[MIUI THEME] VanillaICS MIUI theme

This is just a test from my messing around with the theme files from my earlier thread. It is mostly miui v4 but with a black status bar and black fade launcher theme. The biggest change is a vertical battery from light coloured business version miui theme and I have made white coloured ICS icons from Galnet Miui theme and different desktop dots. It also uses a galaxy S style unlock screen and Ubuntu fonts.
Still cant get previews working for theme manager and it is apparently in the old format or so my phone tells me, so it has to convert first. Any help here would be good.

Hi,
The best Dark Theme I found for my Find 5: LINK
In this version you can see what you type on pop-up screens, still the pop-up text message isn't that great, if we can change it to green for high contrast, like the rest of theme is, would be great!
Thanks for Your work
Is there a dark theme for ColorOS 3.2? I tried old themes but they are still white in settings

Looking for black version of stock theme

Does anyone know if there is a black version of the stock s8 theme available in the theme store? I can't find one but I find it hard to search

For me Material Black theme is almost same as a stock black theme. Change icons and you have stock black theme.
I downloaded Metal Black which is a decent theme.

Did you manage to have the bottom navigation bar, Black'?
Mine turned white after the last upadate when they introduced the dot on the bar. I cannot find a way to make it black again. Built in settings doesn't give black as an option!
sarbashrestha - On the theme I downloaded, if you go into the Nav Bar settings and click Apply Current Theme under it will make it dark. Mine is a sort of transparent black.

I'm using Renovate Ice 3.0 and there is an option to make navigation of any color you want.
In other roms I've tested, I'm having the same problem as you with the last update AQF7.

[Request] Is it possible, to convert this theme to EMUI 5?

Right now it doesn't show notifications on lock screen and the letters are white even on white background.
I think it's a cool theme, so it would be great to use it on EMUI 5 normally.

Try the Huawei Theme Editor. With this app you can take parts from different themes and combine it to a new one. It should be possible to assemble a theme with the same optic.
Good Luck!

Theme for Google Dialer?

Installed the Google Framework Magisk module and then the Google dialer. However, every time I switch the phone theme to Dark or Colorful, the dialer goes dark with unreadable blue numbers on a dark background. Changing the accent color of the theme has no impact on the dialer appearance. Changing the phone theme back to light does not change the dialer theme. The dialer settings themselves seem to have a theme option but it is greyed out. Deleting cache and data from the dialer has no impact. The only way to get back a whole dialer is to uninstall and then reinstall from the store.
Is this normal? Is there a way to control the Google dialer theme independently from the phone theme without substratum or additional modules?
Do you have Google Contacts installed? I believe the theme is linked to the Contacts app which has the option to change the theme. Mine changed when I had both installed.

That option is greyed out. I mentioned this in my OP but should have probably made it more clear. The strange thing is that if the phone theme is Light that option is not even there in the dialer. If I set the theme to Dark or Colorful on the phone the option poos up but is greyed out
Messenger is already on a dark theme, that can be controlled independently from the phone theme.
Update: apparentlythere is a bug in messenger so when you put it in dark theme it also looks the dialer on dark theme. Ugh. The two most used apps on my phone, Gmail and messenger, insist on featureless themes. Time to dump at least one of them.
