I think the white bar would be the easy bit, changing the font colour for clock and notifications could be the hard be as .xml files in the framework would have to be edited. That is beyond the scope of what I could do. There might be someone here who knows where they are kept.
Unfortunately i too can't help you in this case, but i have something to think of for you if you have an AMOLED display...
AMOLED uses nearly no energy for black parts of the screen which is superior to LCD displays. But when showing white pixels, i heard AMOLED uses 3 x more energy compared to LCD.
So, as a sideeffect, the dark sense gui is perfect for energy saving too! ...i also use a dark background!
Thanks for that info
I do have an amold screen. I will revert back to black.

[Q] Is it possible to make on screen buttons smaller to increase screen real estate?

Is it possible to make on screen buttons smaller to increase screen real estate?
Screen is 4.7 inch but with on screen buttons taking up space on the screen you only really get about 4.5.5 inches in my opinion (I could be wrong on the exact figure) of the screen to use outside video playback where the buttons disappear.
I know you can theme the on screen buttons, change colours and shapes etc.. but is it possible to make them thinner as I feel the N4 onscreen buttons are just TOO thick and take up too much of the screen.
Is there any way to make them thinner?
if so can you please include a link to the thread that explains how to or shows you can.
Thank you.
Paranoid Android AOSPA 2.99b8 is expected to bring that once it's uploaded
I've seen screen shots where the notification bar is moved to the bottom with the nav buttons on it. Not sure what mod/rom that is, but it's looks good.
Think that's the paranoid android one with the tablet ui

Jagged corners on screen

Edit: Solved. The culprit was the custom fingerprint icon mod I had way back. Just disabled that and everything is fine again.
Hi, just wondering if it's normal for the 6t to have jagged pixels on all four corners where the screen curves? it's quite obvious on white backgrounds.
I can see the pixels on my corners but they are definitely not jagged like yours, the curves should be smooth.

Stock OOS or AOSP?
Stock 9.0.11. Found the culprit, it was the fingerprint icon mod I installed way back. I just disabled it and the corners got smooth again.

Most features in a Rom

Just curious what ROM for the one plus 6t has the most features. Do you prefer a ROM with ton of customization and not use them all or one with little amounts of customization and not use them..
Havoc has the most features, but it also has the most bugs, as they tend to go hand in hand. I'll take minimal and fully functional, rather than a bunch of features that only half work. I've actually just returned to stock, because custom just isn't as refined. Teo perfect examples. 1: the fp sensor does not work as well as stock, don't let anyone tell you differently. Not to mention there is no animation, so you just have to stare at that ugly AF green dot. 2nd perfect example is how you hide the notch on custom. It draws a straight line across the top of the screen, so you have 90° corners at the top and curved at the bottom. Looks retarded. Stock, actually curves the edges so they match closer to the original corners. I could trash talk OP all day (plenty of ammo), but I won't. But for someone who hates OP as much as I, to tell you that stock is still a better experience, should tell you something. Waiting for the note 10+ 5G, so I can get rid of this POS

dead pixels in rounded corners of custom ROM's

Just for curiosities sake: how come custom roms have the slightly messed up curved corners at the top?
Which ROM
I'd also really like to know why and if there's a fix
Not only on top. And not all customs, AOSiP have corners done properly, at least on top of the screen.

I am on Liquid Remix, but I tried linage Os 16 too and that also had slightly funky corners. I will try AOSiP
edit: I just flashed AOSiP and it also has a few dead pixel/uneven curve.
Yeah i dis notice it in all custom roms. Went back to stock and now the corners are smooth.
I was always curious why this was.
