I have my phone for almost 2 years now, but recently have constant issues of phone shut down at 50% battery and not able to turn camera on ....
I want to to know if i install a custom rom will fix the issues above and which one is the best stable custom rom for Moto x play now ???

Change your battery for the shut down and for camera, i don't know

Talvez se seu problema for com o ANDROID, ele resolva sim!
Se com o tempo seu ANDROID se corrompeu ou você usou um aplicativo rootavel que mexeu nas suas configurações (sistema, kernels)... nesses casos você trocar o seu ANDROID por uma CUSTOM ROM, fará ele voltar as configurações originais, e a funcionar corretamente novamente!

I had CM9 nightly in my ordinary Defy, red lens. Some ROM update cause no mobile data transfer and I tried to reflash a STOCK ROM to test my mobile data (cause I put my sim in other phone and my mobile data works fine).
I searched for a Defy STOCK retail ROM and I found some link with a SBF. I downloaded and installed it.
After this, I try to install CM7 ROM (7.1 stable) and I got a bootloader error after reboot.
Cause this, I searched again to a SBF file and found other. I flashed and I got a black screen.
I researched by internet and found one usefull information: my first SBF isn't for ordinary Defy, is for Defy+ and the one who post don't told me the right information.
I can't flash back any froyo SBF, any ideia how can I fix this? I don't wanna to have a Defy+ ROM running in my Defy, I want to have ordinary Defy and update to CM9 again!

dude first check ur bootloader version.... and tell if it is v4,5,6or7
...

You may like the ROM MS2Ginger 4.0 which is based on the Stock Defy + with many improvements, recommended for those who want a smarter ROM with the appearance of the Stock.
Problem related to the data? you installed APN Brazil? sometimes the access settings of your country in specific does not come configured with the Global ROMs, you know?

Yes, I afraid this! I think my phone is, for ever, a defy+ in defy hardware, but, I need to try everything before accept this!
Anyway, I can install CM9 in my phone, but, I hate that older and ugly motorola red logo in phone startup!
The APNBrasil alloways give me FC.

A Kernel Updated and compatible with all the ROMs would be ideal, but the problem is that the bootloader Defy is protected by encryption and motorola does not release the key, if you can downgrade will become a Defy Hero !
I think the logo is a protected area, I could be wrong, but I think you also will not get it modifies
I have a Defy + in a body of Defy, already used dozens of roms but until now the motorola logo never changed ...

Nothing just Chinese, I have to apply a rom-4.5.1-231 134_DFP to have visual again, still no controls in recovery (original 3e) have tried everything, with a lot of ROMs and nothing works, battery 100 % ... turned into a brick

I followed that tutorial. First, I flashed the SBF to be a base, after, I flashed the chinese SBF. After this, I flashed cm7.1 stable version and CM7_kernel.
Done, CM7 running with great boot logo. After, I flashed CM9 ROM from Quarx and CM9_kernel!

Stock pie + magisk = best sot and zero bugs. Gcam works perfect setting the resolution to 9mpx.
At present pixel experience pie is good

Bugs were on stock december pie, now everythings fine. 7 hours sot and it's really smooth. Magisk, Dolby Atmos, viper4android, gcam patch, YouTube, etc works perfect. Give it a try.
Is there a chance xposed edge will be available for pie? I bought the pro version and can't imagine to use a phone without that fantastic app.

there are still bugs in stock, xiaomi never was able to fix all issue in a single update, this since upgrade from 7 to 8 and from 8 to 8.1, xiaomi always need at least 2-3 months of patches, lol

1. Flash the Dolby unity light zip for magisk

LOS 16 is definitibly the best rom for mi A1. I've been using it as a daily driver since August with almost no bugs and since the last build from 29/12 is simply perfect.
Liquid Remix, first custom ROM i've tried and whever I switched to other ROMs, I always came back to Liquid Remix, it is just great! Bunch of customization with awesome battery life. I manage to get 6-7 hours of sot, sometimes it goes up to 8+ hours if I really drain the battery at once.
Pixel Experience is also great, you can choose Official version, and unofficial version with some customizations included.

PixysOS is great! It is really smooth and battery life is fantastic! I got 7-8 hours of SoT. PixysOS also supports OTA updates. And it hasn't got any bugs.
