Does any one have any idea of what to do?
Thanks and sorry for my english.

You need to unlock the device bootloader or restore the software using the msmdownload tool.

You need to hold the power button longer. Be patient it will boot.

Yes what he said. First plug it in for a few minutes to get it charged and then hold power button +vol up for at least 20 to 30 seconds. It will turn on you just have to hold button longer

Qtek 9100 will not turn on

The battery came out will the device was connected to the computer via usb. Don't ask how I was messing about, the back came off and then the battery fell out. Now I can't turn it on. When I plug into the mains adaptor the charge light does come on. Any ideas.
Thanks
try to set the device in BOOTMANAGER mode and see if you at least can access that part of the phone!
What did you do when the battery 'came off'? Flashing it?
If you did not flash it press and hold the power button and remove the battery. Keep pressing the power button for an additional 15 to 30 sec after you removed the battery.
Leave the phone without the battery for half an hour or so, then press and hold Power for 30 sec. While still holding the power button place the battery back in, release power, wait 10 sec and try to turn it on ...
Thanks very much for your reply. I had just flashed it. It had rebooted and hung on the splash screen. I then picked up the phone and accidently knocked the battery out. Do you think this makes a difference to your suggestion?
Tried your technique but nothing unfortunately. It may be dead!
Thanks anyway.
Maybe my phone is dead too
I did the same with my phone...just did a flash and rebooted and now freeze on the splash screen...what can i do to save my phone?
If you're phone still turns on and just hangs at the splash screen as far as I understand you can then hold down the camera button and press the soft reset key. This should take you into the bootloader. From there you can re-flash the device with a different ROM like 'Wizard Love' (you can find it on this site somewhere, use search) or download the latest ROM from your provider. Use a NO_ID flash utility which means you don't have to have Activesync 'active'. My problem is slightly different as my device won't turn on at all. I've just bought a replacement battery just incase thats the problem. Otherwise I guess its gone for good.
If the flash finished successfully you can try first:
HOLD CON KEY (left side of the phone) + VOICE DIAL KEY (right side of the phone) + RESET. This will HARD RESET your device and re-initialize the ROM - might be that that can fix it! If not try to reflash it with the shipped ROM
BOOTLOADER MODE:
Power button + Camera button + Reset.

X2 - Can't enter bootloader mode?

Hi, I am having an issue getting my X2 into boot mode in order to update the firmware - even following the instructions on SE Update Service (press and hold volume down button and power button until white screen appears)
All that happens is the vibration feedback to indicate power on, then the phone loads up as normal.
I've updated another X2 and it worked correctly, the problem appears to be with this specific unit.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what may be causing this, or how to get this one into boot mode please?
Best to send it to service centre..
could it be because it's made in china? just a thought...
Just note that on the X2 you wont see the bootloader.
You know your in the bootloader when the phone stand on the SE Logo.
Then you can connect the phone and update it
Hi, thanks for the advice all
I can't send it to a service centre as I don't have a receipt unfortunately
I'm not sure what being built in China has to do with it not entering boot mode, most SE phones are and I've not had a problem with my other ones?
Thanks for the advice on boot mode - I successfully used SEUS an another X2 and the boot mode is essentially a white screen with the SE brand logo - sadly I don't get that white screen just the black screen with logo and vibration feedback then it powers on.
Any other suggestions or should I give up and sell as faulty/parts only?
Thanks

And the X1 was made in Taiwan. What's your point?
bootloader phone stand on the SE Logo
hm, obviously missed that one after X2 subfora where created...
Mod. edit: moved to correct forum, X2 General
try this:
read all steps first
turn off phone
pull out battery wait ten seconds
put battery back in (leave cover off)
hold the power button + hold volume down
press the soft restart button* (while still holding the power button + volume down)
keep buttons held down till you see the white screen and green logo.
note* push the button with stylus it is hidden under where the stylus goes in next to the camera.
plug into the computer and run SUES it'll say already have latest version update anyways? click yes
i had to do this when i bricked my phone, (my computer crashed while i was doing the update) it really saved my day.
x2 dead
I have same problem in my phone , during update with SEUS computer hang and now
my phone shows only vibrate.
i have tried volume down+power+reset
but it can't go to white screen or sonyericsson logo.
any other solution

[Q] Oh no Bricked!

I tried to update my firmware last night using odin (I've used it several times for my Galaxy S) and it failed, the error message was something along the lines of "write operation failed"
after waiting 25mins to see if my tab would reboot it didn't so I held down the power button to restart it and it switched off and now it won't switch on again ....
I've tried plugging it into all my usb slots, charging through the wall charger and tried using android commander but nothing makes the screen pop up with that little image of a computer and phone.
I can't even get into download mode, and odin doesn't pick it up. I think it's bricked for good,
I had a issue with the USB cable and had to get it replaced by samsung, now my ELF (Early-Life Failure) is up so I don't know what to do.....
Any Suggestions?
It's ok buddy its not bricked just plug in to the usb on the pc with odin3 on and leave at for a wile and it will come right back up.
Sent from my GT-P1000 using XDA App
I left it plugged in for about 10/15 mins and nothing happened after that I tired to to the whole power+volume down+home button to turn it off and back on, didn't work and just tried to ADB it and the device isn't found.
So I think its a costly paperweight atm
Ok well plug it in to the wall outlet and leave it for a few hours. I had tbe same prom you had and thats what work for me.

lol I liked my paperweight too much Ok I'll leave charged at home while I go to work for 7 hours, Thanks for your help bulldebeerman, Hopefully this fixes the ubertab (yes I nicknamed this paperweight!)
Ok so It's still bricked.... I forgot to mention the buttons don't work eg. I push and hold the power button and it does nothing. I charged it for the day so it should be 100% battery and now odin isn't finding it still. Also I didn't have USB debbuging enabled :/
Now I will admit I don't have a Tab(til next month) but wouldn't you un brick it the same way you do a Samsung Vibrant?
(Am not trying to be smart, just trying to find out everything I can before I buy it)...And on that note is there a 32GB version out?

