Good evening,
I am in possession of a wiko u feel lite (link) that has a strange behavior. I want to recover the data on it.
At the very beginning, the phone had a problem with the USB connection. Everything worked very well except that you had to move the USB cable in all directions to be able to recharge it.
Currently, when I plug it into USB, the phone's LED is red. That's a good sign, though, isn't it?
In addition, it happens that when I connect it to my computer via USB, the device appears in the device manager for a fraction of a second.
Nevertheless some points are strange:
- The screen no longer turns on (USB connected or not)
- I measured with a voltmeter (basically as shown in the picture below) and the battery voltage is around 3V. This means that it is well loaded.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on on on that phone?!
What can I do to recover my data ?
Thank you in advance and have a good evening

Hello again my friends i have another strange moment with my phone.
So I have been back on the stock rom for quite a few months now but this morning my phone decided it didn't want to charge last night. so i plugged it in with another cable thinking this one had a short in it. turns out it still didn't work, and i am using the same usb charger it came with. NOW comes the part that bugs me, If i try to turn off my phone it just reboots. if i connect it to my computer, my computer then starts going crazy saying it can not communicate to it. i've done a hard reset and i haven't gotten it to charge or stay off. any ideas why this randomly started to happen and how to fix it?
Sounds like your USB port on your phone is fried. Try Odining stock again and if that doesn't work take it to a professional.

Hello. I own Gionee Elife E7. My phone does not react in any way. There is nothing in the devices section on the computer. I completely disassembled the phone. I removed the battery. There is no sign on the computer when I connect it with usb. The red light of the phone turns on for 30 seconds and then turns off. But it does not connect from usb. That's what happened after he said return the phone to factory settings. The phone never turns on. The computer never sees. What should I do? Please can you help?

Do you know Elife E7 Test points pins? I have tried every possible pin but I could not succeed. If you have information, please write a message. (Note: I try EDL cable but nothing happened)
PLease help me friends. What should I do?
After 1 and a half year looking for a solution to this, and trying things...
I started to remove cable by cable form the smartphone and test it and surprisingly it managed to work.
You need to have some charge in your battery, because you won't be able to use any USB cable when using your Smartphone.

You have to remove the white cable, the black cable and the big usb/charging cable (all them 3 come from the usb\charging piece).
Obs: You can try only removing the "big usb charging/cable", it worked after I removed it, so maybe the other 2 doesn't change anything, also everytime i connect this cable, the bootloop is back, when I disconnect it, the bootloop is over.
So basically you just turn on your Pixel 1 again with those 3 cables disconnected from your motherboard
Now your smartphone should pass the bootloop and you will be able to use your smartphone, now use wi-fi or Bluetooth to recover your data and even enable the usb debugging
Is there any help
The head unit working fine with no problem, then it come black.
The boot working fine, aftet the ANDROID load it come black.
Please whats the solution
