I read the descriptions of the Nougat ROMs, but I didn't find any informations about this. For me the problem with the official one is, that it makes broken backups for me and it doesn't wipe the partitions properly. So if there is a well working TWRP for flashing Nougat ROMs, possibly with F2FS support, please let me know. Thanks in advance!
3.1.1-0
Can you please give me a link? There are more releases with that version.

Does anyone have experience with nichcream's TWRP? It looks good, but the official one looked good too, but as I wrote, I had problems with it.

I am using red wolf twrp recovery. Working great for me.. tried 5 nougat roms. It is a modified recovery and provides more functions than official. You will love it.

No disrespect sir, still nougat? Or a typo?
Not base 8.1. So sad. I still thought it build on base 8.1.

Please dont quote the first message.
As the dev himself has said, speaking of binary base and other technical things, it's the same as 8.1.
Anyway i believe the ROM will change the base to 8.1 quite soon.
Okay, here's his quote:
People are deeply mistaken in the fact that there is a significant difference. In addition to separating the system and vendor directories, there is nothing new, the rest is a placebo. Part of the applications in this firmware are used by Masik U 2.2 Whyred based on Android 8.1. There are no complaints to the API to vince on 7.1 and there are no errors, so I conclude - we are already on 8.1 except for the isolated vendor partition.

Just flash it and it's done. Aroma installer wipes all it needs except data. I think you can leave data untouched.

CPU Z is showing API level 25 where as OREO 8.1 API level is 27....

Hi,
I've been kind of out of the loop for a bit, but after some problems with official ROMS i decided to switch to the custom ones.
I'm looking for something that's as stable and lag free as it can get (I was very happy with official roms from xiaomi to give you an idea of "good enough" for me).
Anything symilar available? I'm currently sitting on https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-4-prime/development/rom-aicp-13-t3752647 , but I see some minor stuttering and it happened to freeze for me already :/
I don't care about customization and fancy stuff, neither do i care about android version (as long as it's not ancient xD). Can anyone suggest something?

It's more stable because it's maintained more frequently, new builds are released as soon as the sources are updated.
And, there's no post about it on xda, it's maintained by a Russian dev and publishes his work on 4pda. So, you'll only get the zips. For details, follow him there.

Hey guys.
Do you know when our K20 Global will receive the new MIUI11 ? and is there any way to get it before the official launch?
cheers.
End October.
And yes, you can flash xiaomi.eu rom once its out, which will be sooner than the release for the global mi9t
I found this article that says that miui11 can already be installed but only the Chinese version.

Early stable, released to random users they called Beta Stable... When it goes out to everyone then is Stable...
For us MIUI users, Android updates aren't that big...they generally bring little to the table as Xiaomi adds new features with the MIUI updates. Hopefully the global version gets the A11 update soon though.