Have you tried dropping the phone into Recovery Mode?
There is some confusion on what buttons to press where some say to press and hold the Volume Up AND Power Buttons simultaneously, whereas others mention pressing the above AND the Back Button.
If you can get into Recovery Mode you may be able to restart the phone.
If not and Revery Mode works try dropping the phone into Download Mode which is the same for RM but you press the Volume Down instead of Up.
With DM you will then be able to use third party software (Odin & a suitable ROM image from samfirmware'com) to bring the phone back up and running.
Yep tried all that tried
Power + Volume Up
Power + Volume Down
Power + Volume Up + Down
Power + Volume Down + Home
Power + Volume Domn + Up + Home
so um.... nothing makes the phone start

You mentioned Home button but not the Back Button.
I take it that does not work either?
Sorry forgot to menton that ... tried all possible combos for that too .... and adb won't detect the tab which kinda really make me think its brick for good :/
Its not bricked.
Power it off, and power it back on holding the vol down button and the power button.
When you see the computer---!---phone icon, release the keys, and connect it to a pc with an open odin. It will get recognized ( even though you dont get the download mode, you are in it ).
After that, flash whatever you need.
Try that and let me know.

Oh then it must be hardware fault. Return it and get a new one back.
yep no way of seeing if the tab is on or not . other than after the whole day of charging the tab gets hot on the back :/

texas you have to send it to samsung
Shame..... In the UK we are quite lucky in having an abundance of centre's.
I have three within 10 miles.
I think mine is only 15 minutes away ... would it be covered in warranty?

Bricked on first time using it

I've bought my 10.1v today, been playing around. Due to a lot of forced closes on browser, decided to turn off the device. It froze on "Do you want to shut down?".
Pressed a couple of times the power button and the first screen "Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1v" appeared, but it freezes there.
Tryed power + vol down and entered unlock mode with no problems. Pressed the power button to get out and restart and same issue. The only way to turn it off is power + volume up and down for 10 secs.
EDIT: I really don't know if I replace for a new one or just ask for a refund. I have Android Devices since 2009 and this never happened!

[Q] 0% battery and cannot restore factory

Hello guys,
I own LG G2 Intl version. A couple days ago the device has suddenly stopped charging with only rising 2% after 12 hours of charging then kept discharging until reaching 0%. Then it would never go above 0%. While connected with the charger, I can switch the device on. On the lock screen it says it is charging but in the Settings it says not charging. I read a lot of posts here in XDA and outside suggesting once a software issue and another a hardware issue.
Anyways, I have tried then a lot of chargers like original Samsung charger, Laptop current, original ASUS Tablet charger with all failing to charge. According to LG Live Chat and summary of different posts, it looks like a hardware issue. But because the device is still less than three months old and still on warranty, I contacted the Reseller (Amazon), who said that I could return the phone.
But since then I have been trying to reset my phone to factory settings (as some suggested it may help as well) and more important to get rid of my personal data. But I cannot. When I go to settings to restore to factory settings, a 5% battery is required to restore. While on charger trying to reach the recovery menu through (Power-Volume-Down then release then both again after displaying the logo) does not either work.
Any workaround how to restore it to factory settings?
I tried to connect my phone through BT to BT-ADB my phone and adb reboot it into recovery, but did not work, as my device could not get IP for bluetooth assigned!! Strange!!! My device is not rooted and I do not want to root it, so that it does not get the warranty lost.
Any workaround how to restore my device to factory settings?
Thank you!

You forget to tell us what firmware version you are on, if you aren't rooted I assume you're using Kitkat/Kitkat bootloader?
Kitkat: Hold Power + Power Down, when LG Logo appears, switch to holding Volume Up + Volume Down.
Jellybean: Hold Power + Power Down, when LG Logo appears, let go and repress Power + Volume Down.
Note that doing a factory reset doesn't really stop your data from being recovered from nosey people, it just puts your data in a "last overwritten" state. To the naked eye you've wiped your phone but to be really safe it's good to wipe your hard drive using cryptographic algorithms multiple times, about 10. It may not make your data unrecoverable but at least anyone who wants to recover your data will have a hard time doing so. I wouldn't really worry about doing this in your case though.

Thank you for your reply. I know that to totally erase my data a multi-write cryptographic erase is required. But the point is that I just want to restore to factory settings, so that notifications do not get easily read, in the case someone tried to open my phone and discovered it is still not restored. I will try doing 7-pass erase. Do you suggest an app?
Besides, your method did not work either. I am on KitKat 4.4.2. This is what I have done (while on charger, as I cannot remove the charger: 0% battery!!):
1- Volume-Down first pressed and held, then Power button pressed and held.
2- Waited a couple seconds until the LG logo appeared. Then I let go the Power Button while still holding the volume down, then held the Volume-Up.
3- The phone booted normally!!
I tried the steps again and again, and many times with releasing both buttons upon logo appearance then holding both V-Up and V-Down (after also releasing the V-Down), and still no luck
What for an annoying problem

I kept trying again and again and it worked at the end
It succeeded when I let go the Volume-Down as well with Power-Button then repressing V-Down and V-Up again.
Thank you very much
