloadtool-v4-0-oos-9-0-5-t3867448
T mobile variant msm tool - https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6t/how-to/tool-t-mobile-oneplus-6t-msmdownloadtool-t3868916
And I could provide you with some better help if you contact me on telegram.

Yes I know...but when. I hold both volumes and power phone is blank black screen like its supposed to but as soon as I plug phone fastboot comes up I'm tired of looking at fastboot lol

No just tell me your name here or in a pm and I will send you a message on telegram.

I notice you say you are pressing the volume up and volume down buttons in addition to the power button. Think that may be your problem. You so not press the power button. Only both volume buttons, then I sent us cable. Your screen will be dark and you may need to turn your computers volume up to hear the tone that your phones connected. Also you could try a different USB port and or cable. For me I had to use a different USB port and it worked

If you can see the bootloader then you should install the original WM ROM either via Active sync/USB or over the sd card, follow link post #1 and go to point 3.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=609477
If you still have white lines..........then it seams to be a HW problem......

A buzzing sound followed by that? Must have been a hardware failure, there really isn't any other explanation. Does the same behaviour (striped screen) happen when in the bootloader? Have you considered that your phone may not be turning on simply because you've run it out of battery?

If it doesn't turn on nor bootloader I fear your phone has a major HW problem.
From your description it leads only to that conclusion.
I don't know where you live, as I'm currently in China and enough shops which can check the phone......I got also the touchscreen of my HD2 replaced.
Sorry no better idea how to get your HD2 back to life.
Cheers.....LinChina
What is HW problem ?
From reading the thread posts, it seems you are having a MOBO (motherboard/mainboard) failure. And HW=Hardware as in physical pieces of the device. You might wanna try buying a mobo from somewhere ( i get my stuff from ebay) and try replacing the mobo. A main board averages around 50 bucks. Or you could buy my HD2 from me lol

R.I.P My L5 (Swapper2)

Last night, my phone is broken (hard brick). Besides, I lost my ext-sd card (I had to format.). I used Swapper2 program by making a very big mistake. (Efforts to improve phone.)
Swapping normally supported by CM 10.1 kernel. And I'm sure swap supported. I checked swap by Terminal Emulator command. It shows "swap" word (that are supported).
My phone is not responding. Any button doesn't work. Charging doesn't work. USB to PC doesn't work. (PC doesn't detect normally.) :crying:
What should I do now? Is there anything I can do without sending service?
Waiting for your help guys.
EDIT for more information: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2126363
I followed this link. I applied everything. After I turned off phone it died (Could not open any more.). That's it.
I saw like 100 people getting their phone hardbricked after using the swap thing. That's why I won't ever do that bulls*it.
There's still a way, but you're missing one essential file.

EMMCBLD.HEX from that thread is not for our phone. You need the hex file for msm7x27a.

Help! I am a noob and bricked my phone...

Here you can watch it yourself. After some time, all ROMs and stock didn't boot at all. I tried everything! Every little thing! Then I made a flashable zip using Huawei Update extractor (I know you are thinking: GOD! REALLY?!?!)and (sadly) flashed it. Now this happens. Please help!
Should I remove battery?
EDIT (18th of august): Huawei responded after a long time. They said they have a lot of people being dumb like me. They say you would need to change the mainboard, whicht would cost almost as much as the phone costs new. Sad, but thats life
