MIUI 10 ALPHA ROM for 64Gb rom - 4Gb ram version.

Hello guys, my friend just sends me those. He said 64Gb Rom - 4Gb ram version can upgrade to MIUI 10 alpha rom. Just flashing back to chinese version then press to upgrade. Of course you need to sign up for alpha / beta on wechat first before doing this.
Can anyone confirm ?
I just did on 32Gb ROM version but it doenst work

thats a wrong link i have been testing miui 10 on redmi note 5 pro but its still not out for redmi note 4

When i asked him check "what's new" in "check for update", he gave me this.
I posted it on few groups and people said it is fake. But it looks so real

It's a fake because kernel version has jumped from 3.18 to 4.4 .

I agree with you but the one which has been quoted by me is still a fake, count my words there will never be a kernel upgrade , It would still be 3.18.xx for MIUI 10 which is technically still Android Nougat .

I have mido with 4/64 how i can install?

I'm in global 8.4.28 beta. If I install the 8.8.2 I will loose all my data ? Can I install it through settings by choosing update package ? I don't have root my device or unlock the bootloader

8.4.28 is based on miui 10 or 9? search on the miui forum for the latest beta or use xiaomi.eu, it has a lot of new features and the split screen is working like a charm but battery life it isn't optimised wet

Please dont quote the first message.
As the dev himself has said, speaking of binary base and other technical things, it's the same as 8.1.
Anyway i believe the ROM will change the base to 8.1 quite soon.

Its ok im using eurom but base also in 7.1 hahaha. But i preferd masik so i jump to masik hahaha

Just flash it and it's done. Aroma installer wipes all it needs except data. I think you can leave data untouched.

I used orangefox beta and i think TWRP 3.2.2 will work too. No encryption by default.

What is wrong with this rom???
Android Version showing 8.1.0 but when click on that it's showing nougat???
CPU Z is showing API level 25 where as OREO 8.1 API level is 27....
Anyone tried these things???

Click on android version , you'll see nougat logo... Also API level 25 proves it is nougat , oreo has Api level 27.... You didn't check all these details

Will miui 11 be out for our device today?
MiUI launch happening today right?

Why it should? It was announced for the 16th of october - tomorrow. And it's possible that some countries get the update, for some phones.
But that means nothing at all.
But hey.. keep fingers crossed.

you won't get an ota. OTA is only for beta testers

I get error 1 when trying. No idea why? Then get a bootloop to fastboot.

Early stable, released to random users they called Beta Stable... When it goes out to everyone then is Stable...

For us MIUI users, Android updates aren't that big...they generally bring little to the table as Xiaomi adds new features with the MIUI updates. Hopefully the global version gets the A11 update soon though.
