About Port--
•The port is very stable.
•No samsung keyboard or bixby.
•Camera works perfectly with wide selfie feature.
•Live focus(Bokeh) doesn't work. Use Gcam (Nothing major)
•Fonts/screen size can be changed by changing dpi (380-420) in developer settings.

Hotspot Fix
hotspot settings and then configure hotspot, select advanced options,you will see just a word that says "auto" click on it and set it to 2,and bam hotspot works

The battery backup is around 5hrs+ sot. Similar to miui. I cannot post sgsi if i haven't tried it, and i dont think i am gonna try oneplus port anytime soon. But most sgsi's follow similar procedures to install.

Installation instruction tells us to use narshi shuckls's ROM for Vendor. Narshi shuckla has used moxie kernel. But in your screenshot shows prototype kernel. Did you use any other ROM as treble base or is the screeshots are from another device?

Hmmm. The rom works flawlessly, apart from Bluetooth audio. Music plays in slow motion and off-key, with stuttering.
I tried fixing it myself, but I absolutely don't know what I'm doing. I tried replacing all libaudio.so's with the ones from a working CM11 rom, but that only caused a bootloop
Does anyone know where to find the original author's (Ivan) thread? I really can't wait for the next update...

This rom is really nice. It could have its own customization menu, add they are under Display menu, but still is fine. I have some problems with gapps, so I am trying the 64bit version.
And RRO/Layers Builds from Aldy ... ? SimpleAOSP ftw !!!
Just a warning people, franco kernel and Fire Ice kernel causes system UI crash, so don't bother with those. Their g+ page says elementalx kernel is compatible, maybe I'll try that later.

I used K5. First I flashed franco and got system ui crashes. I went to recovery and flashed k5 and got the same thing. I reflashed the rom and the ui crashes went away. I figured it was the kernels doing that because people were reporting similar behaviors with other kernels on g+

and flash hito build and use that dont report stuff if you dont know what you are doing
flash both builds see the smoothness see the backup see the other improvements and then point on anyone if you are blaming someone then see yourself first buddy
based on his builds latest hito changes will be there and why would i change his things tell me that ?

Hey brother don't do away with the global version as it was done before(Hito moved to global version for a while). Many of the users like the global version than the chinese version( including me ). So as a request that you should release a global version alongside the chinese version in the subsequent updates. Thanks!
Installed the rom as per OP's requirement installed google apps via google installer v2 but i am getting fc and crashes. Tried clearing cache and data but still the same issue also Package Installer crashes.. I am stuck please help?

Is over, Project Treble for OnePlus 5T is out thanks to XiNGRZ, MoKee dev.
- Full Project Treble implementation
- No data loss
- Phh-Treble GSI ROM works
- RR and LOS Treblized works
- Must use treblized kernel
A brief explaination:
That was possibile because 5T (and other OP device) has a unused partition (sdf6) of 1.4GB. MoKee developer used this partition like a vendor partition. Another requirement is the binderization of the HAL's (in particular camera HAL's but with latest open beta OnePlus did it, so MoKee devs have brought Project Treble to OnePlus 5 and 5T

I hope OnePlus didn't intend to support Treble but then got too lazy. Any ideas how I can check this partition? fdisk, /proc/partitions, etc. are all oblivious to its existence...

Wouldn't we loose features if we flash treble roms? What's the benefits that this brings for us. Devs have new android versions for our device so quickly. I understand the benefits for new devices or ones that have a hard times developing ROMs buts that's not the case here.

Sure but there is not any original tread of it.
My review of this rom
1. Boots pretty fast
2. UI is smooth and fluid
3. VOLTE works out of the box. It doesn't show VOLTE icon but it works
3 There is no fingerprint support. Doesn't even show fingerprint in settings (i have FPC)
4. Camera works for pics but video recording doesn't work. Shows error camera not found when you try to record. I didn't try 3rd party apps.
5. No sound in calls
6. Most stuffs are in chinese. left panel on homescreen is entirely in chinese
7 No gesture support
I tried flashing agni kernal but found same issues.
Volte not work in my case.
At first boot it works but after reboot it doesn't work.

3.Fingerprint doesn't work after soft reboot/fast reboot so use full reboot
4.Third party camera work perfect
5.Calling work perfectly for me
6.Rom is chaina beta so most things are in Chinese
7.Gesture may work by disabling hardware keys.

Change firmware-files in zip and delete one entry in update-script, because kate use one firmware-file less - now you can use it on your kate....

Guys, the fingerprint works in App lock by Miui in this rom?
All roms that I tested, none worked.

Ppl are wasting their time.
I give my point about why use miui (at least for me), why u guys wast ur time testing this while there are better roms for RN3?
It feels like I'm missing something.

Better thing is wait till end of july as Mi Max is getting global miui10 by end of july so we can get global port which might have no or less bugs and can be use as daily driver.
